This last session I went in a couple times and paid around 700 altogether and my hair is still nowhere near where I wanted. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and wanted to give her another shot in fixing my hair and I am very disappointed because I recently contacted her again to do roots and try to lighten my hair again and my txt have been ignored three times. Because of this had to go with someone else who had to do a color correction and was able to get it done the first time. She was also always late to appointments, one of my last visits had to wait over 30 minutes for her.

I showed him a photo of the hairstyle my daughter was hoping for, and he not only recreated it beautifully but elevated it beyond the inspiration image. He worked efficiently and with exceptional attention to detail--her hair was absolutely flawless. She truly looked like a princess. Beyond his talent, Alaa was incredibly kind and patient, making my daughter feel comfortable and special throughout the entire experience.
