I reached out to ask if anyone was available for a haircut and color that afternoon, and to my surprise, Nadeen called me right away and said she could see me in 30 minutes. I guess if someone gets hospitalized or dies they will still charge you the cancellation fee. Once I got off the phone with them they automatically charged my card. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card. Don't give your business to this salon! They steal money and don't care for their customers! The appointment started promptly, which was great. However that was the only thing great at this appointment. After washing my hair, Carly informed me that the quoted price included 3oz of product and any additional product needed would be $90/oz. Carly said she would try to stretch the product and may only need 1 additional ounce. I consented. Carly proceeded to apply the product to my hair in sections and added the additional ounce when needed. Then told me she needed a 2nd additional ounce on top of the 1st additional ounce. I consented because the service was already underway and product was in my hair but I wasn't very happy with the bait and switch pulled. After that instead of blow drying my hair as is the next step in a traditional keratin treatment service, she proceeded to rinse out the product from my wet hair... the additional product that I paid $180 on top of the quoted price for because she said she needed it. Seems like a ploy to upcharge the service and make more commission. Anyway she blow dried my hair after rinsing the product out then proceeded to flat iron my hair in sections rather quickly and distractedly as she was constantly texting on her phone. After the service was complete she didn't recommend any post care instructions and still seemed distracted by something on her phone. Overall the service and professionalism could have been much better. I really wanted to like this salon since I'm new to the area. Also, I'm writing this review a day after googling and using post care tips (which are EXTREMELY IMPORTANT) and my hair is already frizzy Not Worth The $585 at all.
