I want preface this review with the employees are very kind and the salon appeared clean and tidy. This review is quite delayed but I wake up 5 months later still as upset with my hair as I was walking out the salon that day. I am a natural dirty blonde trying to get a silver balayage. I showed the stylist photos and she consulted with her fellow stylist what I want and told me they can get very close to what I want. I was also told $175 for a promotional offer. After sitting about 6 hours, it looked very similar to what I had come into the salon with. Nothing close to what I wanted. Also I ended up paying approximately $400 because they needed to use extra product for the amount of hair I have. I was never informed this until checkout. Imagine going in thinking of spending around $200 but paid about $400 to get nothing near what I wanted. read more

I wish I had photos from when I first dyed my hair and the process we've gone through to get me to where I am now. Steph does such a great job and is an amazing person/hairstylist. Steph is always up front and lets you know that you won't get to the blonde you're hoping for in the first session (Latina here trying to go Storm white hair). I called to see if Jenna Mazz had any appointments and I was asked to be placed on hold right away I said sure. I waited 10 minutes noone came to the phone, the the call disconnected. I found Jenna's numbet and I decided to contact her to ask her if she was taking new clients. She did reply and asked me to send her pictures, to which I did, she said I needed a color correction and I said ok when are you available. Its been 3 weeks and I have not gotten a call.
