After an awful experience at another salon I desperately needed a color correction. After some searching I found Sherry and set up an appointment. She was professional, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable in her chair. She turned my sad hair around in a few hours and I could not be happier with the results. I will definitely book my next appointment with Sherry!
If you're looking for a hair miracle worker, Sherry is the person for you! Not only is she super accommodating and attentive to your needs, she will literally make your hair look like your dream come true. I used to cry until my early 20's every single time I got my hair cut, but my life was changed when I discovered Sherry. I've followed her loyally from Corona, to Montclair, to Chino, and now to the shops at Dos Lagos and I'm never going to go to anyone else!
I'm so happy with my new look thanks to a very talented stylist. Before I came to Sherry, my hair was blah, long but stringy, color was uneven. Now my hair has new life and is ready to take on the world. It feels super healthy and is shiny which is exactly what I was looking for. Love it!!!
I have been contemplating on getting an ombre/balayage for the longest time and after a couple of days of searching on yelp for not only the perfect salon but the right stylist to take care of me, I have found Infinity Hair Studio! I was extremely determined to do on a walk-in basis because I have been wanting to get an ombre/balayage since September but have never gotten around to it and at the spur of the moment, I needed a salon that could do walk-ins and not rush on my hair. I came in on a Wednesday morning a little after they had opened. Sherry was my hair stylist and she is absolutely amazing and sweet. Sherry had explained to me that the Ash Blonde ombre/balayage that I wanted, would take 3 sessions because of my dark virgin hair. (I originally thought you can do the coloring in one sitting, but Sherry highly recommends that you should never do that for extremely dark hair because that can completely destroy your hair). Although I was hesitant to go blonde, Sherry did a fantastic job. I have a blend of ash blonde, silver, light and dark orange and some light brown. I was not use to it at first but after going to work and school, I have gotten non-stop compliments on the color. I think I have found my "go to" place for hair. I thank Sherry for making my experience such a pleasant one.

Randi was just as enthusiastic as me about getting my hair dyed such a crazy color and that's exactly what I was looking for. She made me feel comfortable and sane unlike the last hair stylist I went to who made me feel crazy and tried to push me to do the exact opposite of what I wanted. I am so glad I came here. I came back on the following Wednesday and had my hair bleached and dyed blue. It looks great. I get tons of compliments and smurf jokes haha. I love the blue dye on my hair. Thank you!!! If you want a crazy hair color ask for Randi! If you are thinking of adopting a cat or kitten ask Randi too!! ;)
Hidden little gem! I totally stumbled upon this place solely off of yelp reviews... I came in to have a wash and dry... Jamie killed it! (i mean that in a good way!) I've literally come back every week, twice a week (shhh dont tell my boyfriend lol) for damn near 2 months. The cost is reasonable, the service is predictable and overall fun vibe keeps me returning weekly! Tonight, i put my blond locks in Cherry's hands... I couldn't be more thrilled with the end result! My hair looks amazing, it feels so soft and healthy i couldn't recommend a better place to get all your hair fixes. I love jamie, cherry and randy! All three women are extremely talented with what they do!! Thanks to all your hard effort!
Sherry and Randi are amazing. Sherry has been doing my hair for a few years now and she took my lifeless broken hair and made it healthy and gorgeous. Now I go in for my routine roots repair. Note that sherry procured me some amazing extensions and hair piece. I may live in north hollywood, but I will drive anywhere for this kind of service! Keep up the amazing work!
I honestly found this salon on yelp. Randi squeezed me in on her Friday I went in expecting the worst because I WAS a redhead trying to go into a blonde balayage.. I finally met the amazing Ms. Randi, I showed her what I wanted to be done & she got to work on my Hair, making warm conversation reassuring me that if we didn't get to my Goal color we would with time not going to lie we got way more closer than we both has thought, & I am so in love with my hair. I would Hands down recommend This salon & Randi! I have already recommended her to close friends thank you so much Randi
I'm very happy with my hair Came here on Monday because I needed a new style and due . Saw all the Yelp reviews and decided to give this place a try since all the reviews were pretty much 5 stars . The owner is a supper nice person I forget her name or actually I don't think I asked . However, she was the Asian woman who owns the salon. I love that I could tell she felt confident in what I wanted based on the photos I showed her and I told her what I didn't like. I never highlighted my hair before so I gave her free range to choose how light it should be . She nailed my hair to the T . The thing I really liked about her is the honesty and integrity of her work . I will be coming to her for my hair As long as I'm living in the chino area . The process took 3 hours but she took her time and treated my hair also so it was all worth it
This was my first time doing my hair with Sherry and she did not disappoint. She did an amazing job with my highlights & gave me exactly what I wanted & at a great price! I absolutely loved the haircut too. Looking forward to my future hair appointments :)
Went here on Saturday for a haircut with Jamie. She was absolutely amazing and very kind and knowledgeable about hair. Very affordable prices and convenient location for me in Chino. She actually listened to what I wanted and my hair came out looking beautiful

I love that I get wear this new hair out with my new back to school outfits. The girls there were all super nice, interactive, and relatable. Definitely recommend for people to take their teenage daughters here for a new style on the first day of school.

I loooooove Jamie. I had gone in the summer to a local overpriced salon where they ruined my balayage after an incorrect toning. Jamie did a color correction balyage. Since the summer I have gone back for toning, hair cut, and recently to go lighter. Jamie and Sherry are down to earth and easy to talk to. They are not pushy and give you their best recommendation. They are affordable and use good products. read more

*****UPDATED REVIEW I just went in for a toner touch up! And I absolutely love the results!!!! This was my first time getting a toner touch up because I usually wait and extend the time I go in for a retouch balayage. Toning your hair is basically taking out the brassiness in between your next retouch. I'm really happy with the results. And once again Randi made my hair feel and look so pretty again. I highly recommend toning your hair in between your next retouch! It is super affordable!! I will post a picture of my updated toned hair. _____________________________________________________ This is a LONG OVERDUE review that I was suppose to write back in October. I am so amazed and SO happy I found this amazing hair salon! Randi who retouched and colored my hair did an amazing job! She is a PRO at balayage. Trust me! 4 months later and the color of my hair is still gorgeous! I'm still getting so many compliments! I initially walked in for a hair cut and came out with gorgeous retouched hair. Im the kind of guy that finds a barbershop, finds the right barber and stays there and no other barber touches my hair. My girlfriend came here to get her bangs cut and I was in need of a cut, like bad. So I took a chance and I gotta say I was not upset after it all. I always get a #1 fade and the popular comb-over. The girl that cut my hair cuts slower than im used to, but there were no mistakes and I look good. Good enough for me. So now whenever im in the area and I need a cut before I get back to my neck of the woods ill stop here. read more

I've been going to Jamie for a few months now. She's been helping me go through the process of getting my hair as light and ashy as possible without breakage. My hair is very stubborn when it comes to lightening yet each time I go get my hair done with Jamie my hair is still soft and smooth. I'm extremely satisfied with the experience I've received at infinity salon by Jaime. This is my third time there and they have not disappointed. I've gone to a couple salons before and this place finally gave me what I've been asking for. I have been able to get in fairly quick and I enjoy the atmosphere at the salon. At the end Jaime took some pictures of the end result in front of a ring light which made me feel so special. read more

It's taken me a while to write this review & I contemplated writing it since it will be the 1st & only bad review I've ever given any business, but I'm doing it not to be spiteful , but to save someone some grief & the trouble of possibly walking around with a botched hair cut!!!! So, I read all of the reviews before coming here about a month ago & felt confident coming here for the 1st time . I only saw 1 review from someone saying that they had their hair cut super short & butchered, but I figured there's always that one negative Nancy. Boy, was I wrong not to listen to that review ! I had not been to a salon for several months to get my hair done & just wanted my long layers cleaned up , some simple bangs & to get rid of the ombré blond & just get a nice rich brown all over for fall. I went in showing multiple pictures of what I wanted which wasn't far from what I already had. When I called for an appointment I had asked for Sheri the owner , but instead I got a woman by the name Randi who told me she had been working with Sheri for many years & that she had taught her how to do hair so, I figured , why not?! I seriously wish there was a rewind button & I would have just waited for the owner to do my hair . I walked in with hair that reached my bra line & now I have very short hair that only reaches a few inches beneath my ears. I don't know if Randi was having an off day or just was just so distracted from talking , but she took it upon herself not to only cut my hair super short, but layer the heck out of it & thin it out big time!! The whole time she was cutting my hair she had me turned away from the mirror so I couldn't see what she was doing. Not until I got up from the chair did I see all of my hair on the floor & when I finally got to look in the mirror , I didn't know what to say ! I was in so much shock that I paid & left almost in tears ! My hair literally looked like a cross from Monica from the show "friends" (with all the super short layers she cut ), soccer mom /mullet in the back. The next day I came back & Randi offered to fix it, but .... Uhhhh... How can I trust someone that majorly butchered my hair the 1st time! & , ya fix it how? My hair length was gone & not much left to work with. They tried saying it was a miscommunication , but how could that be when I walked in with the length I wanted to keep & with several pictures similar to my hair? The shortest layers in the back of my hair now are only 3 inches long because she took it upon herself to do what she wished to do instead of listening to my wishes. I don't know how she was confused when I had told her during our session that it took my hair to grow thick & long again because I had been so sick the previous year that it hadn't grown & a lot of it had fallen out? So why would she think I would want her to cut it super short & thin the heck out of it? I loved my hair until she got a hold of it. I had even told her that I wanted my bangs cleaned up because I love being able to put my hair up in a bun? How can any of this indicate that I wanted her to cut it so short? & for the record, I've had short hair before , but it's been a bob that was 1 layer & very stylish . Never would I ask for the cut she gave me! They gave me my money back , but can't give me my hair length back. I went to see somewhere else if I could get extensions & since my hair was layered all over & unevenly they told me to get it cut from the bottom & try to let the layers grow some before doing it. How did I go from having thick & long hair to seeking extensions ,which I've never considered in having to get cause I have good hair?? I ended up going to another salon & the owner of that salon said that Randi butchered my hair so bad that all they could do was either cut off the "mullet" looking part or cut my hair to the shortest layer which would be at my mid ear!! I had them cut the "mullet" part off . They said that it will take me a whole year just to get rid if all the little snaggy layers she cut & for my hair to even out specially in the back. So... Now I'm stuck with hair that I hate every day that I have to try to style it & put all kinds of product just to keep all the fly always from the thinned out layers down. I've only had 2 really bad haircuts in my life once when I was in 8th grade & now this one! You'd think I went to a low cost salon with the type of job she did. I paid $120 w/tip for her to destroy my hair within minutes. Yes, she gave my money minus the tip back , but that doesn't mean anything when my hair is so short & ugly now . Pictures don't lie so, here are mine . Hope this review saves any1 from having a horrible experience with their hair. seriously wish she would have just messed up the hair dye & not my hair cut because at least fixing color is easier than having your hair length completely cut off! Maybe she was having a super off day or just had her eyes shut when she did my hair , but you've been warned!! read more

I went back in after a haircut three weeks ago to get a balayage from Randi. It turned out great! It looks like a cool ombré blended highlight type thing. Perfect for summer, and I feel so much cooler than I was before. It was $110 for very long hair. Thanks Randi! read more
