For the moment I called to the moment my I left they showed nothing but awesome customer service! No long wait no hard time just quick in and out. I also love that fact that they don't charge for washing your hair. I also love the shampoo they used! That was just a plus for me! My hair was growing out of the black color I had, and I had unrealistic expectations on the color I wanted. All I have to say is I LOVE MY HAIR! My hairstylist moved so it was time to retouch my turned to brassy ombre and needed a hairstylist (a talented one :-)) So I decided to look for a new salon. After looking up several places on Yelp I decided to come to Infinity. My first visit was in August and Randi took care of my turned to brassy ombre and livened it up by changing my base color and adding more highlights and blending and working her magic and I LOVED IT! Randi is experienced and knows what she is doing, I told her what I wanted and she delivered! Yesterday I went in to see Sherry and I told her I wanted to go darker, I went in with a blonde ombre. I told Sherry what I wanted and she gave me her suggestions and I went with it. And the end result is beautiful! I LOVE my new color. I went brown and it has the subtle ombre, we got rid of the blonde, and my brown has dimension and still subtle hints of my ombre which are blended in very well and I love it, I left really happy just like I did on my first visit :-D Sherry is an expert and very experienced. I have been looking for an always go to place to cut my hair for a while now. Finally I think i have found it. Not only was Sherry super super nice & friendly, she did an awesome job in getting a hair cut that I needed for an important business meeting that I am about to have. Everyone who saw my new look said I looked sharp and good. She made me feel very comfortable there not awkward at all. I know some hair salons are just Awkward, when you just sit there and don't say anything lol, but I was able to almost share my whole life story with Sherry and be comfortable with it.. and I just met her. For a good and decent men's hair cut would normally cost you at least $20 easily. But She only charged me $13, now that's a bargain. And yes, of course I tipped, because a place like this deserves even more tip than what I gave her. I badly needed to get a trim, so I searched Yelp for a salon nearby that had great ratings. I'm glad I found Infinity Hair Studio! I called first since I wanted to make sure that they were allowing walk-ins, which they did, so I went in right away. I was warmly greeted by Sherry, who I learned was also the owner of the salon! She seated me right away and I showed her how I wanted my hair to be. Afterwards, she went on and shampooed my hair. I also saw that their most recent promotion was a free deep conditioning treatment with a check-in, so she did that for my hair as well. After a couple of snips here and there, Sherry styled my hair and I was completely IN LOVE. She did SUCH a wonderful job with my hair! It is now healthy, bouncy, and beautiful. Seriously. This is my go to place now. I haven't gone to other salons as this place never disappoints! Whenever I have a new idea for my hair they're always honest in what the outcome may be and how well my hair will be able to handle it. Going from red to another color is a task, and I was looking at getting a "fire ombre". Sherry was honest in letting me know that I may not get exactly the colors I want due to the red so we discussed possibilities. I ended up going with something different and OMG it came out amazing! So many compliments and my hair was soo soft and bouncy! I feel like those who gave poor reviews probably weren't honest with their hair history (be honest people! Yelp never fails me! I found this salon on Yelp and was really happy with it. I've had my natural color and same boring haircut for the past two years and I wanted something different. I thought I'd go for the bayalange look in a honey blonde color. I booked an appointment and met with Sherry. Even though I didn't tell her, she was able to pick up on the fact that I wanted change but I didn't want to go too crazy. She dyed my hair and cut it just the way I wanted it. I left the place super happy with the results. I haven't met the other stylists but I can vouch that Sherry is good. She pays attention to detail and makes the experience a pleasant one. I went in this salon wanting a quick trim. Nothing major just the ends of my hair so I felt pretty confident going out in, especially with all the positive yelp reviews. Everything seemed to have gone great until I got home. I noticed my bangs were uneven. None of the hair was the same length, and some pieces were actually about a whole inch shorter than the rest of the hair. I will not be going to this salon again, and I would recommend anyone that is planning going to make sure to find the right stylist.
