I LEFT FEELING HURT, DISRESPECTED, AND UNVALUED... I was a patient of Dr. Bokhari for over 2 years…read moreand 8 months and a member of this clinic for 2 years, paying $150 every month. During that time, I spent well over $8,000 on treatments and referred many friends and family because I truly believed in this practice. I even drive over 40 minutes to get to this clinic because I believed Dr. Bokhari was kind, skilled, and worth the time, gas, and long drive. Even after an incident last year, when I spent over $3,000 on fillers and Botox in a single session and was not given clear instructions on how to use the nitrous oxide, causing me to inhale too much and experience a frightening hallucination that left me feeling unwell for the rest of the day and even the following day, I continued coming back because I trusted this clinic. Over the last two months, I had to return to the office four different times because my Botox results were not what I had consistently received in the past. During those visits, I spent approximately $1,000. At my most recent follow-up appointment, I simply wanted to understand why my results were different and why I kept needing additional Botox to achieve results that had previously been obtained without these issues. Instead of having a conversation, Dr. Bokhari responded in a way that completely shocked me. He told me: "If you go to Kentucky and order chicken, you have to pay for it." "You have to pay for the units I injected." "There are no free lunches here." "If you don't like it, you can go somewhere else." This was said to me in front of his assistant, the doctor he is training, and my husband, so I am 100% certain that I heard and understood exactly what he said. I explained that I was not refusing to pay. I simply wanted to understand why I kept needing additional visits and additional Botox to obtain results that had previously been achieved without these issues. Despite that, the conversation continued in the same tone. I left that appointment feeling deeply hurt. Personally, I felt discriminated against and treated as if I were someone trying to get something for free, despite being a loyal patient for nearly three years who had always paid for every treatment. Most of all, I felt that I was not a valued patient. At the time, I still had $500 remaining in my membership account. After charging me for that Botox touch-up, the clinic agreed to refund the remaining balance, and I immediately canceled my membership. I had already had a negative experience at this clinic during a Black Friday promotion. I thought I had prepaid for my usual Botox treatment, but when I arrived, I was told I needed to pay more. When I asked for an explanation, I felt I was treated in a dismissive and condescending way, which led me to write a negative review. I later removed that review after Dr. Bokhari personally spoke with me, because at the time I believed the issue had mainly been with the staff. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience, my perspective has changed. P.S. For context, I am 30 years old and don't have significant forehead wrinkles. I get Botox because I prefer not to have visible forehead lines. I was also not satisfied with the lip filler I received in March 2025. It appeared to me that some of the filler had migrated, and when I asked Dr. Bokhari about it, he told me it would dissolve over time. However, I can still see some small lumps around my lips today. After that experience and the incident with the nitrous oxide, I decided not to get fillers there again. I've attached photos to this review showing how my lips currently look. I never imagined that after years of loyalty, my relationship with this clinic would end this way. I sincerely hope no other patient leaves feeling as hurt and undervalued as I did. I hope my experience helps others. UPDATE: I have read the clinic's response. I understand that they disagree with my perspective and that they cannot publicly discuss my medical information. I am simply sharing my own experience as a patient, including what I personally paid, what was said to me, and how I felt during these interactions. I stand by my account of my experience.

It was her first time getting lip filler, and from the beginning, the injector was extremely pushy about trying to get her to upgrade to a more expensive, "higher-quality" filler. She made it seem as though my mom was making a huge mistake by choosing the discounted filler. If Versa filler is being promoted as part of the special, I don't understand why customers are made to feel like they're choosing an inferior option for using the promotion. I told the injector TWICE that we wanted to stick with the filler we had already paid for, and my mom also said no, yet she continued trying to convince us to upgrade. Once a customer has clearly said no, that should be respected. I don't know if the injectors work on commission, but the sales pitch was so persistent that my mom actually wanted to leave because she felt pressured and became worried that she would end up with lips she didn't want. The wait time was also ridiculous. Her appointment was at 4:15 PM, and we didn't leave until 5:40 PM. I've had filler done at the Chino and Newport locations and have always been in and out in under an hour, so this was a completely different experience. Go to another location.

On multiple occasions, I waited close to an hour for treatments that were relatively simple. What made it even more frustrating was having morning appointments and arriving on time, only to find out that the person performing my treatment had not even arrived yet because they were running late. I completely understand that businesses can fall behind occasionally. However, when this happens consistently over nine separate visits, it is no longer an occasional delay it shows a complete lack of respect for clients' time. The overall environment also felt extremely unprofessional. My experience was disappointing from the very first appointment through my last. If you require clients to schedule appointments and expect them to arrive on time, that same level of consideration should be given to their time as well. After giving this place nine opportunities, I can confidently say I would not recommend it.

On one visit, I specifically requested a lighter, less full set, assuming the price would reflect the reduced amount of work. Instead, I was charged exactly the same as always. On my most recent appointment, my lashes weren't even filled in completely. Within less than two weeks, I had experienced so much fallout that I already needed another full fill, which has never happened to me this quickly. The quality simply wasn't there. To make matters worse, when I decided to have them removed instead of paying for another fill, I was charged $22 for removal. After being a regular customer for an entire year, it would have been nice if they had offered that as a courtesy, especially considering how poorly the last service turned out. What upsets me the most is that I was always kind, respectful, and loyal. I never complained or caused problems. Looking back, I feel like because I didn't speak up, my loyalty was taken for granted. I don't mind paying for quality work, but I do expect consistency, fairness, and appreciation for repeat customers. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed, undervalued, and honestly taken advantage of. I hope management takes customer loyalty more seriously because this experience has completely changed my opinion of the salon and I don't think I will ever return now.

I cannot get past how much glue was used for these cluster lashes. I can't even blink my eyes…read morewithout feeling the glue pulling on my skin. It hurts to close my eyes, it even hurts to squint! I used a Groupon, first she couldn't get over how little she thought I paid. I told her don't worry about how much I paid (I explained I had a Groupon coupon which lowered my price). She kept saying I paid so little even after showing her the voucher with the option I chose. There will be no way for these lashes to fall out naturally because essentially she created one big strip of a lash by adding so much glue across the top. I can't even comb/brush through them. I've had cluster lashes many times and never have they been glued on in this manner. I like that they are even but that's about it. The lashes also stick straight out. They don't curve like the shape of a natural lash. There's nothing classic or natural about this set. I texted the same number that scheduled my appointment about my experience and there was no response. But when I texted to schedule an appointment they were prompt.
