I found this place on Instagram during a promotion and scheduled an appointment. The communication before my visit was great I received multiple confirmations and reminders. However, the experience completely changed once I arrived. I showed up about 15 minutes early and wasn't greeted by the front desk. The staff seemed unprofessional and disengaged. After signing a consent form, I was told there would be a $25 fee, which I agreed to. When I explained I was there for a consultation for facial balancing, I was repeatedly asked if I was going to get the procedure done that same day. I clarified that I was only there for a consultation, as discussed when booking. Then I was told the consultation would actually cost $50, which was never clearly explained beforehand (I was only told about a $25paperwork fee). The lack of transparency, constant pressure, and unprofessional behavior made me feel very uncomfortable. I decided to leave rather than spend money at a place that didn't make me feel welcomed or respected. I would not recommend this business. Customer service matters, especially when services can cost over $1,000, and this place did not meet expectations. read more

I signed up for a 12-week Trizepitide weight loss program at Glam Lab Medical Spa. The program was very expensive, and unfortunately, I did not see any weight loss results. I followed the lifestyle and diet changes they recommended, but by the end of the program, there was no noticeable progress. On week 12, my syringe malfunctioned and got stuck, which caused me to lose my final dose--very frustrating after investing so much money and effort. The staff themselves were friendly and nice, but aside from that, I don't feel the program delivered on its promises. For the cost, I expected more reliable results and better quality control. read more

I went in for nasal filler on 3/14/26. Apparently I was the last patient of the day. I felt rushed as soon as I walked in. The assistants took me back put a little numbing cream on my nose and told me the nurse would be in shortly. When the nurse came in she was short and rude. She didn't explain anything. She seemed irritated because I wanted to add masseter Botox. After the service I wasn't given after care instructions. While I was at the counter paying my nose started bleeding literally on the counter and I told the girl who was checking me out and she was like oh that can happen. She told the nurse and the nurse gave me a piece of gauze and was like just apply pressure and walked away. The waiting was already dark the staff had turned off the lights and just wanted to close up the office and go home. I'm not satisfied with the results or how I was requested. I tried calling to schedule a follow up yesterday. I was out on hold for 15 minutes. Someone answered and said they were super busy and would call me back. I never got a call. I work in healthcare and this type of service is appalling. I do not recommend coming here. Their customer service is trash and their services are overpriced. read more

I've never had any procedures like this before but the girls here made it comfortable. The property and office is very clean and modern, it doesn't cater to just females, I would describe the property as unisex. As a male coming in here didn't feel out of place which was comforting. Came in for a subtle touch up, knew the risk and was told by the injector Sarah that if I didn't like the result I could CALL and they would fix it for me. Waited two weeks to heal and did not like the result. More migration occurred and was completely out of my lip boarder and gave me that mustache illusion and overall hate how I look now. Called and was told "the amount of filler I got wasn't enough to do anything dm our IG with photos and talk to our manager about what we can do for you". So I did. They read my message and left me on read for three hours until I replied "?" And then suddenly was going to be receiving a call. Received a call right after and they scheduled me to dissolve. Didn't mention price or anything regarding my concerns nor showed any empathy or understanding. Seemed to not care at all about me and that doesn't sit right with me. If I had been showed some compassion and cared a bit I would have continued with the dissolver and refilled with a full syringe. Will be taking my business elsewhere and to a clinic that CARES AND HAS PROFESSIONALISM. Don't waste your time here. read more
