I'm not sure if the whole place is like this but I had horrible service from start to finish. I had an appt with sarah, and the minute I walked in I filled out the paper and she just walked away , she didnt tell me go into the room . I was like okay what's next and then she like rushed me in , I got there at 540 and they close at 7 but she was on such a hurry she didnt even try to have decent customer service ! then when I layed down she was like you didnt tell me you had make up on I dont have time for this , I was like I can leave ! and then while i was getting the tape put on she scratched my eye ball and I twitched and then had the audacity to say no I put the tape for you to keep your eyes closed ! I was like omg ! then she just started going not even communicating with me , and then when we finished she left right away , didnt even say thank you nothing she just pushed me out the room cleaned it and left ! I will never go back ! since then I heard so many bad reviews on that girl that I'm shook she even still works there . with her horrible attitude. then within 3 days of having my eye lashes done they had all falling out !!! It was because my past lash people are using too much glue to the point it was burning my lashes and covering all my lash hair that it could not breathe which leads to thinning. I was in the Riverside area for a wedding and stumbled on this location for eyelash extension. I work with an anesthesia doctor in the operating room, and she said your eyes are very important, you have to dress them up ( because she wears a mask all day, you can only see her eyes!). Tayna is efficient and clean....and cleanliness is next to goddess when it comes to my eyes! She did both my eyes in an hr and half! Pricing is a deal because a friend got hers elsewhere for $50 more. I walked out of there knowing I got a good deal and feeling sexier with my lashes! I get a lot of compliments on my lashes, especially being Asian, we typically don't have these luscious lashes! They look real not like the fake glue on. From the moment i stepped in the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Right at the entrance they had masks available and hand sanitizer. The receptionist asked to take my temperature, which I've come to appreciate walking into any businesses these days. My mom and I both had appointments to get our 4-6 week microblading touch up. We were called back after only waiting a couple of minutes. The studio where the microblading and lashes are done is beautiful, modern, sleek and clean. The beds are very comfy and they even provide pillows and blankets for your comfort. The location of the academy is in the heart of downtown Riverside almost directly next door to the historic Mission Inn. The building of the academy looks completely renovated and brand new. Both my mom's and my experience were overall exceptional and I've already been recommending this place to my family and friends. Staff is welcoming, friendly and non-intimdating and the facility is clean and very modern, we were given the upmost attention and amazing customer service. The owner Tanya was so sweet and helpful and made sure that my mom and I were absolutely happy with our brows. I wanted them to be fuller but I cut my eyelashes since I used a spoon to curl them. ** old middle school trick** She told me my lashes could only hold so much weight since some were missing or cut too short. She was gentle and didn't hurt me at all. It only hurt a little when we were done and the corner lashes stuck to my lower lashes. I'm going to come back here. I'm getting married in a couple days. My fiancée loved them and so did I. They look natural and long and dark. My only advice would be: they take $25 deposit for the full set. At the end when you pay the register asks you to tip. The percentage suggested is not on the total amount of ThE service. Only on the price minus the deposit. I've been getting eyelash extentions here for almost a year now and I have to say I'm still absolutely loving them, I get natural single extensions. I mostly go to Maria when I get them touched up (I have seen Tanya and Linda as well) and she always does an amazing job, not once have I ever had any problems here. Generally my eyelashes can last up to 4 weeks if I am being gentle with them and sleeping on my back, otherwise I have to go in for a touch up every 2 weeks. The only reason I put 4 stars is because it is a bit pricey if you continue to get them done. read more

I moved to laguna , and tried several other lash services , after three horrible fills at Amazing Lash Studio Chain, I called Tayna in a panic . She rearranged her schedule to see me.
