I have had eyelash extensions for almost 10 years off and on and have been to at least dozen technicians. I have to say, this place is the best place I have been to date! I just got back from a 14 day cruise from the French Polynesia and have been snorkeling all the days we were on vacation. (Except sea days) not to mention going jet skiing on my excursions and let me tell you, I barely lost a lash. Seriously!! Don't take my word for it. You need to come and see for yourself. As seen in comments I've been receiving numerous messages and what seems to be very threatful and rude. I was being very honest with my review. I never said they were bad. If anything I said my lash growth was to blame but I wish they had told me my lashes weren't meant for the length I chosen. I will not stand for a company who wishes such on their customers for honest reviews Got my lashes done on May 16 it has been 10 days and my lashes are more than half way gone. I did come into the studio with barely any of my real Lashes it was very short very thin. And it's spring time and we should all know that's season that are lashes out more and regrow its a cycle, but my Lashes have been looking like this since before a week out the shop. Hannahs Beauty salon is terrible when it comes to talking to their customers. They are not people friendly. I had to cancel an appointment and they said they will charge me 80%. They also tried to guilt me that I was wasting their time because the tech was coming from victorville. Then blamed that I had cancelled a previous appointment before when I did not. They texted me that they no longer want to provide me service. They have no signs or anything to make the customer aware of the charge for a cancellation. They did not value my loyalty. I've been here twice, once for the first time getting eyelash extensions and then the second for my two week fill. Honestly, I could've gone probably another week without getting them filled but I just wanted to get them done. Hannah did my eyelashes and it was a great experience. It's so relaxing and Hannah is so friendly. She's so easy to talk to and she not only did an amazing job on my eyelashes, but she also showed me which eyelashes she used and had me touch the two different ones to see the difference. Well I'm pretty bummed because I use to go here all the time when it first opened and the when the pandemic hit i haven't been in a few years. Went back a few weeks ago to finally get them done again and Tam unfortunately did not know how to properly fan the lashes because after leaving my right eye became very irritated and the lashes were clumped heavily together to my real lash causing my lids irritation and redness. Most of my right eye lashes are gone from just falling off. Even though I was happy with the look when I left the day I got them done I have never experienced this and very unhappy at how they actually look close up. Very clumped and heavy glued. This was my first visit here and my first time having the individual eyelashes and I absolutely LOVE them. They are located in Target shopping center to the left. Jennifer was my eyelash technician and she was great!!! Very welcoming and walked me through each step of the process. My appointment was at 10am and I was a few minutes late due to traffic but Jennifer started as soon as I arrived. The process took 2hr due to 1 of my eyes having twisted lashes lol but other than that everything was great. There was calming music in the background and they offer you water or tea while you wait.
