Over time, I started noticing a pattern that made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. No matter how many lashes were actually applied, I was always charged the same price. On one visit, I specifically requested a lighter, less full set, assuming the price would reflect the reduced amount of work. Instead, I was charged exactly the same as always. On my most recent appointment, my lashes weren't even filled in completely. Within less than two weeks, I had experienced so much fallout that I already needed another full fill, which has never happened to me this quickly. The quality simply wasn't there. To make matters worse, when I decided to have them removed instead of paying for another fill, I was charged $22 for removal. After being a regular customer for an entire year, it would have been nice if they had offered that as a courtesy, especially considering how poorly the last service turned out. What upsets me the most is that I was always kind, respectful, and loyal. I never complained or caused problems. Looking back, I feel like because I didn't speak up, my loyalty was taken for granted. I don't mind paying for quality work, but I do expect consistency, fairness, and appreciation for repeat customers. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed, undervalued, and honestly taken advantage of. I hope management takes customer loyalty more seriously because this experience has completely changed my opinion of the salon and I don't think I will ever return now.

The customer service rep/ receptionist explained to me that they would fix my lashes, but unfortunately that same day I tested positive for Covid and couldn't go in until negative. Now here we are 8 days after me talking with her, and they refuse to fix lashes or refund my money. I feel cheated, ripped off, and just plainly done wrong. I sent them pictures of what my lashes looked like 48 hrs after getting them, but they claim that the tech told me that she couldn't do my lashes because of a gap. This was my first visit there, if this was their recommendation why would I proceed anyway in place new to me? I asked to speak with Tanya the owner on day 2, day 5, and again today, but was told by the receptionist that she's the only one who handles customers' complaints. Keep your money and go to a place with business integrity, great customer service, and awesome professional skills. I explained to Kristin, even if there was only a gap or 2 in my lashes...how does she reconcile the fact that my lashes are 90% gone and "today" is day 10 since my service. That's not because of gaps, that's because of poor technique. I told her that this is a horrible way to do business and when I told her that I was writing my experience in this review, she hung up on me. I truly wish that they had just simply refunded my money, had a different tech repair my lashes(like they said they would), or just simply told me when I arrived that my requested service was not possible give the skill set of my assigned lash tech. I truly love the location that I regularly receive my service at, but it's over an hour away, and I was just hoping that myself and my 6 friends who all go there together had finally found a great place within 15 minutes of us all. But I truly found out that quality service is just simply unparalleled and well worth the drive.

I cannot get past how much glue was used for these cluster lashes. I can't even blink my eyes…read morewithout feeling the glue pulling on my skin. It hurts to close my eyes, it even hurts to squint! I used a Groupon, first she couldn't get over how little she thought I paid. I told her don't worry about how much I paid (I explained I had a Groupon coupon which lowered my price). She kept saying I paid so little even after showing her the voucher with the option I chose. There will be no way for these lashes to fall out naturally because essentially she created one big strip of a lash by adding so much glue across the top. I can't even comb/brush through them. I've had cluster lashes many times and never have they been glued on in this manner. I like that they are even but that's about it. The lashes also stick straight out. They don't curve like the shape of a natural lash. There's nothing classic or natural about this set. I texted the same number that scheduled my appointment about my experience and there was no response. But when I texted to schedule an appointment they were prompt.
