Initially, Ra'chel offered to "fix" her obvious mistake. (Only on her timeline). The fix was to over extend and further disfigure my eyebrows. When I contacted Ra'chel about her horrific mistakes, she refused to accommodate me and became extremely unprofessional, aggressive, adversarial & rude. Now here we are 8 days after me talking with her, and they refuse to fix lashes or refund my money. I feel cheated, ripped off, and just plainly done wrong. I sent them pictures of what my lashes looked like 48 hrs after getting them, but they claim that the tech told me that she couldn't do my lashes because of a gap. This was my first visit there, if this was their recommendation why would I proceed anyway in place new to me? I asked to speak with Tanya the owner on day 2, day 5, and again today, but was told by the receptionist that she's the only one who handles customers' complaints. Keep your money and go to a place with business integrity, great customer service, and awesome professional skills. I explained to Kristin, even if there was only a gap or 2 in my lashes...how does she reconcile the fact that my lashes are 90% gone and "today" is day 10 since my service. That's not because of gaps, that's because of poor technique. I told her that this is a horrible way to do business and when I told her that I was writing my experience in this review, she hung up on me. I've posted below my pics I sent them 48 hrs after my $112 service, which includes their original apology and promise to fix when they saw the pics. I truly wish that they had just simply refunded my money, had a different tech repair my lashes(like they said they would), or just simply told me when I arrived that my requested service was not possible give the skill set of my assigned lash tech. I truly love the location that I regularly receive my service at, but it's over an hour away, and I was just hoping that myself and my 6 friends who all go there together had finally found a great place within 15 minutes of us all. My review is 100% honest but çathkat doesn't know the truth. This is my experience getting a makeup tattoo from her. I went to her 7 years prior to get makeup tattooed on my face (eyebrows, eyeliner and lip shading). I was very happy with the work she did so I decided to go back to her to have my eyebrows and eyeliner redone. This time around was THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I felt like a hostage in that chair because the whole time all she did was bad mouth people (past customers and she told me how awful she feels that her daughter is a liberal). I couldn't wait to get out of her salon. I felt like I was doing the job of a psychiatrist sitting and listening to her rambling on. What an UNPROFESSIONAL rude business person she is to trash talk people who paid her good money. When it came to redoing my eyeliner she was very nervous and showed me a picture of her client who had ink bleeding into her eyelids, she told me it was because the lady was on pain killers. I looked it up and it's about bad technique not pain medication. Just one of MANY LIES. I decided not to let her touch my eyelids. Of course she lied in her response to my review and said SHE REFUSED to do them. After one touch up my eyebrows were splotchy and uneven. When I tried to give her a chance to fix them a third time we couldn't agree on a date; this was after she canceled on me twice for the first touch up appointment that was done. Each time I was told to stop taking supplements that act as blood thinners. I was without these supplements 4 weeks because she canceled on me twice (one after getting covid the other because she was having work done at her house that her husband couldn't stay there for). After not being able to agree on a follow-up appointment to fix my crooked and spotty eyebrows, she RUDELY announced on the phone, "I'm done working with you Jennifer ", So I told her to refund my money; she said no and hung up on me. I let her know that I'll be filing a small claims case against her. And I filed a complaint with the BBB. She lied again I did not get a full refund. I paid her $450 and after WEEKS of fighting with her she said she'd give me back $400. I found another tattoo artist to correct her mistakes done on my eyebrows. She didn't refund my money until AFTER I had her mistakes corrected. All she does is lie. Once I finally accepted the $400 from her I was done dealing with her. Fast forward to 9 months later I get served with a restraining order (because I wrote bad reviews on yelp n Google). She filed in court the beginning of June 2023 using threatening texts that she added my name to that I did not send to her. I was falsley accused by her of threatening her life to both the police and to the court. She perjurered herself in court and I wasn't given the opportunity to defend myself. But for the permanent decision I was there to defend myself against this LIAR. I didn't need to say a word in court, the judge saw right through her LIES & BS. That case riddled with LIES was DISMISSED. She did not prove that I threatened her (because I DIDN'T).Now it's my turn to file a lawsuit against her for violation of Penal Code S148.5 I will bring everything she said about me, ALL false allegations, to a lawyer .I also have copies of texts she sent to the other woman accusing her of the same exact things she'd LIED about me on. How PATHETIC. If you go to her and are happy with her work... all will be well. However, if you DON'T like her work, you'll be enemy no 1. I did not deserve to have my good name drug through the justice system falsley. Her attempt to quell my First amendment rights FAILED. I feel it's my duty to show others how I was treated by her. She sent an email to both me and the other woman saying that because of our death threats against her that she's closing up and quitting. Well, that turned out to be yet ANOTHER LIE. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone. There is seriously something WRONG with her. BEWARE. She's not good at tattooing eyebrows. Look at other reviews. I'm just ONE of many who have had a bad experience with her. RUN RUN RUN from this shoddy work done by a gossiping LIAR. THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. She tried to ruin my life by lying about me in court. This was pure in retaliation for leaving a bad, yet HONEST review. Be warned of how you'll be treated. I did not threaten her physically. I hate LIARS and I'll fully defend myself against this one. Leaving a bad review is NOT harrassement. She leaves herself good reviews and psychotic responses with more threats. read more

Cathy is one of the best in industry, I've been coming to her for 11 years. I had my eyebrows done for the first time in 2011 powder-filled style. I prefer the full fill versus micro-blading. The specific ink she's used on me holds strong until a natural fade at around 3-4 years. The color is called chestnut. Even when faded, I have the full eyebrow shape for my threader to follow and myself if adding more make-up. So helpful! I like Cathy's style, as many other artists use a set stencil shape, but Cathy does it freehand. Personally I like this because we were able to create the shape based on what I wanted during consultation. In 2023, I had my eyebrows touched up for a third time over the 11-year period and also got lash enhancement for the first time, which is like a very thin eyeliner at the base of the eyelashes. I love it! Cathy's topical numbing cream is a game changer for me (low pain tolerance), it made it easy to sit through the procedure. She explained to me how after your new PMU will be dark/dramatic (see picture, so different than healed!), flake while healing, then lighten. Any changes I've needed have been completed once healed and back for my touch-up. This past time, a touch-up was not needed. If you knew me, to let anyone tattoo my body, let alone my face would have never happened if it had not been for Cathy's patience and empathy throughout the process. Coming in, I had a million and one questions, all of which Cathy attended to with grace and ease. The before and after care sheet she provides is crystal clear, unlike any I have ever seen in the industry. Cathy takes the time to walk you through the process, step by step, her topical numbing cream (you barely feel at thing!!), how dark they will be AT FIRST, the flaking while healing, touch-up, and any details of what to expect insuring by the time your touch-up is done (they must heal first - everyone's skin reacts differently), they will be to your loving. Ladies, consider Ramona's services a gift to yourself…read more Day #1: Consult day. A 45-minute play day with crayons (not really). I came in for an initial consult, an opportunity to allow Ramona the dubious pleasure of convincing me I should do this, permanent eyeliner and brows. Me chicken? Yep. A white haired, fair skinned, be-freckled German/Scottish grandma with nearly invisible brows and sparse eyelashes, I expected she would tell me my face was too old, too wrinkly, too irreparable for her services. She would then advise, "Tsk, better you put a bag over your head", and shake her head solemnly. In fact, this did not happen and gentle Ramona calmly reminded me she has been doing even more challenging cases than this for decades. After seeing photos of fair skinned, older women who came out remarkably well under her artistry, I accepted the fact that my face just might be redeemable. I usually sport an 'au natural" look, partially because I am lazy, and more importantly because I am practically blind. Embarrassingly, I need a 7x magnifying mirror to even attempt an application of makeup to my eyes. Ramona rubbed her hands together with glee and started to play with my face using removable makeup, then announced she would mix custom colors for my brows due to my yellowish skin tone. I looked in the mirror, smiled, and booked my appointment for the very next day. Day #2: The day was long, nearly 3 hours of "face do-over". No turning back now. Ramona, gentle, efficient, and quick, was very reassuring and professional. The actual tattooing did not take that long. The first hour was spent filling out waivers, testing brow and eyeliner ink colors (she did that custom mix for me) and sitting quietly waiting for the numbing topical to take effect. After meticulously documenting everything she would be using on my face, she scrubbed up, donned a surgical mask and gown, mounted some weird magnifying glasses on her head, and slipped on sterile gloves. This was not a back alley tattoo parlor. The brows were done with microblading and shading techniques that went quickly and almost painlessly. It was the eyelids that betrayed me. I will not pull punches, my eyelids required more stamina and cooperation: two applications of numbing solution for me followed by buzzzzzing, tickling, and some slight pinching just to complete what she called "hairline strokes", a thin line at the base of my eyelashes, interspersed with a few moments of badly needed respite. My fair skinned eyes swelled and wise Ramona pronounced my eyes had had enough for that day. One and a half days later, the swelling was all gone. My second visit 4 weeks later was when we tackled the eyeliner portion first then finished the touch ups of the eyebrows. This took less time. Four weeks later I returned a third time for some simple touch ups at no additional charge. I am very pleased with the final outcome. The small studio is located on the second floor of a non-descript commercial building. Expect to climb a steep flight of stairs. Since she works by appointment, her hours are far more flexible than indicated on this Yelp site. This is a one-woman studio. That means you have her full, undivided attention. Everything was exceedingly clean, sterile, efficiently laid out, yet with a relaxing spa-like feel - with mellow New Age music playing in the background, a trickling fountain, and a soft herbal scent in the air. Disclosure: I am thankful this is called "Permanent" makeup. It will not go down as one of my most fun experiences to date. However, the benefits are obvious. It's lasting power alone is worth it. Her clients usually wait 9-10 years before they need another touch up. Wow! Eliminating the costs of purchasing eye makeup and avoiding infection of using said makeup is reason enough, but the freedom to wake up to a nearly finished face that looks fresh and consistent each day is the big winner. The key to a good experience is ultimately finding an aesthetician who is considerate, gentle, and excels at their craft. Ramona is surely one. She is a wonderful artist and I love having me photographed now.

I have gotten to know her since July of 2019 when she gave me micro/powder shading. She accommodated with what brows I wanted and made sure I was happy with the shape I was going to get. Well can I tell u that even with one treatment, my brows hadn't faded a bit in over a year?1?1?! Thats amazing. Just recently I had finally received my touch up (on halloween) and I am so happy with them. They healed up nicely. Many girls from work and other places have complimented on how nice my brows look. So if you are planning on getting your brows upgraded, see Lisa. You will totally love her.

To be honest, I never thought I would be able to have perfect brows due to part of my face being partially paralyzed. As you can imagine, I struggled to achieve perfect brows for a really long time!!!! At first, Lisa took her time designing the right shape for my brows around the bone structure in my face. Afterwards she puts numbing cream to make sure it did not hurt :) Once it was all numb the process begins, first was the outline, and then MICROSHADING! If I ever felt discomfort I told Lisa, and she generously provided more numbing cream. After the appointment, Lisa was very thorough when providing after procedure care instructions. She provided me with a special care cream to help if it from becoming excessively dry or irritated. The healing process went very smoothly. I made sure to make my touch-up appointment early to ensure I reserved a time that works for me and Lisa! After my touch-up appointment the results shocked me. I now feel and look amazing, and could not be more happy with my new brows! I could not have dreamed of anything better. I'm beyond happy with the results, had an amazing experience with Lisa, and highly recommend her services. Thank you!!!!

I was fortunate enough to take my mom to her before my mom passed away. My mom also loved her eyebrows. I haven't done my touch up but I still get compliments on my brows. I feel fortunate to know this is wonderful artist. She's a wonderful person and makes you always feel at home with her. If I could I would give her 10 stars.

I told her she's going to have to watermark all her pictures! If you're having a hard time choosing who to go to, just scroll through her Instagram page and compare her work to others-- it'll make your decision easy. While very professional, she is also very laid back and makes your experience comfortable, FUN and relaxing. She has a natural talent for microblading and will give you those full and natural looking eyebrows that you want. I have lived my entire life with an abnormal brow and had no choice but to fill it in daily with powder. I have longed for the day that I could wake up and my brows would just be there. Today was that day! I have been doing my research for quite some time but wanted/needed to find someone who had darker brows that had been done by someone local enough. After seeing a friend of mine get her brows done by RG, I KNEW that I was ready to take the leap into the world of microblading. From the get-go, RG was beyond responsive and eased any concerns that I had and was more than willing to work around my work schedule. When I walked into the room, I felt an immediate connection with the person who was about to change my life! She was pleasant and excited and I felt super comfortable! She was patient and had a steady hand while she drew up the first drawing of my potential brow. Not once did she change her tone while I requested "sharper here, straighter there, more curve here." (I almost felt a little guilty on how perfect I wanted them.) I knew I wanted them thick and I wanted them to be exactly how I have been drawing and shading them in for the 20+ years. Once we got to the place where the shape was perfect (and I mean PERFECT) then she applied the numbing cream. We chatted all the while the numbing cream set in. I couldn't help but smile as she began the process. I must admit that again, I felt guilty about not experiencing any pain during the actual session but everyone's pain tolerance is different. Side note: the sound isn't exactly the most pleasant and your imagination might begin to run wild, but fret not! (You are in great hands!) RG would ask me if I was experiencing any pain and would show me the progress. At no point did I feel that she was rushing as I knew the evening was progressing. The time had arrived for the big reveal! I couldn't stop staring!!! I wanted to cry, laugh, jump out of the chair and hug her (all at the same time!) She began to talk to me about all of the post after care procedures, I know I was listening but couldn't stop staring at the mirror ;) She gave me the opportunity to stand up, take a closer look and she'd be happy to make any adjustments and she did! I hugged her once more and practically skipped out of the building. As a working mom of 3 who's time is already stretched thin, I felt that it was a worthwhile investment, not only in myself but to have those extra minutes each morning = priceless. Thank you Areglia! You are a life changer ;)
