Completely different shaped eyebrows. I've been to 3 eyebrow professionals since, who all recommend laser removal, because my eyebrows were so horribly done. Initially, Ra'chel offered to "fix" her obvious mistake. (Only on her timeline). The fix was to over extend and further disfigure my eyebrows. When I contacted Ra'chel about her horrific mistakes, she refused to accommodate me and became extremely unprofessional, aggressive, adversarial & rude. She did not even offer to refund for the BOTCHED service. The pictures speak for themselves. In addition, Ra'chel is being reported to the board of cosmetology.
