I'm a OC native that moved out to the IE last year and while there's an endless list of great lash techs out in the Orange County area, her work is even better than all the other 7+ different salons I've visited over the decade. She's always honest about how heavy we can go depending on the condition of my lashes (boo Asian lashes) and always makes sure I'm happy with her work before leaving which I greatly appreciate. I've even brought in my mother-in-law while she was visiting from out of town and she loved her work so much she's said she wants to get them done by her with every visit now!) Remi is honestly just awesome overall as a person as well so if you do book her, make sure to tip accordingly! Her work really is fabulous. : ) **Forgot to mention, I trust her so fully It was a no brainer to get my wedding lashes done by her as well obviously which lasted through all the crying and sweating as well as the after partying. Cannot recommend this sweet gal enough!!

Then they started charging more to make them fuller, which I agreed to pay, but somehow I've been getting fewer and fewer lashes each time. The last technician I saw did my lashes twice, and both times my right eye had noticeably fewer lashes than my left and they look very uneven. On top of that, they expect you to get a new set every two weeks, which gets extremely expensive. I just got a brand-new set today, and honestly, I feel like pulling them all out. $110 straight in the trash. At this point, the quality simply doesn't justify the price. I'm extremely disappointed, and I will not be going back.

The service I received here was horrific! My lashes didn't last 48 hours for $112. I reached out to…read moremy tech that same evening of service via text to and to company the next day and sent pictures. The customer service rep/ receptionist explained to me that they would fix my lashes, but unfortunately that same day I tested positive for Covid and couldn't go in until negative. Now here we are 8 days after me talking with her, and they refuse to fix lashes or refund my money. I feel cheated, ripped off, and just plainly done wrong. I sent them pictures of what my lashes looked like 48 hrs after getting them, but they claim that the tech told me that she couldn't do my lashes because of a gap. This was my first visit there, if this was their recommendation why would I proceed anyway in place new to me? I asked to speak with Tanya the owner on day 2, day 5, and again today, but was told by the receptionist that she's the only one who handles customers' complaints. Keep your money and go to a place with business integrity, great customer service, and awesome professional skills. I explained to Kristin, even if there was only a gap or 2 in my lashes...how does she reconcile the fact that my lashes are 90% gone and "today" is day 10 since my service. That's not because of gaps, that's because of poor technique. I told her that this is a horrible way to do business and when I told her that I was writing my experience in this review, she hung up on me. I've posted below my pics I sent them 48 hrs after my $112 service, which includes their original apology and promise to fix when they saw the pics. I truly wish that they had just simply refunded my money, had a different tech repair my lashes(like they said they would), or just simply told me when I arrived that my requested service was not possible give the skill set of my assigned lash tech. I truly love the location that I regularly receive my service at, but it's over an hour away, and I was just hoping that myself and my 6 friends who all go there together had finally found a great place within 15 minutes of us all. But I truly found out that quality service is just simply unparalleled and well worth the drive.
