I've gotten a facial done by her twice now and they're so relaxing and refreshing after getting my brows done. Both times I've ended up dozing off lol. The ambiance in the facial room is perfectly quiet because it's separated from the main shop area. She plays calming music and wraps you up in cozy blankets. I was in the area and saw that the establishment was not busy so I thought I would pop in and get a quick clean up on my eyebrows. I left with two different eyebrow looks. The young lady did offer to "fix it" so it wasn't that they didn't attempt to correct the issue, it was more so that there was an issue to begin with. it's the first time this has happened to me so I don't honestly know if this is common or not but I definitely don't pay for a clean up just to have to draw on my brows in the end. I'm a total novice when it comes to my eyebrows, but she put my fears to rest. As soon as I sat down in the waiting area, I overheard her asking questions and giving tips to the girl who was in her chair. "Are you trying to grow your eyebrows out? If you want to help them grow, out castor oil or coconut oil on them at night! You'll see a difference." (I thought that was a great tip I could steal for myself!) When it was my turn, I let her know that I was attempting to grow my brows to look more full, but I also don't really keep up with them. I expected to hear the same advice she had given the first girl, and I got that and MORE! Every word of wisdom was custom to me, and she even showed me how to outline, define, and color in my eyebrows in less than a minute. She didn't make me feel dumb for not being a brow expert or say anything about how terrible the condition of my eyes brows were before. (I can't tell you how many MONTHS it has been since they were waxed/threaded). after reading so many amazing reviews and learning that this location is about 1/4 of a mile from my house I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did. I only came in for my upper lip, Sabrina helped me. She was so kind and made the experience great. She talked to me while I was getting threaded and I was so distracted I almost didn't feel a thing. Staff are professional and friendly, and the place is decorated nice and clean. I know I'll be back for more upper lip, i hope to also be back for brows! I'm just so picky I rarely let anyone touch them! LOL UPDATE: I came here to get my brows done and I love it. I embrace my straighter brows and am not a big fan of the super arched brow. I've been really hesitant to get my brow threaded since the last couple of times I went to House of Beauty in Riverside and Lala's in Moreno Valley made my eyebrows WAY TOO THIN. My first time was in December, I forgot who did my brows, but she listened to what I wanted (just a clean up). I just went back for the second time last week and Heena did my eyebrows, gave me tips on how to maintain them, and listened to my needs as well. I've only been here once, which was this past weekend, and I had a decent experience. The wait was pretty long due to them only having two workers that day, but I didn't really mind. Compared to other threading places, they are a little slow while threading which makes it a little more painful and I left with tons of swollen bumps. I normally don't ever have bumps at other places. But other than that, my eyebrows came out really nice.
