When I brought it up, instead of acknowledging it, she said it wasn't a cut and told me I'm "just sensitive." I've been to many eyebrow threading places over the years and have never been cut like this, nor spoken to in such a dismissive way. She had the worst attitude as if she were annoyed and the A/C doesn't seem to work either because she had a little fan on. She lost a customer for life. P.S. my eyebrows came out too thin and it looks like I could've done it with my tweezers. Oh yeah and there's no working bathroom.
