I phoned the salon and to my surprise the woman on the other end of the phone said "You may walk in or make an appointment". I decided to give them a try. I have been coming to this location for about 3.5 years, and this was by far the worst experience I…read morehave ever had here. My regular technician is currently out for the month, so I was assigned to a newer technician. I completely understand that everyone has to learn, and I normally wouldn't mind this if an experienced technician was supervising. Unfortunately, that did not happen. During my eyebrow threading, I actually experienced nicks on my eyelids from the threading, which has never happened in the entire 3.5 years I've been coming here. The lash service was also very disappointing. My lashes were clearly uneven, and when I politely asked the technician to double-check them, I was initially told "it looks fine." After asking again if they could see the difference, they offered to add more lashes to one eye, but the issue was not that I needed more -- the lashes needed to be balanced and corrected. I also specifically asked that the lashes not extend to the outer corner of my eye, which was followed on only one eye. The service took nearly two hours, which is much longer than usual. Throughout the process, the technician repeatedly asked me to show pictures of what I wanted, which made the appointment feel uncertain and unprofessional. I ultimately left with uneven lashes, uneven eyebrows, and visible nicks on my eyelids. After spending over two hours there, I didn't feel comfortable allowing further corrections from someone who seemed unsure of the service. This experience was very disappointing, especially because I've been a loyal customer for several years. I hope management reviews this situation and ensures that new technicians are properly supervised before performing services on clients

The service fee for the card I understand but two extra dollars when it clearly says $6 on all the signs out and inside the place. Never coming back. Not only is it because she overcharged me since she has no business, but because she was rude and kept getting frustrated when the thread would break because SHE was pulling on it too hard. She had the worst attitude as if she were annoyed and the A/C doesn't seem to work either because she had a little fan on. She lost a customer for life. P.S. my eyebrows came out too thin and it looks like I could've done it with my tweezers. Oh yeah and there's no working bathroom.
