I came in today for 2 services and it was only 10 dollars but since I pay with cc I was charge 11. I told the lady to add a 5 dollar tip on top which should be 16. They didn't give me a receipt and when I got home I realized I was charged 17 total I saw in my email. Beware when paying cc. These ladies are greedy and shady. Well not be coming back. read more

I debated writing this review for a few months, but I feel it needs to be said. I've been coming to this salon for about six years, and this has always been the only place I go for Brazilian waxes. During one my recent appointments , the waxer told me I looked like I had gained weight. Waxing is already a very vulnerable experience, and hearing that was incredibly hurtful especially after being such a loyal customer for so long. Very disappointing. read more

The price is reasonable $9.00 ! And the work these ladies do ! Exceptional ! Always cleanly and leave me nice and shapely and of course on Fleek ! The first time I went there I had not ok experience, but the owner Kinjal reached out to me and apologized. She asked me to come back in free of charge. I went in today and Vandhu did my eyebrows and she was super sweet she even told me what I need to do to get my eyebrows thicker. She did an amazing job, I will definitely come back to see her. She gave me her personal phone number to message her to schedule my appointments. read more

I was a loyal customer up until today. The service I had done was simply for my brows to be threaded, which costs $7.50 ($7 for the threading, and 50 cents to use your debit or credit card. I was happy with the service, however not happy for what I was charged. As always I paid with my visa debit card...apparently they were having internet issues, and so they repeatedly swiped my card. It showed on my end that I was charged 3 times. They kept saying it wasn't charged, so I then went next door to smart & final to get them cash. When I checked my account again after I gave them cash, my account showed I was ultimately charged 5 x $7.50 = $37.50!! I showed another customer who was waiting her turn the 5 charges to my account. I had to call my bank and report these as fraudulent charges. I advise not using debit or credit cards to make payment if you choose to go to this place. read more
