The lady refused to do work without my mask on even though when I walked in she didn't have hers on and she has been in there breathing all day. She asks me to put on a mask while hers is still off and she doesn't put it on till I chuckled and called her out for it being off. She then decided to put blame on the owner for the policy. "Im just following orders." I know I've heard that in history class before. It is illegal to do business and require a mask for goods and services here in the US. Don't let people set restrictions on your life. I used to be a frequent customer but I won't be FORCED to do anything especially in front of hypocrisy. Support what you love or it goes away. SOME of ladies here are friendly yes. . I have been coming here for YEARS! And get treated like crap once I get a random lady and not my regular. I paid with a card and they charged me to use a card. I was like ok fine. When I signed it didn't give me an option to leave a tip, so I POLITELY asked her about it cause I wanted to leave her a tip. She laughs and says "give me card, I have to charge you 50 cents again to leave me a tip but I won't this time, next I will" ??? Like ok I was trying to give you a tip like my bad for not knowing ? I've been coming to this location for about 2 years now. The past few times I've come I never get the same girl. Big turn around in this location for threaders. Today I went in to get my eyebrows done. Now I understand the Covid guidelines and how it works, but maybe the owner should train the employees on how exactly it works. They should know that everyone's body temp isn't 98.6 it can run from 98.6 -99.8 without it being a fever. So maybe your business will survive if your employees learn and don't refuse customers and blame it on the owner. I will not be returning here due to the ignorance of this facility. read more

When I sat down in the chair I told her to just clean up around my brows (I had them filled in so that they would know what shape I wanted)and she totally just took off about 7 or 8 brow hairs making one of my brows way shorter than the other! It's a convenient salon because it's close to home but definitely mediocre work. Both regular employees are always unfriendly. Today, the chair closest to the waiting area made a comment about my weight and said I needed to eat more. Its never okay to comment on anyone's weight, no matter what. Flat out rude. I should have left the salon feeling beautiful and confident and was instead extremely mad. Not to mention, the place had a nasty smell to it. The floors today were disgusting looking. I've been here twice, the first time I got my eyebrows threaded I loved them so much, so I came back a second time and it was a much different experience. I have 5 cuts on my right eyebrow, and they've been burning ever since I got them done a few days ago. As far as customer service, I'm honestly surprised at all the reviews. I went her to get a wax service and the cleanliness of the room is not up to my standards. The girl who is licensed to wax is very nice but when you touch customers bikini area and touch the microwave and the jar of wax with the same gloves is very disgusting. How do you not think about your clients health by contaminating the areas you are touching.. please take off your nasty gloves when touching the microwave and jars of wax. She also made me bleed and panicked wanting to stop and leave hair there until I told her to please clean the rest of it. It looked silly with some areas waxed and other area with left over hairs.
