Terrible experience I do not recommend coming here. She was very rough. It was sloppy work there was still hairs left over. Only reason I didn't keep asking her to fix them was because I didn't want her to mess them up even more. Please don't go here. I should have looked inside and seen it wasn't busy and took a hint. SMH. Also she was very unhelpful with fixing them telling me that it's just the way they are when I've definitely had them restored and look good by other people.

The woman who did my eyebrows, an older lady, cut the skin above my eyelid and did not tell me it happened or apologize. It was bleeding a lot. When I brought it up, instead of acknowledging it, she said it wasn't a cut and told me I'm "just sensitive." I've been to many eyebrow threading places over the years and have never been cut like this, nor spoken to in such a dismissive way. I understand accidents can happen, but what really bothered me was the rudeness and lack of accountability. Being hurt and then blamed for it is unacceptable. I will not be coming back. I should've waited for my eyebrow lady.

Business is clean and prices are good but because I'm so picky especially with my eyebrows, I'm unsure if I'd ever return. I also think it's more difficult when you're not a consistent customer and they don't know you and what you want or like so I'll give them that.

I used a Groupon, first she couldn't get over how little she thought I paid. I told her don't worry about how much I paid (I explained I had a Groupon coupon which lowered my price). She kept saying I paid so little even after showing her the voucher with the option I chose. There will be no way for these lashes to fall out naturally because essentially she created one big strip of a lash by adding so much glue across the top. I can't even comb/brush through them. I've had cluster lashes many times and never have they been glued on in this manner. I like that they are even but that's about it. The lashes also stick straight out. They don't curve like the shape of a natural lash. There's nothing classic or natural about this set. I texted the same number that scheduled my appointment about my experience and there was no response. But when I texted to schedule an appointment they were prompt.

I found this spot through Yelp and decided to give it a try after seeing all the great reviews. I've been loyal to the same eyebrow lady for years, but since moving to a new area, I figured it was time to take a chance--and I'm so glad I did. I was welcomed right away and taken care of in a timely manner, even as the shop suddenly got much busier. She did an amazing job shaping my brows and cleaning everything up beautifully. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and I'll definitely be returning as a regular customer. read more
