Horrible service there not even nice there and they left my eyebrows looking horrible I asked for henna eyebrows she left it lumpy said it wouldn't dye my skin but it did I was so embarrassed knowing they charge 31$ for that

I came here Saturday 09/21/24 around 3:10 ish... I didn't get the lady's name, but I sat down on chair #1. I told her I wanted a clean up and somehow she ended up over threading the inside of my left eyebrow. It's so uneven and short now. I knew I shouldn't have gave this place a try. Usually they give you a small little mirror while you're still sitting in the chair to see your eyebrows and she didn't . She just told me "okay" and that was my queue that she was done and she wanted me to get out of her chair. I didn't have a chance to look at my eyebrows because she rushed me to the entrance to pay . I noticed my eyebrows were all MESSED up when I got inside my car. DO NOT COME HERE IF ITS YOUR 1st time . If you've been coming here for a while and you like their service then good for you.

Since day one, the woman in chair one has done my eyebrows and never had a problem with her or her work. Honestly, I feel bad for the individuals who had a bad experience with this location, but what do you expect for such an inexpensive service? If you want to get your brows done, might as well go to Benefit Brow Bar or The Wax Lounge in Downtown Riverside, but expect to pay $20-40 dollars (which I've done in the past, but had to set my priorities straight and budget lol) so I come here instead and I love it. I'll just fill in my own eyebrows when i get home. Lol. I'll continue to pay my $7 every 2-3 weeks. If you want to save money and have clean eyebrows, give this location a try.

She currently works at a new location Unique eyebrow threading in Ontario that is worth checking out. I recommend her she always does an amazing job and the new location is very nice. read more

It really does take one bad experience to make you want to leave a review. I've been here dozens of times and I've never had either a bad threading nor experience but this time I had both. I didn't catch her name but she's a new threader and she looks a little younger than the others. I came in for a "clean up" but she did the exact opposite and took off a good portion of my eyebrows. She was on the phone the whole time, talking to through her Apple Watch. While it wasn't too loud, it is obnoxious since her wrist was right in my ear. I would understand if it were an emergency phone call but the person on the other end was talking about having bought a new car. The conversation lasted the duration of my threading and I didn't noticed she had thinned out my eyebrow drastically until it was too late. I have many good experiences here but if this is how it's going to be from now on. Don't come here. read more

Well, this was the first time I had my brows done, I don't have much hut I just wanted the Henna, the lady put the henna on my eyebrows and the so un even Thank God it only lasted a week because I had to fill them in to even them out. They do a good job when they're not on the phone while working on your brows. For the most part I like the girl at station 1. Kinda wish they'd give you a small massage or at least rub some aloe Vera on the brows when the service is done. read more

Please do not come here!!!! I got my eyebrows done only to be cut several times under BOTH brows. I asked if she could at least give me a discount since I have a wedding the next day. She said "awe" and simply refused. I won't be wasting my time here ever again. Such horrible customer service and now I can only hope that my make up will cover up this mess!! read more

Asked for the middle to be cleaned up a little and she threaded a lot into the left eyebrow, the arch is also higher on the right eyebrow. Second time they mess up my eyebrows, can't wait till my lady opens her shop back up. read more

I have come here a few times and it's always been ok. Except for today. Today Rita did my brows. Today I left with a large patch in the arch of my eyebrows. When I pointed it out to Rita, she insisted that my eyebrow just grows that way! I told her that I have never had a patch there, that I didn't walk in with a patch there, and have had my brows threaded plenty of times and have never left with a patch. She insisted that she didn't do it and never apologized and just ignored the entire thing. I also commented prior to seeing the finished result that it was especially painful today and she just said that she was almost done. Needless to say, I will be finding a new eyebrow studio. read more

I like this place! I have never been to a place where the ask you to see one eyebrow before doing the other one. They also ask you first before putting oils or lotion on your face. If i could give it a zero i would , lady NUMBER ONE SUCKS at doing eyebrows i gave this place another try NEVER again will i make a decision like that. Made my eyes brows soo un even i have natural thick eyebrows and full . One eyebrow is short and thick the other is long and thinner . Both not cleaned upp i asked to go over my eyebrow she did but messed them up even more. One of my brows was just so blocky and bad .So disappointed and upset . DO NOT Recommend ! The one-star review is for the sole reason that I'm not returning to my previous waxing provider, which comes down to management response, or lack thereof, on two separate occasions. The first issue occurred over nine months ago when the Upland location closed. I was unable to get a refund for the remaining balance on my account. When I called this location to ask if I could at least use the funds toward product purchases, the manager never followed up. The second issue happened just this past week. I brought to their attention that the stepping stool (used to get onto the waxing table) has always been filthy. I was told this was not a priority, as there were "more important areas" to focus on. For those unfamiliar, clients sometimes remove their shoes before stepping onto the table for a bikini wax, which makes the cleanliness of that stool especially important. After that response, I made the decision not to renew my membership. Respectfully reviewed.

You can't beat the prices when they are quick and exact !they really noticed how my eyebrows are without even telling them. Everytime I go to an eyebrow threading place I get so nervous but at the end I'm either happy or disappointed. Of course when I left here I was overjoyed !!!!!
