I was pretty disappointed with my experience here. I went in to get my eyebrows done and clearly explained that I only wanted the extra hairs cleaned up and not to thin out my brows. I even showed a reference photo of how my eyebrows normally look. Unfortunately, the technician went ahead and made my brows much thinner than requested, and they also turned out uneven. I was very clear about what I wanted, so this was frustrating. I hope they pay closer attention to client instructions in the future, especially when it comes to eyebrow shape and thickness. read more

I came to do a quick eyebrow thread and was not greeted when I came in, even though I said hello loudly. This wouldn't have bothered me, but the next person who came in got a much warmer greeting. Showed her a picture of what I wanted before I even sat down and she didn't even give me the arched eyebrows I asked for. They looked like she just cleaned up my eyebrows but gave me a more rounder shape than arched. And she had a good amount of hair to work with too. I understand that eyebrows look different on everybody but this is not remotely close to what I asked for. Ladies please don't be fooled by the comments and reviews. This used to be my go to place when it was just Sona (I think), but the last two times I've been there a red haired lady has done my brows. Both times I walked in with full brows and left with very thin brows. My second visit with her I politely requested that she not make them too thin and she got defensive, asking if I had had a bad experience with her before. Of course I said no. She then proceeded to tell me I would 'look angelic with a little makeup.' It really rubbed me the wrong way. Of course, I left with very thin brows again. Oh my goodness absolutely wonderful experience! I can't stop looking at my eyebrows because they have never looked this good (and I have crazy wild hard to maintain bushy brows!). I am always worried when I go to a new place because I have a pretty good thick set of brows that I only want cleaned up and this was it. Vaina is adorable and extremely experienced. New threading place opened in the canyon crest shopping center. They are located next to the bagel shop near the Subway. Very clean and nice looking place. They are currently holding a promotion til end of February for $3.99 threading. They offer a stamp card for every threading service you get a stamp and your 10th one is free. One less star because I'm not sure how they expected me to check my eyebrows from the seat to the large mirror...and I wear glasses... Additionally I wasn't offered aloe like other places have done. Regardless service was friendly and the associate wore two masks and sanitized her hands before taking care of my eyebrows. read more

I took my two girls in for a last min girls only putting so we were walk ins. There was one lady working but said it wasn't problem. She saw the three is us and did a fantastic job. I never felt like she was rushing through us even though the shop was quickly filling up, she was polite and very sweet. The shop is very clean, the service was great and the prices were good too. Quick and friendly service. I came here twice to get my brows done and I was done within 5 minutes both times and they did a really good job too :) They are located a pretty close drive to UCR. Their prices are super affordable ($9 for brows) and they were offering a student discount if you show them your student ID, not sure if it's still available. I really wanted to like this place because they are very conveniently located for me. I usually drive to corona for my eyebrows, but this location is much closer to home for me. I was definitely looking to become a regular. I trusted the reviews, as they have good ratings. The establishment was clean and well lit. It seemed there was only one person working when I arrived. She asked if I was paying cash & didn't seem like she wanted to service me when I said yes, I had cash. I got in her chair, explained I had been growing out my brows and that I didn't want them to thin, simply cleaned up on top and bottom. About half way through the service I felt her take off the front half of my brow my left brow is now very far from the center of my face, and way shorter than my right brow. I expressed that she messed up when she asked if I liked them. She said no, it was just extra hair that was in the way. I'm so sad, I hope my brows regrow to their original form. read more
