I was so excited to see this location open in Canyon Crest. I normally go to the Perfect iBrow off of La Sierra which is a 30 minute drive for me, but am super picky about my eyebrows and only let Shilu from La Sierra do them. I decided to stop by here today and Zanai (chair #2) did a perfect job! I will definitely becoming to this location from now on and going to Zanai! Also, if you normally go to the La Sierra location, Zanai let me know that Shilu comes to this location on Wednesdays. read more

My review is for the woman in chair #1 only. I've been coming here for awhile and usually get the girl in chair #2 who is very friendly and does an amazing job. But the last couple times I've gone, only #1 is there (sorry I don't know their names) and she comes off as friendly but she threaded my brows and upper lip so fast there was a lot of spots she missed, and also bald spots on the top of my brow I now have to fill in. She asked for my punch card when I went to pay and noticed I had the card to their other location at la Sierra. #2 associate was awesome and said that they will gladly use it here but whenever I interact with #1 she wants to get feisty about it. Next time I go I will call ahead and see if #2 is there and if not I will find somewhere else to get my brows done. So frustrating. read more

Been going to the La Sierra location since they opened up in late 2016. Shilu has been my technician ever since. You could always tell when I went to someone else ‍ but every time Shilu would come to the rescue and fix the previous technicians mistake. I'm in and out within 10-15min on slow days and 15-25min tops on busier days. Love the atmosphere! Love that they opened the new location on Canyon Crest. read more

I stopped getting my eyebrows threaded when the pandemic started and hadn't gotten them threaded since. I was very nervous of getting them threaded somewhere new and potentially getting my eyebrows messed up after such a long time. I came here for the first time to avoid a lengthy drive to my usual spot. Nice associate however, the service was very rushed. No one else was in the lobby but she went so fast, I left with a few bleeding pores and and now have little pimples around my eyebrows. I felt that my eyebrows were a tad over-threaded, but I understand everyone has different ideas of what looks best. Just be vocal about the look you want and I think you'll be ok! I really wanted to like their service but left questioning if I'd come back. Also, as others have mentioned, I think a hand mirror and adding aloe are fully within health standards, even in this phase of Covid, and hopefully can be brought back soon. It would make the experience much better. read more

Just went in to take my daughter and the lady only had one person in front of us and said she wouldn not help us because she was closed at 7:00pm. It was 6:45pm I told her and she said oh well only cash because her machine was not working. Horrible customer service and very rude. Will not go back. read more

I have not been able to get my eyebrows done since the start of COVID last March and as a result have had some less than desirable results self plucking etc... well I was tired of staying home and letting my face look so terrible because the hair on my face looked a mess. A quick trip to my old eyebrow place ended in disappointment so I yelped "eyebrow threading near me" and took a chance at this place. HOLY S*** did I'd pay off. I my eyebrows have never looked this good and have not had such a painless experience before. I forgot to ask for her name but she had chair number 2 and she was so nice and helped give me the best eyebrows of my life. I will not stop raving about this place and will continue to come back. i usually come here to get my eyebrows done but today was not a good session. the lady that did my eyebrows today thinned out my eyebrows too much, grabbed my forehead/head too roughly when she needed a better position, and the whole session was intentionally pressing her body into mine. i was UNCOMFORTABLE the whole time. and she got visibly annoyed when i asked to use the student discount. read more
