Allison as always very professional, gentle, and incredibly thorough. She explained every step, made sure I was comfortable with numbing, and the treatment felt manageable even though I was nervous. The PRP addition has my skin already feeling tighter and more radiant (even on day 1), and the redness/tightness is exactly what she prepared me for. She sent me home with excellent aftercare products, the Rescue Smoothing Complex and mask have been lifesavers for calming things down overnight. I felt completely taken care of. Today I returned for lip filler with Breanna. Breanna was kind, precise, and listened closely to my goal: subtle but noticeable plump with natural definition and that sexy perk. They insisted I had been given an Agnes treatment during this current treatment & then switched to my previous visit. That is completely false. This service was only discussed and recommended to me during my most recent appointment--and I clearly declined it because I want to wait and see my results first. Instead of correcting their error, I was told it was a "miscommunication" and that they would zero out the facial and exosomes I currently have on my account to cover a charge for a service I did not receive. Taking away services I already paid for to cover their mistake is unacceptable. This feels dishonest and extremely unprofessional. I checked my email and they fraudulently charged my debit card without receiving any services whatsoever. Today, the lady even admitted over the phone while giving me a nasty attitude that they have kept my debit card on file for three months without giving them permission beforehand. After I told her to delete my debit card on file, the lady promised that I wouldn't be charged anymore. Not even an hour after speaking to her over the phone, she charges me for yet another service that I never came in to receive. How can you charge a customer for 100% of the services when I never came in to receive them because I was stuck in traffic??? FRAUD!!!!!! I reported them immediately, and I highly recommend no one to go here. If you have gone here, I highly recommend for you to call them and ask them to remove your debit card on file because I had no idea they were keeping my debit card info for so long without my knowledge until today. I wouldn't go here if my life depended on it. Never again! They lost a good customer EDIT/UPDATE: This fraudulent and racist company (who dislikes people of COLOR and talks about them badly in front of customers ) claimed that I signed a policy which authorized them to charge my debit card. No, I never signed anything (because I never went to this spa the day they are claiming) so their damage control of a response isn't working. Notice in their company response, they NEVER ever acknowledged the fact that they kept my debit card information on file for three months and counting without my permission. Even after I told them to delete my debit card information, they still proceeded to keep it on file and then fraudulently charge me for zero services rendered. Now that their hand has been caught in the cookie jar, I would like to add that they must have signed me up for a membership or a subscription of some kind without my permission because within their memberships, they're allowed to keep the customer's debit card information on file. But I want to make very clear that I never signed up for a membership and or signed a policy that allowed and or gave permission for them to utilize my debit card information in order to keep my debit card information on file for however long they want. Earlier this year, I authorized one massage and one massage only. I didn't give them my debit card so they could just run a tab whenever they want and that's how I'm being treated. And I find that to be extremely disrespectful, inconsiderate, irresponsible and extremely unprofessional on their end. Earlier this year I received a massage from them and when I did, I never gave them permission and or signed a policy that said they can keep my debit card on file for however long they want. In their response, she claimed that I said the debit card didn't belong to me. Even if that claim was true, why would they charge a debit card that doesn't belong to me? This corrupt company has already been reported on social media, the Better Business Bureau, Google, yelp, and anywhere else to spread the word that this company is not only fraudulent, racist, and regularly participates in breaching the privacy of their customers' data including their banking information. Who knows what offshore account they sold my banking information to, but I refuse to sit quiet and let a fraudulent company control the narrative.
