Of the technicians I've seen, Jenavie has made my lashes look the best and I've had better retention when she's done them. Absolutely horrid place. Charged 125 dollars for classic (outrages) and they didn't even last a day!!!! The last artist that did my lashes was I believe Chrissy or something like that. She didn't had me a mirror when j was done, I had to ask for one and I also had to ask for my own lash brush when they usually had them to you for after care. I've gotten my lashes done for years and have never had such terrible lashes and service. The classic I had wasn't even slightly symmetrical one eye had more volume than the other and one night sleep my lashes were literally all gone. Worst place and even worst customer service. After speaking with the front desk they refused to give me a refund. Never going to this place again. read more

Anyone who gets these services done knows that they're not cheap and if you're paying that price you expect good work. Not only does my lash lift look horrible but my brows are not great either. WARNING!!!!! I was very hesitant to get my lashes done just anywhere, so I decided to try this place beacuse of all the great reviews. Went in on friday the 18th of Oct. Girl checking in clients was pleasant. My lady I had an appointment was late, she came in rushing. She asked me to lay down on the bed without asking what look I wanted with my lashes. She barely spoke any English. When i decided to let her know what I wanted. Other lash girl working there next to me had to help assist me with what i wanted. She was super sweet. That was a bad sign already! Fast forward two days later. I wake up with my right eye shut swollen from the bottom and crusty!!!! I also jave some white looking spots. Not impressed. First time getting my lashes done. My lash lady, Elle, was less than welcoming. I showed her a mapping of a eye with lashes that a friend had drawn for me. Elle didn't even look at it, she had her own idea of what I wanted. I told her I wanted a natural yet full lash set. Elle applied hybrid lashes. they ended up short and square in shape. Yes I said square. They looked horrible and made my eyes look tiny. I tried to convince myself that I thought they looked bad because they were new to me. NOPE! I paid one hundred fifty five dollars and they looked so bad. After my appointment I went and had my eyebrows waxed. You know the eyelashes look horrible when the lady who waxed my eyebrows commented on them and not in a good way. She said they shape was bad and the lashes were no where near my lash line. Ultimately I found another place to fix my lashes... Another one hundred dollars and they looked so much better. I would not recommend this place. They were crazy expensive and horrible service and application. read more

It's been 3 months since I first got extensions and I waited to make sure I gave an accurate review based on my experience after multiple refills and experience with different lash artists. I will say the first time I got them done, I expected the appointment to last the full 2 hours everyone says to expect. However, it only took an hour. I loved them, but decided the curl chosen was too much. Then after a couple days, there was a lot of lash loss and they weren't attached to a natural lash so I know the loss wasn't natural. They did fix it and touch up since it was pretty bad. Not sure what happened there, but I gave them another shot as this could have been an isolated incident. I've had multiple fills since and with different artists. I've also tried different curls and types of lash and have decided that the B curl (less curl, but not stick straight either) in the classic set is the look for me. I get the length that is close to my natural lash length since I want to keep everything as natural as can be, just with a mascara look. I'm also now scheduling all my future appointments with Marisa through the Vagaro app. I've had service done by 5 different artists and she has by far accomplished the look I want/love and my lashes seem to last longer when done by her. The picture uploaded was done by her. I am definitely an addict now. Some tips I've learned along the way: 1) I totally recommend you use the Vagaro app to schedule appointments ahead of time once you find your artist and get a feel of how often you'll need refills. 2) Clean your lashes with baby soap or lash soap right before your appointment. My lashes seem to last longer since I've started doing that. My lashes have been lasting about 2.5 weeks until I feel I totally need a refill. This past appointment, they were actually still in good shape, so I'll try to extend out to 3 wks in the future. The place is clean, stations are clean, and the ladies are super nice and helpful. Store was clean and looked very cute in the inside. Everyone was nice and friendly. I got a classic set done by Sara they looked amazing, really even, symmetrical and natural looking not clumpy. However they only lasted one day, as I went to clean them about 30 hours after getting them done (with their cleanser I bought from them) about 40% of my lashes fell out. I was pretty surprised because I barely applied any pressure to them and a lot fell out, I don't know if it's their quality of glue or something else. They also have shady business practices, they advertised $89 Coachella sale for a classic set and an $89 sale to book with Sara because she's new..yet I was charged full price. They didn't state you needed a promo code or anything so yeah pretty shady. Overall disappointing but great lashes for the one day they stayed on (might as well go for $5 strip lashes at that point) read more
