Walked in on Wednesday to get my lashes done. I was advised that she could see me in an hour and made me put a $50 deposit down. I came back and Crystal did my lashes. I advised her I wanted something natural!!! The lashes were very dramatic and long a cat eye with no dimension. I came back the very next day for her to try to fix them telling her I wanted more of a wispy look she added more lashes to where they look like cheap Beauty Supply Store lashes. When she should have tooken them off and started over when I blinked they touched my eyelids! She didn't listen to anything I said when I said natural! I even showed her a picture she kept suggesting things and I'm like I don't know you're the artist!!!, there was a language barrier. There was no mention of even a $20 discount for me being a new client!!! I came back the very next day after that to have them removed. They even charged me to have them removed!!! Terrible Customer Service they didn't even try to accommodate me as a customer or make it right, just took my money. All together I paid $131 and they charge an extra $2 service charge on debit cards which is illegal! read more

I had booked an appointment the same day and I was so lucky to have been able to get in. Krystal was the lash tech that was assigned to me and she was so wonderful! She went over all the lash options, including the lengths and the curl, and she was very light handed and was very detailed oriented and meticulous with the placement of the lashes. I got the 2D set (14-12-11-10 lengths). I always have a hard time with the glue going into my eyes and then I get teary eyed, but with this lash center, they were so good about it. Whatever caused the extreme redness in my eye only happened after visiting your Norco location. I have never experienced this issue anywhere else. As I mentioned before, I've been going to lash studios for about a year at a time and never had a problem like this. I appreciate your team reaching out, and you can go ahead and refund my money. I've already had to see a physician for a second time since my appointment at your location and was prescribed eye drops again, the redness is finally clearing up. My eyelashes themselves are not the issue, so there's no reason to remove them. It seems more likely that the problem was the technician or the type of glue that was used, as I mentioned previously. At this point, there really isn't anything further your staff can do. Unfortunately, the experience has made me too uncomfortable to return for any services in the future. read more

I honestly can't agree with your so-called "experience." This is not my first time getting eyelash extensions. My previous technician was always very careful and made sure to leave a safe distance from the lash line. The lashes were never applied so close to the eyelid that they poked or caused discomfort. Unfortunately, she has since changed careers. Yesterday, while driving, my eyes felt really irritated and poked. I tried to find a place to remove the lashes but couldn't get an appointment. I finally got them removed today, and this is the current condition of my eyes. I'm not asking for a refund -- I just want to speak honestly. I know being a lash technician isn't easy, and I respect the effort. But I hope you can improve your technique so other clients don't have the same uncomfortable experience I did. This is the end. Amy was extremely rude and unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for 2D volume before an event. When I got there she told me I needed to do 6D because I didn't have enough lashes for 2D. I agreed to get 6D, she then applied the protective patches to my lower lid but they were sticking in my eye. When I asked her to move the patches down she said I didn't have enough lashes and she refused to do the service. She acted as if she couldn't take feedback and just completely flipped. I had a big event the following day and luckily I had time to go somewhere else to get my lashes done. I would never recommend this salon to anyone that I know and hopefully for our community they get more respectful employees. read more

I always get nervous trying new lash places. I usually have an allergic reaction to the glue. Even with glue for sensitive eyes. However, here I had no reaction at all. I did ask for sensitive glue and it was perfect. I explained my previous experiences and Eva listened and did them exactly how I wanted them. I can't feel them at all.
