My eyes were always healthy and irritation-free under her care. At one of my appointments, my lash artist was changed last minute to Tina without notice. After the service, my eyes became significantly irritated and inflamed. The reaction was immediate and severe, and I have photo documentation from that day. For $120 including tip, it's fair enough to say that service was unacceptable. I contacted the owner several times seeking a fair resolution. I requested either a refund for the service that caused the reaction or the opportunity to have it corrected by my original lash artist. Both requests were refused. I was told that because the service had been completed months prior, no refund or adjustment would be considered. The only option offered was to return and pay again under a membership rate. After more than a year as a consistent client, I expected accountability and a client-centered response, especially when a service resulted in visible physical irritation. Instead, responsibility was deflected and the solution required additional payment. Policies are important, but how a business responds when something goes wrong matters more. Awesome spot to get lashes done! Pricing, scheduling and cleanliness were on point. Tried the Classic YY Set as well as the 3D Volume Set w/ Cat Eye and loved both! It's hard to see the difference in pictures but definitely prefer the 3D Volume - it's a full but natural look that is also soft. They have a lot of options for lashes as well as shapes, hybrids, etc. Their fill prices aren't bad either and range from 2-31 day fills that are charged by the week. Anything over the 4 weeks (31 days) will require a new set. They also do fills from other stores but it's automatically $80. So far the lashes have good retention and haven't gave me any issues so definitely worth it! UPDATE: Been a reliable lash spot and they always have done a good job! Tried other places but kept coming back here, even with outside fills. I just get some redness and burning right after but it goes away, otherwise, no complaints! read more

I've been coming here for about 6 months now and have had all of the technicians, and I can honestly say they all do a great job. The issue I have is with the appointment scheduler. I make my appointments using their online platform, and the last two times, they've tried to change my appointment. I do not get out of work until 4 PM, so the soonest I can get there is 4:30 PM. Last month, someone called and asked if I could move my 4:30 PM appointment to an earlier time. I told her that I worked until 4 and couldn't get there sooner. This month, I did the same thing- made my appointment for 4:30 PM, received confirmation, etc. HOWEVER, when I showed up for my appointment, the technicians looked irritated when I walked in. They said I had a 4:00 PM appointment and was 26 minutes late! I told them my appointment was at 4:30. The technician said someone called me to confirm I had a 4:00 PM appointment. I didn't have my phone, so I never got the message. It looked like they thought I was lying. I came home and promptly checked my confirmation emails and sure enough, I had the 4:30 PM confirmation and they sent me an email this afternoon saying my appointment is a 4:00! I don't know who is in charge of changing appointment times, but they shouldn't change a client's appointment time unless they actually speak to that client! Overall, this is the best place I've gone to get my lashes done, but just be careful about appointment times being switched up the day of your appointment. read more

I was excited to get my lashes done here booking was easy and the appointment itself was peaceful. I even took a nap during the session. But later that night, I experienced severe eye pain and went to urgent care the next day. I was diagnosed with an eye abrasion. I couldn't sleep, had to miss work, take medication, and pay someone else to remove the lashes. A second opinion suggested they were placed too close to the skin. I contacted the salon, and they kindly offered to redo the lashes, but honestly, I'm now a little too frightened to try again. I do feel I should've been offered at least a partial refund. I understand there are waivers and business policies, but I'm out $120. Still I believe God will bless me double and hopefully give the lash tech more knowledge from this. read more

I told her I wanted a natural 2D wispy look with slightly more fullness. I showed her photos as examples. She did not follow my requests and gave me lashes that were too full and thick, she told me she did 3D wispy even though I had asked for 2D. I asked her to remove some and she began to rip the lashes apart, which was very painful and uncomfortable. Even after she removed some lashes, they were not even close to what I wanted and my eyes felt so irritated. I told her I would just like them all removed and she told me she would do it again at no charge. So we removed them and tried again and they are still no where close to what I wanted. She did not remove ANY of the stickiness from the eye tape so when she removed it, it was extremely painful and made my eyes tear up. I was exhausted, this appointment was 3 hours long. Una lash is refusing to honor the refill because I cannot make the appt for 14 days and need it to be two days later at 16 days. They will do the refill however if I pay another $20.
