Terrible. First they rest their hands on your face the entire time they are doing the eyelash extensions. Literally her hands were on top of my nose, pushing it down and dragging all over my face. She also had long nails which she kept poking my face with and blocking my nose from breathing. Second, they do not wear masks here. She breathed in my face the entire time and it smelled like fish. Third, Lashes were not full and not what I wanted. Lastly, not worth $99. Save yourself the trouble and buy some eyelashes at Sephora! read more

I've been getting my lashes here for the last few months and I'm obsessed! Waking up like a whole ass queen every morning, no makeup needed...! Before I came to Lashes 102, I tried a few different lash artists and the outcome wasn't always the best and/or the 40-50% of the lashes would fall off after a week... Then, I found Tiffany and Nikki. Both talented lash artists. They are very sweet! When I first came to the shop, I didn't know much about the different types of lashes used and lash styles that could be applied. Tiffany was helpful and educational from the beginning and now, I feel like a pro. I usually do a 2-week fill... and my lashes still look beautiful after 2 weeks. Of course, some lashes will fall out in that 2 week period, but not as much compared to other lash artists! It also depends on how well i take care of them, too... for the most part I am delicate. I clean them often with the lash shampoo they offer at the salon. Tiffany is my go-to girl, just because I'm loyal... but Nikki will do my lashes when Tiffany isn't available.... and she does a fantastic job every time too! :) read more

I paid $100 for new customer. I liked the lashes-somewhat and somewhat I did not. Day 2, they several lashes fell out. Day 3 about 1/2 of the lashes fell out on the right side. It's been 4 days and I most definitely needs a refill on the right side only. They advertise that the lashes should last 3-4 weeks and a refill is recommended 2-3 weeks. I truly wish that was the case, but it's not. read more

I visited Lashes 102 for a lash lift today and there were many unpleasant factors of my experience. First, the tech kept on poking me near my eye area with something sharp- it seemed like she was pretty inexperienced. Whenever she stood up, she kept hitting the bed I was laying on with her knees. The hygiene was not satisfactory either, as she kept sneezing and then didn't wash her hands. My eyes were closed since I had chemicals on my eyelids and couldn't open my eyes to see whether she was sneezing into her hands or not, but ultimately, if that's the case, I would think that a tech would wash their hands to make the customer that isn't able to see what's going on feel comfortable. When I got up to pay, she quoted me for $70, even though when I asked via text, she had said $60... so if you're going to go, be sure to double check prices. Most importantly though, I've gotten my eyelashes permed multiple times before at other locations and I was very happy with the results and have always been told that my lashes are long but just going straight down. The results after this perm were extremely bad in that it looked like I hadn't gotten anything done at all. The tech claimed it was because my lashes were too short so lash lifts wouldn't do anything... which is not true, but also, if you thought that, why would you not tell me that before you started. read more

Nikki did my lashes and gave me a full set cat eye (: the whole process took less than 2 hrs and she made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. She's very thorough and gentle!!
