The scalp cleansing was a little rough. She spent about 20 minutes scrubbing my scalp, to the point that it was almost painful because she kept scrubbing over the same areas with her nails. My hair was very dry and tangled afterwards and it feels like there's some residue by the nape of my neck. The massage was very disappointing. It was essentially just rubbing some type of scented lotion in with zero pressure. I can tell that she was completely inexperienced with massages. The atmosphere was also not what I was expecting. There were 3 beds in a room, separated by curtains, which meant I could hear the people next to me talking. They leave the door to the room open, so I could hear the other employees walking by talking loudly and eating their lunch. Overall, it was not the relaxing experience I was expecting and I would not recommend unless you're solely looking a scalp cleanse.

My eyes were always healthy and irritation-free under her care. At one of my appointments, my lash artist was changed last minute to Tina without notice. After the service, my eyes became significantly irritated and inflamed. The reaction was immediate and severe, and I have photo documentation from that day. For $120 including tip, it's fair enough to say that service was unacceptable. I contacted the owner several times seeking a fair resolution. I requested either a refund for the service that caused the reaction or the opportunity to have it corrected by my original lash artist. Both requests were refused. I was told that because the service had been completed months prior, no refund or adjustment would be considered. The only option offered was to return and pay again under a membership rate. After more than a year as a consistent client, I expected accountability and a client-centered response, especially when a service resulted in visible physical irritation. Instead, responsibility was deflected and the solution required additional payment. Policies are important, but how a business responds when something goes wrong matters more. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of the professionalism I had previously experienced.

I went in on July 24th for lamination, tint and shaping. It was my first time ever getting my eyebrows like this done as I have only threaded. I wanted to minimize my get ready times having 2 little ones and always being on the go. I was very happy with my end results, however the receptionist who checked me out gave me care instructions that included some oil thing and a card that said to use it on my eyebrows within 24/48hrs. and to not wet them. I thought it was odd since I thought I had heard no oil based products to help it last but hey being my first time I went off the instructions. I waited the 48hrs on not wetting and started putting the oil on receptionist gave me also after the 48hrs. I noticed within a few days the tint was gone. I thought it was odd so I called. Kylie who I will say was great mentioned I could come in so she can see them in person. She mentioned it happens and they'd make an exception and only fix/redo the tint. I was a bit confused since I'm under the impression this lasts 4/6weeks. I quickly learned that's not the case about the tint, fine but I would expect the lamination to last 4/6wks. I then tell her about the oil thing the receptionist gave me to use and she seems confused and mentions not sure why the receptionist gave you that, no wonder the tint came off. She mentioned that shouldn't have happened and apologized she didn't personally check me out and gave me instructions. It's now been 3 weeks and it feels like everything is fully gone besides the shaping.
