The appointment was quick and the employee was very friendly. She made me feel at ease but her technique made me feel like she was new. It was not gentle, a little rushed even, and the sugar felt cold on my skin. There was a whole lot of powder and she said the sugar was sticking to me and tried with another sugar. After the appointment, there was a lot of hair left that I had to pluck at home. My previous experience with sugaring has been great and I was expecting a different outcome, which is why I was disappointed with the results. The price was ok but with how much hair I had left over, I would have been better off doing a wax strip at home instead of paying for sugaring. I felt like the supplies did not look as sanitary as I expected either. The room was a little dusty, the sheet did not smell fresh, and the towels were a dingy white. If you need a quick fix, this is the place to go. If you're looking for a quality service that lasts longer, this probably won't be what you're looking for. The place has a nice feng shui to it, it's clean & organize. The staff are very welcoming and Bianca always makes it feel very comfortable to talk about anything especially when you are exposed lol. The service itself is great! I want to start my review off that way. The staff is very friendly and I don't get any weird vibes. The table is set with a feminine wipe and towel. The place looks clean. My downside is trying to get a hold of this place. Very rarely have I got someone to answer and I think the girls doing your service are the ones that will answer the phone if they don't have a client. I also kept calling and calling about a week in advance to see when my next appointment is and left voicemails. They text me the day after I missed my appointment that I had no idea when it was scheduled to tell me I missed it. Luckily they didn't charge. I was then told to utilize booking online but that doesn't help me find out when I scheduled in person, when my next appointment was. read more

I went here for the first time because I needed service ASAP since my primary sugar technician was not available. I actually want to wait a week or two before posting a review. Must as I thought the waxing job wasn't what I was used to. Without going into detail just know "she" was not as smooth as she should have been after a sugar session. I had a lot Of visible stubble and several long hair that were just plain missed. More than likely will not return here. I've never done Brazilian Wax til my daughter took me. I was too shy and too scared ( I have low tolerance to pain.) But it wasn't that bad. The lady who takes care of my daughter is the owner and she took care of me too... she's awesome, very professional and beautiful... knows how to make her clients feel comfortable and she takes her time. I absolutely love coming here. Blanca is who usually does my sugaring and she is so friendly and sweet. I had never been sugared before so I was super apprehensive coming here because I wasn't sure what to expect. As soon as I walked into the soothing atmosphere of the cute shop I quickly relaxed. The conversation during my session was light and easy it almost felt like I was catching up with an old girlfriend. That was a couple of years ago and even though the shop isn't very close to me I make the trip down because the experience is so comfortable. I love that with sugaring you do not get the "chemical bumps" that you do with waxing, and my skin is always so smooth and soft afterwards. I also love that it lasts longer than waxing. read more

I've had horrible experiences waxing and stopped several times so my 1st visit was a virgin Brazilian.
