I'm updating my previous review. I had only been to Krystal once before and absolutely loved the experience. I attempted to make my second ever appointment with her. As you can see, I texted her on Wednesday to schedule the appointment. I never received a reply text but I received an email confirming an appointment time so I figured it was set. I drove the 30+ minutes to see her and the door was locked. I sent a text to let her know I was there and I never received a reply. I called her and it went to voicemail after the second ring. I waited for a bit before calling again and no one ever answered the call. It's been weeks and I've yet to hear back. Such a bummer as I was looking forward to working with her again. read more

If there were a 10 star rating, I would give it a 10/5! I have absolutely no regrets about coming here and having Krystal perform my first sugaring. She is considerably superior to all wax artists I've ever encountered, even those from EWC. She was fantastic and really consoling. Her work was also fantastic. She carefully removed every hair, and after sugaring, she also tweezed out my ingrown hairs. She is definitely someone I will refer to all of my girlfriends.
