Can be a hit or miss no matter who you get but very good customer service. Today they came out thin and uneven, they took off the front of only one brow which was disappointing. Next time I'll let them know not to touch that part. read more

Got my eyebrows done today with my daughter. We actually like coming here and this was the first bad experience we've had. I just wanted a clean up.i got two different eyebrows in the end. When the lady at booth 4 asked me if I liked them I told her one was different and thinner. And she argued with me that they were the same. Don't let the reviews fool you because of how high "rated" this place is. I had my eyebrows threaded and whoever that lady is on the "2nd chair" needs to work on her customer service. It's my first time coming here and I didn't get the good service. That "lady" couldn't even offer or clean off the hairs on my face after she was done threading them and I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and I never experience this kind of treatment. My first time in was actually pretty fast and neat! Sonia the lady took care of my eyebrows really well. I told her during the pandemic I was plucking my own eyebrows and was a complete mess sometimes. I can't do my own eyebrows for life. Sonia was a lifesaver. One of my eyebrows was uneven and I told her to please straighten it out. She did a fantastic job. I would recommend her for sure. She seems like a sweet lady. Towards the end, she even gave me a stamp care. I'm guessing after a number of visits, you get a free session. I wish my eyebrows had a little more arch/shape but to be fair I did not communicate that with her and I don't have much brow to work with. I ended up getting eyebrow threading and henna tinting, along with my lashes laminated, lifted and tinted. 10/10 would recommend! I'm blown away. I feel like a brand new woman. It looks so good! Farah, Syeda, and Kayla took the greatest care of me. They are so friendly, knowledgeable and take their time, doing their absolute best job. In the hour I was there 25 people came and went. Hottest new eyebrow threading spot in corona! Seriously love it. I'm super duper picky about my eyebrow shape and these ladies have met my standards. I am Italian and Mexican so my hair is pretty thick, these ladies know how to handle my thick eyebrows without hurting me or constantly breaking the thread. I usually get my whole face done for a reasonable price ( I believe it's $25? ). You also get a stamp card so if you've been here 10x you get a free threading of choice ( I think). The spot is really clean they sanitize the whole area before anything happens which is great. I have not heard any bad stories about this spot so hopefully they stay in business. I highly recommend this spot. The only downside is the construction and parking! read more

I stopped by this place on my way home because I didn't want to sit in traffic on the 91 E and I was in need of cleaning up. Among all that I saw, this place had the best reviews and stars so I decided to check it out. First off, this place is hard to find esp when you GPS/waze. You have to go into the plaza with the Giant Dollar store and its right next to a Taqueria shop, hidden in the corner, next to construction. Hard to see because the lights on their sign don't work. As I walked in they were very prompt to greet me and service me. They had a special: eyebrows, lip, and chin threading for $13. What a great deal! I personally never had my lip and chin threaded. If you're a first timer like me, the lip stings a bit. I teared. (hahaha) I forgot the lady's name but she was very nice and was gentle. Threading is better than waxing. My only problem now is that I live 30 minutes away. :( But I would definitely come back once or twice a month to get threaded here. I recommend trying this place out. I can't compare it to other threading places, since I've only been to one and I don't even remember it. But compared to waxing, while this takes a bit longer, they do get the small, tiny hairs that waxing doesn't get and no chemicals are involved. read more
