So, my boyfriend had an appointment with his optometrist next door from here. I see Pari's staring at me, so I yelped them real quick. My eyebrows were starting to look like mustaches, so I figured giving Pari's a shot. I mean, it was RIGHT next door. They open at 10am and I was there at (literally) 10:01am lol. Farzana was the first person I saw and she was so nice (I didn't even know she was the owner). First impressions are everything in customer service - let's just say I walked in to get my brows done, but ended up walking out with my brows done, upper lip done AND got lash extensions. Mind you, I've never gotten my lashes done, ever. So, for me to trust a place that I just saw means much. Long story short, give Pari's a try. Being only 2 months old in Corona, they're really making their mark. **UPDATE** So 2 days ago, I stopped by again to get my brows threaded. Farzana noticed that my left eye/lashes was almost looking like a disaster. I don't know what I did or what happened, but it seems like more came off than usual. AMAZING! Little history! 2 days prior to my visit here, I had gotten my eyelash extensions somewhere else! paid very little! I have never had extensions! I knew nothing! Leaving that place my eyes were soooo irritated! I had sooo much glue! As you can see in the picture! They were heavy! I called pari's and explained my situation! All I wanted was my "extensions" to be off! She saw me on the same day! She took off the lumps of glue I had on!No problem! And we agreed to put some new ones for me ! I am very happy with my lashes from this spa. Jamile did a great job, and she took her time to make sure it was done correctly. Jamile will check with you to make sure you're happy with the first eye before she moves on to the next eye. What I like best about her is that she listens to the customer, and she's easy to talk to. Last time my sister came to this business I liked how her brows looked (usually when she comes here I'm not impressed), so I decided to request the lady who last worked on her. I could see Farzana was busy, so obviously I didn't expect her to leave the person she was working on. The receptionist talked to the owner in her language and told me she was currently working on someone (stating the obvious since I had looked at her when I requested her). I responded OBVIOUSLY not right now but when she's available. The owner then seemed to hesitate as if she didn't want to take me. I ended up just walking out. If thats the attitude they have to even accept customers, I don't want to see how they will mess up my eyebrows with their LAZINESS. There were no customers waiting, and only 2 women getting worked on. I usually get my brows done at Benefit or Anastasia. The ladies who greet customers look through a book to see if they can schedule you for the person you request. I don't understand why they couldn't even offer me an appointment or wait time. I came to pari's because my girl up the street was completely booked for the next few days and I was desperate for a fill. I called to book my appt for an hour out. I currently had volume lashes and they told me they don't do volume, so I went ahead and booked for a classic fill. I happened to arrive when state board was there so we weren't able to get started until about 15 min after my appt time. Totally not their fault but i had my daughter with a sitter so I was a little concerned about time. First the owner tells me that she wants to remove the remainder of my lashes because hers are "better", and I'd need a full set. I felt slightly offended for my regular lash girl but of course didn't make a fuss over it. My lashes were pretty sparse so it seemed fair that I'd need a full set rather than a fill. She also told me that her receptionist who was newly licensed that she was training on lashes would need to jump in and help because she had another client coming in a little while. While this would typically be ok with me, I was concerned about timing again, because I'd just finished talking to her receptionist (who was very nice) and she had told me how she was still new and working on her timing, technique, etc. So we get going, all is fine, the owner works on one eye at a time. She gets close to finished with the first eye and her client comes, so the receptionist comes in to finish that eye. The receptionist has a very light hand-very comfortable. She finishes my first eye and let's me take a look. This is where things start going south. It was VERY sparse. I admit that I've been used to volume sets for a few months but I've had Classic for years and this was not filled out at all. So I get up to use the restroom and contemplate what to do because I just couldn't pay for a full set of those lashes, so when I arrive back to the room I told the receptionist they were just too sparse and if we could just cancel the service and take these off and I'd pay for their time. I felt horrible, normally I'm the type of person that would just finish out the service and not return if I didn't like the product, but we still had an entire eye to do still and I'd now been there an hour and a half. The receptionist was very understanding and apologetic. The owner comes over and asks what's going on and I explained that these were much more sparse than I'm used to and would like to just cancel the service and take the lashes off, and again offered to pay her for her time. So she told me that my total would be $40 for the one eye, then $20 to remove them. I was pretty shocked. She wasn't apologetic, but seemed more bothered that I didn't like her work. I said "oh, wow, okay"....and then she came back with "I can add more lashes"...I'm hesitant but decide to move forward because I'm either going to pay $60 for nothing or $80 for something. So she adds more to the first eye and shows me. It was fuller which I was glad about. If I was going to fully critique it, being an active lash extension artist myself, I didnt love how long they were in the inner corners. I like 13/14's on the outer corners, so she just took me from 14 on the outer corners, to 13's in the center, to 12's in the inner corners. In my opinion 12's are way too long for inner corners almost always. I incorporate a few different lengths throughout the eye for depth and dimension, so to me her technique just seemed very basic. However, sets are only $80... I charge almost double this at my salon, as does my lash girl, so I think you get what you pay for in that regard, so I wasn't going to complain about that. So we move forward with the next eye and she blames her receptionist for my lash extensions looking as sparse as they did. Whether that's true or not I don't know. I know the receptionist worked on me for about 10 minutes and the owner much longer, so I'd think the person who did the majority work would be accountable, but if not, it seemed like a cop out to blame it on her employee. Once we finished, 3 hours later, I had a decent enough classic set. I was appreciative that she took the extra time to fill me out. However once I left, I had one outter corner that had drooping lashes, and when I blink, the lashes feel like they're poking me in the eyelid. My eyes watered all night from that, but I'm leaving it alone cuz I know in a couple days when my own lashes grow out a tad it will be fine. So overall, I definitely won't be returning. Again, I do appreciate her taking the time to add more lashes to that original super sparse set. Her receptionist is very nice, her customer service is spot on; the owner not as much. Maybe my situation was entirely circumstantial and I'm just here to share my experience, I do hope the best for their salon and maybe this is something they can grow from. I would certainly never ask an unhappy client to pay $60 and walk out with less than they came in with. read more

Me, my mom and sister used to come here for lashes and eyebrows. Owner is nice at first but the lashes are crap compared to a new place I found. What made me leave is the owners customer service. She became bitter after we stopped doing our lashes and I would only come in for brows. One time I left with a bald spot in my left brow. When I came back I requested for the owner to do them and mentioned to her why I didn't want the other girl to do them and she didn't care at all. She said it's either her or no one because I'm busy. O M G I had gone to Johnny's lashes for my prom right after I came out looked kinda ok but that night when I slept and woke up in the morning my lashes were clustered all together that I could barely open my eyes and had fallen off onto my pillow I was soo sad because the next day I had my prom so I had looked on yelp to see any lash places open so I had then seen Pari's and gave them a call and told them what was going and asked if I could come in right now my eyes started becoming really red and I was really depressed once she had told me full set was only $80 I was happy so Anna had told me to come on down so I got in my car and drove there once I entered they greeted me so nicely and gave me a cup of water she had set everything up so when I came she called me up and laid me down on the most comfortable bed and gave me the softest blanket and told me I'll take your johnny lashes off and I got happy she took the johnny lashes off and shampooed my own lashes Anna took about two hours and once she got finished she had shown me and they looked AMAZING I was soo happy that I found Pari's lashes look very classic and I asked to make them a little fuller and she did highly recommended read more
