I wanted to come on here and let people know to read terms and conditions before pre booking, make sure you arrive to your appointment on time because they do charge a steep cancellation fee. I feel the cancelation fee should be applied somehow or someway to offset your next appt or they should be able to fit you in later or next time because things do happen. I paid it because It would be a bummer to be put on their do not book again list. read more
