This was my first time at the establishment. On entering, I was immediately greeted and my wait time was minimal. The location is small but clean and accommodating. My appointment was with Dora. Dora was excellent. She was professional, thorough and patiently answered every question I asked throughout the process. On a scale of 1-10 for scalp treatment, massage and facial; Dora's services rated a 10. The before and after feeling of my scalp was night and day. It really felt as though my scalp was breathing. As far as the post treatment hair styling, I called to inquiry about products used and post treatment hair services. I was informed I could bring my products to assist with post treatment care. Based on the conversation, I did not go with expectation of styling. Just a thorough scalp treatment and that's what I received. I highly recommend Dr. Head Spa and Dora. read more

I just went to Dr Head Spa today with my mom to have a little treat yourself day. There is a slight language barrier but they do try their best to understand what you want. I had Daisy and she was amazing to say the least. My service was the 90min head spa + a mini facial. It was so relaxing to have her scrub and massage my head, neck, shoulders, and little of my arms. My head feels clean of oil, dandruff, and my scalp is thanking me. Just an FYI the mini facial doesn't add extra time to your service. My mom had Dora and she said she had an amazing experience also. If you're like me and need the massage to be harder don't be afraid to say anything cause they will massage harder or softer if you ask. Tip: I would recommend paying cash as you get a 15% discount on the scalp treatment. read more

I booked the 60-minute head spa with Dora and it was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, she was so professional and attentive. She started with a scalp analysis (which she also did at the end), and I could actually see the difference it was so satisfying! I decided to add on the facial, and I'm so glad I did. It was incredibly relaxing and included one of the best face massages I've ever had. If you're debating the add-on, do it! What really stood out was how thoughtful Dora was she even had products specifically for curly hair, which is rare and very appreciated. First time coming here with my wife for her birthday and I would highly recommend coming here. Really friendly staff and amazing service i fell asleep midway head treatment/ massage. They show you your scalp condition up close before and after. I had so much gunk and dandruff my shampoo wasn't getting and they got rid of it all, it feels like my head can breath again. They even thru in some gifts for my wifes birthday and gave her a free hair mask which she loved. Would highly recommend coming here even for first timers 10/10 service and friendly staff. It was the best thing my mom and I have ever experienced. Some of the comments here are right. Even though they do an exceptional work on you they don't do the whole time. I was able to book for myself and my mom for 90 minutes, Emily worked with my mom and summer with me. Not either Emily or Summer completed the 90 minutes. So yes for $135 and them to not complete the time it's a shame, but i didn't say anything since they did amazing. The vibe in that place is so relaxing. We loved it. My husband and I have started getting scalp treatments fairly regularly, about once a month. Today was our 3rd time at DR Head Spa. The ladies there are amazing! So friendly and communicative, always checking with us to make sure everything is feeling good. The atmosphere is very relaxing, with gentle music playing and today there were some nature sounds as well. The beds are comfortable and there is a nice cozy blanket to cover up with. My friend took me here for a surprise for my birthday and I got a head spa with a mini facial from Vicky. Oh my goodness it was amazing I feel so pampered. Vicky was absolutely amazing. My scalp was dry and had some inflammation. From just one treatment my scalp was condition and the was already a difference in inflammation too. I was given a massages on my neck, arms, and shoulders. The head scratches to die for! Was also given a bunch of stuff for hair growth, hair loss, and hair strength. They used a Japanese shampoo and conditioning products that give a very comforting sense. The scent is not strong. The scalp cleansing was a little rough. She spent about 20 minutes scrubbing my scalp, to the point that it was almost painful because she kept scrubbing over the same areas with her nails. My hair was very dry and tangled afterwards and it feels like there's some residue by the nape of my neck. The massage was very disappointing. It was essentially just rubbing some type of scented lotion in with zero pressure. I can tell that she was completely inexperienced with massages. The atmosphere was also not what I was expecting. There were 3 beds in a room, separated by curtains, which meant I could hear the people next to me talking. They leave the door to the room open, so I could hear the other employees walking by talking loudly and eating their lunch. Overall, it was not the relaxing experience I was expecting and I would not recommend unless you're solely looking a scalp cleanse.
