Recently made an appointment for a 60 minute massage and it was wonderful. Upon entry you are greeted by reception and as it was my first time I had to complete the intake information. It is very relaxing as you sit and complete intake or await your masseuse. The massage rooms themselves are also very relaxing. A basket is placed at the foot of the table for your belongings to sit in and not get misplaced. The 60 minute massage was good and I like the additional add ons they offer. I had a horrible stiff neck, so bad that I couldn't even turn my head to the left. And, it made sleeping near impossible! I was in agony for days, I called them up promptly at 10am on Tuesday, when they opened, to see if I could get fit in. They were booked for the day but, the owner said she would call me back and fortunately was able to fit me in. I am so thankful she did, I was in so much pain for days and the massage given to me by Robyn helped tremendously! I scheduled another appointment for the following week...I was sad to learn that Robyn doesn't normally take clients since the massage she gave was so helpful and relaxing. But, had an appointment with Bernadette she was also very good. Good but different...I felt like the massage by Robyn was super relaxing where I could pass out, but the massage by Bernadette hurt but the good hurt where she was targeting the knots in my neck. I came here for the massage / facial combo that they advertise. My massage was with Felice and was great. Then, I had the facial with Nicole. She didn't ask my skincare regimen, but I told her since I am not new to facials or to spas. When she started the facial I told her that the steam was hot and then when she started to put product on I told her it was burning and stinging. She took the steam off but continued to apply product and to exfoliate me. Hindsight, I should have got up and left in the middle of the service but I figured she was the professional and everything was okay. Well.. I ended up with a second degree steam burn, a chemical burn and a bacterial infection. All from a simple basic European facial. Please be warned that the women including the owner don't care or take responsibility Which was even more upsetting. Their response was that I had a sensitivity to the steam and should tell people moving forward. Even after telling them I had to see a dr and had to be prescribed medication. Also, when asking which exact products were used on my face , Nicole's response was " one of the four cleansers from La mieux. This spa is unprofessional and has zero customer service. They never even followed up with me to see how I was healing or how my face was. Stay away for your facial needs. read more

Just got home from an amazing Facial and Massage day with my girlfriend. Both services were perfect and equivalent to a high end salon you would easily pay double for!
