Hello all, I just had a massage done a half an hour ago. Jason was my massage therapist. He did an amazing job full body massage. I need lumbar surgery and have daily constant pain. He took out all the knots in my body and gave me full body relief. The price was very reasonable you're such an amazing massage. Lucy worked at the front counter and was very very friendly. I highly recommend this location to anyone out there. Thank you again, Diego read more

I probably should have read the reviews before coming. I'm just in the area killing time and thought I'd drop in. That was the most painful un enjoyable experience I've ever had lol. First red flag is they make you pay first. Then the sheets and linens were like random throw towels and a kid blanket lol. I thought to myself ok I'm in for a ride here lol. The massage was PAINFUL filled with lots of elbows and aggressive pressure and fast paced. Nothing about it was enjoying it was just a fat waste of money! I do not recommend at all. read more

I came in with my wife for what was supposed to be a relaxing 30-minute foot massage and it turned out to be a complete letdown. The person doing the massage seemed very inexperienced. They spent most of the time rubbing my shins and legs instead of actually focusing on my feet or any of the pressure points that matter. For a foot massage, they barely touched my feet at all. On top of that, even though I paid $40 for a 30-minute session, at least 10 minutes of that was just soaking my feet in a tub. So really, we got about 20 minutes of a below-average massage that left both me and my wife completely unsatisfied. The environment made things even worse. The place has a moist, sweaty smell to it, and the beds had damp towels on them , the smell literally stuck to my clothes after we left. Not exactly what you want after trying to relax. Overall, this experience was unpleasant from start to finish. Total waste of time and money. We will not be going back and definitely do not recommend this place. read more

First time visiting this place. Stood at the front desk for almost 10 minutes before someone popped their head out of a room and said "DID YOU CALL FIRST???" I made her aware I had tried but their phone number is disconnected. She said come back in 20 minutes and walked back in the room leaving me still standing there. I walked out and left. The place is dark, feels dirty and smells like mildew. I don't recommend this place. First impressions are everything. Disconnected business phone and unhelpful staff....Ill pass. read more

I've gone to get full body messages, couple massages and foot massages quite a few times over the past three years. Friends have recommended the place and I've never had a problem. The quality of massage has been great, but I really felt betrayed and disgusted the last time I went for a foot massage when the masseuse offered to massage my private area. I've chosen this place in the past because it had a legitimate reputation and heard that was not a problem there. I will never go back there! They should be shut down. Zero rating! read more

I am highly pissed off. I literally went there. Got a massage. My necklace was broken by the guy . I gave him five dollars as a tip, which is good. Because again he broke my necklace He went and told me it must be 20%. Told him I wasn't going to pay that for breaking my necklace so he proceeded to charge me and take the five dollar tip asshole this place can go screw themselves read more

I have to this place many times some time back. They were the best deal. Today I went there and they were much more $$. A 30min massage is $40. I wad going to get it and she wanted me to pay first. Maybe the service has gone down Hill. That is like going in a restaurant and paying for your food before you eat. I walked out because there lack in my trust. Go somewhere else where they trust you ! read more

Just got a good massage but was charged $52 for a 60 mins they only did a 40 mins thinking I wouldnt notice to bad they just lost a customer

Been coming here pre covid we liked their old routine with the buckets of hot water, their hot cup of tea and the order of their message. It's been good but going to seek out a new spot. read more

I used to go here often but this place is so different now. You are placed in a large open room with other people. When you flip over to your back, they put a little neck pillow that they use has a tissue cut into a heart and can't keep the smell out of that pillow. It smells like sweaty people that have drooled. Also, the workers talk the entire time. The phone keeps ringing. Some days they leave the front door open and let the light come in. The owner and other workers smoke and talk on their breaks with the front door open. It's not a relaxing environment. The other workers just sit around in the massage beds on their phone watching shows when they don't have a client. I used to go here when they had a worker named Johnny years ago. He was amazing. Still till this day, no one tops his massage. He was courteous and professional. Now they beg for a $10 tip for a place you can't get any peace and quite. I had one guy refuse to give me my change and act like he didn't know what I was saying when I'm asking for the change back. The management needs to step it up. Especially the owner guy that's always in the front playing clash of clans and too busy to look up and check in clients. read more

I have not been there in a couple of years but will be visiting them again. You cannot beat the price of their full body massage. read more

Went in for a foot massage. They couldn't understand English and they handed me off to a guy who spent 5 mins on my feet and 55 minutes doing some sort of torture on my back with his elbows. Everytime I thought he would go back to my feet he would end up slapping my legs and coming back to torture my back even more. There was little ability to communicate and he asked for tip. Definitely never going back there again. My feet feel better, but probably because my back is bruised and I'm no longer worried about my feet. read more

Amazing massage very hands on got all of my knots focused on areas I asked to focus on,

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews! For $35 for a full body massage , it was pretty great. Yes I was sore but I also have a lot of tension. Everyone there was very friendly. For $35 you get 1 hr full body but in an open room with other people. Or for $50 you get a private room and hot stones. Maybe I'm not as stuck up as everyone else who reviewed or all the people who sware their so bouje because they live(or probably rent) in eastvale. These are hard working people and I had a pleasant experience ! read more

Walked in and you must pay first before getting the massage; no problem. I wanted to pay cash first then card but the lady assumed i was giving a generous tip then proceeds to charge my card $60. I told her if i can have my cash back so she did. The entire massage went phenomenal, only issue is; everyone time i go their hands smell like food. Last time i went the guy who massages me left me smelling like whatever food he ate & today the lady left me smelling like garlic. read more

This place is a joke !!! 3 of us went today for massage and it was such a waste of money. I can understand if they don't speak English and when you try to convey anything they don't get it . But they don't even know how to do a massage . It felt like I gave a little kid a bottle of oil to rub over the body and he kept rubbing with no massage technique . He knew nothing about the pressure points . I don't even think these people have learned massage ever . They just keep rubbing oil. This was the worst massage of my life . If u want to waste your money only then go there Oh and the most imp part , don't forget to bring ear plugs as it's a fish market and these people keep talking to each other so loud and so oblivious to the fact that there has to be silence so mind can relax . What a joke this place is !!!! read more

This place is BS!! Came here for a 90 min massage and the rude ass receptionist asked my HISPANIC friend and I to pay up front and then asked me to leave a tip. LMAO I said "Umm no, I need a massage before any tip is given" and she's livid about it. She rolled her eyes and started talking shit in Korean. I get the massage and what a coincidence it feels rushed. All he did was dig his knee in my back. So we finish by 10 and as We're walking out, all we hear is "PAY! PAY!!" We told him 3+ times that we paid and he wouldn't take the answer. Showed our bank statements, still wasn't believing it. So he calls someone (not sure if it's the owner or what) that speaks English to ask if we were gonna leave a tip I gladly said "NO THANK YOU" and walked out. These people are so hungry for a tip it's disgusting!! Never again will I come here!!!! read more

I came here with 2 other of my friends on December 22, 2022 at 7:00pm. There were two female masseuse, and one male masseuse available at the time we wanted. Although we requested for three females, they wasn't the third available. I let my two friends get the females because they were adamant about not getting a male masseuse. We got the full body massage and everything was going well. Up until he had me on the bed and was moving my hand. When he was moving my arm, my hand grazed his genitals. He did it at least four more times but each time being more than just a graze and more intentional. I was so shocked I didn't know what to do. it was near the ending of my massage when this happened. I was is such shock that after I paid, I complained to the person in the front and he gave me my money back. That's all they did. I wish there was something else I can do to take this further. This masseuse and this place has completely changed my view of getting a massage ever again. I am still traumatized by this event which is why it took me this long to even write about it. If anyone knows how I can take this further, please reach out to me. I don't want this happening to anyone else. read more

3 stars Why? - I had to find someone who worked there in order to be seen - The atmosphere! Employees asleep in plain sight. At least close a curtain! Gives a very bad impression. Good part: -Linda was great -Prices were affordable If you are looking for a nice&pretty massage type of place , this is not it. read more

Zero stars ! I have been coming here for a couple years, Lucy was my favorite. Not anymore! This place must have been sold to new owners because there is no organization for appointments, they dont listen to you as a customer, could be the language barrier? I made an appointment and asked for a female massage therapist. I got there 5 minutes prior to my appointment, and waited 30 minutes!!! Past my appointment time to find out I was NOT getting a female therapist! I walked out and will NOT be back! Lastly, I also feel the place smells and could be much cleaner. read more

Okay, so I'm writing an updated review because my experience here has gotten better. Price - $25 for an hour body massage. It used to be $20 but let's face it, $25 is still a super amazing deal considering that you're getting a full body massage and all the other spa like massage places charge $65+ an hour for Swedish and even more for deep tissue. Vibe - It's still one big open room with a bunch of chairs so if you're shy, this place may not be for you. No one looks at each other so it's not all that disconcerting. Experience- Been coming here for years and the turnover is a little high. It's a little disappointing because when you find someone you really like, it's the worst when you find out they don't work there anymore and you have to try someone new. Right now, my favorite masseuse is Lucy. She's just amazing! She always remembers me and knows exactly what I want. Tip - Definitely make an appointment because they are always busy. I've heard people walk in and they're almost always told to come back hours later because they're fully booked. The masseuse's here work really hard so make sure to tip accordingly. They deserve it. read more

My daughter and I went here a Saturday evening . What a waste , this place used to be decent but now it's just a complete joke. I would never ever go here again . If I can give zero stars I would . read more

IF I COULD GIVE 0 stars ! This was the most worst massage of my life. They are very rude, begged for a ten dollar tip. WHAT A DAMN JOKE! You get a high tip when you do well. I don't give no damn tip for horrible service. Me and my mom use to come in the past and I'm not sure what the hell happened but I will never recommend this place ever again! They fucking sucked! I should have looked at the recent reviews because this place needs to get their act up fast. Terrible terrible terrible leaving very very unhappy. read more

Good massage for what you pay. It's one of those massage places where you are in a room with other beds but it is dark and quiet with peaceful music playing. I am not sure about how they go about changing blankets and such between customers but you keep your clothes on and the massage happens over the clothes, over the blanket unless it involves feet, hands and neck. read more

I was very pleased with my massage with Eva. I had my in a private room. The price is good

I went for a massage yesterday to give it a shot again since establishments are doing something for the health of the customers. After my massage, I noticed that the therapist folded the blanket that I used nicely and put it back in the massage bed. I'm not sure if they have health protocol except that you have to wear a face mask. Please be careful because you don't know if they replace those blanket per session or being reused over and over again. read more

I LOVE COMING HERE!!! Soooo worth it! Definitely recommend. Been coming here for years. Best 60 minutes of pure relaxation

terrible. they said "no tip?" which u think is rude to begin with and then took their tea back when i said no. this place is a joke therye rude and don't even do a good job which is why i didn't tip in the first place. read more

I have taken my wife here three times and each time she said they did a great job. Excellent value for the money. She had an appt each time and never had to wait. I agree with Brian U don't be a butt head when you leave your tip, these people deserve at least a $10 tip. If you need a little quite time and a chance to relax this is the place for you. Enjoy, Don read more

Foot Reflexology is not considerate of the time. Please note: Your time begins the moment you walk in the door and they don't account for the time it takes for the massage therapist to get ready. I arrived at 10AM only to wait outside with all of the employees because someone was late opening the doors. No big deal, things happen.... As they assigned me to a therapist, employees were still prepping their stations due someone being late opening the doors. Little did I know, I had to pay for it. I always take a screenshot with my phone the moment the therapist begins. In short, my massage ended 15 minutes early and I was forced to pay the full service service charge. I made the receptionist aware of the issue and she proceeded to charge me for the full time. I called to complain and the receptionist hung up in my face. Horrible customer service and unfair practices to their clients. I also hinted to her that I arrived with 6 other people. We were all in the lobby together, walked in the room together, begin our time together. (FYI the lobby is small, I pretty much overheard everyone purchase the 60 min package). As I was told my services were completed I promptly got up and situated myself. I then realized the group that I arrived with were still receiving services. Which then prompted me to review the screenshot of the time my service begin on my Home Screen. That's when I realized my services should have not ended when they did. It was a sucky experience for me...things may be different for you. I don't like to talk down on businesses as I am aware that one person does not represent the entire company, we are human, and mistakes happen. The massage was adequate. My issue was only with the receptionist who in my opinion. Mishandled the situation..... read more

I came here for a quick and affordable massage. I came to the right place! I didn't have an appointment, but they were able to get me a $25 foot massage right away. It's in a large room with relaxing music playing. The place was very clean and the lighting was perfectly dim. The staff was very friendly and they were mindful not to talk. There is occasional noise from outside cars and people but nothing to crazy. Jack was the name of the guy that gave me a massage. He did a great job at being moderate to firm during the massage. Considering the room is not private, this is a great place to get a massage. read more

Not sure why the bad reviews... clearly they weren't looking for a massage. if you're that sensitive (or weak) then go take a warm bath or sit in a jacuzzi. Place is clean, staff professional and isn't chatty during your massage. Not to mention good FIRM pressure massage. Cheap too $55 for both of us (30 min back only for husband and 40 min foot massage for me) Definitely recommend and will be coming back. 4 stars because it's cash only read more

The female receptionist is extremely rude and has no concept of customer service skills. I will be passing this along so this place goes out of business. She is probably the owner too.
