HAHAHAH IM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. 1/16 at 7:00 for a 1 hour massage the first 30 went okay. Then just like last time, my massage lady kept leaving to help talk with customers at the front then was "nice enough" to give me an extra 5 minutes? The last half of the massage was just light pinching if anything. Then when she asks for how much tip, I tell her to give me change for a $20 since I paid an extra $10 for Chinese medicine. I was going to leave $6 tip but then changed my mind to $4 because like last time, the same woman left me multiple times. THEN THIS FUCKING WOMAN TELLS ME "wow $4? I massaged for an hour and you only give $4?" So instead, I gave $0 tip and told them that because you decided to argue with me on how much tip I should leave you, you'll get nothing and this will be my last visit. Will never come back to support this place ever again, and I plan on letting everyone I know to stay away. read more

The exterior didn't look appealing to me and once you go inside I was more sketched about it. But Mary changed everything once the massage started. Her attention to detail is legendary. It also helps that she is very charming as well. I know sometimes massages can get uncomfortable but she makes you feel welcomed and at home. I might change this to my favorite spot now. I wonder if the other masseuse are as professional. I'll write another review later when I go more often read more

We found them on Groupon and they told us they would honor the price if we paid cash , booked it for 4 people. When we arrived they said it was the wrong location and didn't have enough masseuses. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She grabbed my phone to check the number I called and it was correct. She called the owner and she said it would be fine.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Two in our group got started and two had to wait for more masseuses to arrive. The massages were amazing. We thought we had finally found a massage place we could frequent since we are new to the area. When we were finished my sister went to use the restroom while my niece, nephew and I waited in the front. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When my sister exited the restroom, 2 of the masseuse cornered her for a tip. She handed them a tip to split between the four of them, which would give each one a 40% tip for the cost of the massage.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]From there 2 more masseuses came out and they started raising their voice. They stated that the usual tip is minimum $20.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We paid $40, so a $20 tip would've been 50% gratuity. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They were screaming all at once about tipping and how it works and how they work hard for their money.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] that the $40 goes to the owner and they don't get any of that and they provided an hour long service and we needed to pay them for it. They stated how when we go to a restaurant we tip people for their services and they're just throwing plates that you but they are actually servicing us. [[HIGHLIGHT]]One of the workers came to the front and was so angry that she pulled the curtain from the ceiling.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My sister handed them money and told them to split it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]we had minors with us who were getting nervous about how loud it was getting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When we walked out they followed us out and were screaming saying we are taking advantage and screaming abuse, abuse, abuse.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was one of the worst experiences we've ever had. We have never been treated like this, let alone cornered and screamed at like this.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Do not go here unless you have deep pockets and are prepared to pay minimum 50% in tip. read more

Wasn't what I thought it was going to be this place has really good reviews so I gave it a whirl. First you pay up front then you get bullied in to tipping before the service even happens. The facility is shotty and basically make shift. No real privacy can here neighbors and neighboring massage sessions. The massage was subpar I paid for full body for 60 minutes and only got oil and hot rocks on my back my feet were not touched at all. I was a little upset when it was over but there was no need to argue I just know I wont visit this establishment again. Clear indication of you get what you pay for! read more

I always get great massages here not sure why people give them bad ratings. Always leave satisfied . I only got a okay massage once but all the other times been great. Tao massage is my go to when I need quick relief from my neck, shoulder and back pain. Jenny and any of the ladies there are excellent, I've tried the cupping and also the hot rocks and I walk out of there feeling amazing. Update 5 yrs later. Was desperate and this place was the only place open at this time. They have updated the decor, so it looks nicer. Got a massage from Yu Yu, nice lady. I need a strong massage, she did not provide even though I said strong. Always hit and miss. One thing that bothered me was the liquor store next door has a bell every time the door opens there, so all during massage, you hear ding dong, ding dong. Price is up to 50, was not worth it for me, see if its open in 5 more years. read more

So I get a massage about once a month from different places, but I have never written a bad review, because frankly I believe you get what you pay for. You can't always expect a great massage if your only paying $40. But this was so bad I have to. First off the lady talked the entire time to the woman working the front desk... The Entire Time! At one point I heard the other lady standing outside my room eating a bag of chips talking to the girl giving me my massage. On top of that the massage consisted of her using her palms and pressing down, and letting up. Did not work on any knots whatsoever. The only other thing she did was what I would compare a toddler using finger paint on a large piece of paper, but with oil. Just spread the oil around, and pressing down. That was it. Well I read the only couple of reviews on this place before coming and it sounded ok. So I am just going to say it straight. If your a rub and tug you can give chappy massages. If your a real massage spa then you have to give give massages. This place was neither. I was told the $40 hr massage was fine that it was the same as the more expensive deep tissue. Well I am not sure if the girl got through my skin to work that muscles at all. She has all the moves of a great massage therapist but none of which were hard enough. I was asked once how the pressure was and told her I needed deeper. I am pretty sure it actually got softer after that. There was some kind of motion sensor alarm that kept going off during my hour. Oh did I mention I was shorted 15 minutes on massage time? I tried, but it is a no go in my book. read more

My boyfriend and I went here to relax after a long work week. It's atmosphere doesn't rival a spa, but it's clean and the massage is phenomenal and CHEAP!! 40 bucks for an hour massage and no membership? That's awesome. Now....heads up...you completely undress and the towel they give you is rather skimpy. So....if you're comfortable with your bod....and want a good massage without breaking the bank...you should give Tao Massage a try. read more
