My husband and I have frequented this place since 2018. The massage therapist are kind, courteous, and really want to heal you. They have limited English but try their best. They don't talk on their phone and respect the silence for a full total relaxation experience. They use Chinese medicine and acupressure points to heal different parts of your body. They offer "medicine" which is like tiger balm/bengay strong menthol oil (applied all over body), "essential oil" which is lavender oil (applied all over body), and "salt scrub" which is more like pieces of glass imo but it really does exfoliate the skin if you need it (legs only)! If you want to have an excellent massage I'd recommend wearing very loose clothing and sandals. Make sure if you wear pants that they cuff above the knee. And tops that they can reach into to massage your neck. Ladies, don't wear a bra. They'll ask you to take it off. In my opinion, the women are the hardest massagers for that deep deep tissue massage. The males tend to give more a squeeze to the muscle which you can feel release the lactic acid build up. Regardless, I love that they mix it up and I haven't had a bad massager (except the lady who may have Parkinson's - honestly everyone deserves a chance and personally, it gives it a bit of a 'vibrating' touch so I don't mind it). The price did increase recently but tbh it's worth every penny for the healing! I recommend you call and schedule your appointment, make the investment, you won't regret it!!! read more

The massage was not consistent on each side, face pillow had edges that pressed into my face, one thing done in my left side was not on my right. Overall, very repetitive and generic. No thorough pressure throughout the massage -- inconsistent More lube than a sex party -- left greasy and slid out of my car seat all the way home. As other yelper has pointed out & the fact me & my mom experience in two different occasions, I'm officially naming the main lady Receptionist, you have it---the Tip Nazi! :) The Tip Nazi is not great at answering the phone: even my masseuse while working on me & mumbling at the back, says she should just give the client the only available time, instead of going to 5min. long conversation of whether the client should coming half hour before the clock or after the clock. The Tip Nazi will give you the whole full lecture about why you should tip 20% as standard as your first encounter. 2nd time, she'd still give you a nasty look and manage to tell the masseuse that you gave a $5 for a $30 service (16% tip) as a unforgivable sin (right in front of you!) Let's not forget, I have to pay $1 extra for the credit card charge at this venue. So to sum up, that you're really just trying to have me pay for everything, right? I truly hope the ownership would do something for this unnecessary treatment we getting from the Tip Nazi. It's sad we used to love coming to this place when it's a young guy who answer the phone, and also at the same time had to be the masseuse there. She massages your head, neck and really feels for the knots and works on them. Very professional. They make sure you get the entire time you booked for. If 90 minutes, it's the full 90 minutes. The $30 foot and back massage is my favorite. The massage therapists are very thorough and do an amazing job at relieving my stress and tension. I've been here twice and their work is good. Just like most reflexology place, you get your typical 1 hr massage in an open space. This ain't your Burke Willams or Glen Ivy massage where the setting is fancy and full of aroma. This place is a good quick one hour massage (or whatever you want on their menu) to decrease your tension on every day's life and it's affordable enough where you can go as a routine vs big occasions (at Burke/Glen). I opted for the one hour combo massage for $35 (price went up from $30 last year). It's a head to toe front and back massage. You dunk your feet in a warm bucket while they massage your head and upper back. Then they'll massage your anterior. Then you'll get reposition and face down so your posterior will get massage. Ladies listen up, they'll cue you to take your top off and face down with your bra on. You'll be covered while you remove your top. Then they'll cover you with a towel. And unhook the back of your bra so they can use oil and hot stones for your back. It feels so nice!! I went with hubs and he was snoring. Lol. No he didn't take his bra off. Make sure you tip well. Minimum $10 for a $35 massage. Yes, it's over 20%, but let me explain WHY. First off, the services are cheap. So spending $45-50 with tip is fair, in my opinion. This business along with many others were on lockdown due to covid as the workers really do depend on your tips. I'm extra generous bc i need places like this to STAY OPEN. Lol. And if you go to Glen Ivy their massages starts at $90-100, and with tip is over $120 ish. Soooooo that means you can get more bang for your buck here or at any reflexology. Call to make an appointment, so they can call their staff in. They take credit cards. Their English is broken, so point to the services you want on their menu. Go and enjoy yourself. read more

I usual go to another company but decided to give this place a try after multiple recommendations- plus it's closer to home so WHY NOT?! I am not disappointed. The customer service is phenomenal! Herman, my reflexologist was superb. I went in today mainly due to a pulled shoulder blade and stick neck I couldn't get rid of, and he worked it out I'd say almost 100%. Like I said it's been over 2 years since my last massage which I used to get weekly, so just imagine what Herman had to work with on my stick body! As an athlete, I've had a lot of massages, but this one takes the cake as the best I've had. A lady named Nancy was able to get rid of a lot of my knots in my shoulders, calves, and hamstrings. She also asked if I ran a lot, which I do, so I think she focused more so in those areas and was tougher on them throughout the massage. She used her elbow a lot, which I prefer, and she has me hurting good. I am definitely coming back if Nancy is working. I would tip her almost 100% of my massage again! read more
