When I come to Glen Ivy, I leave all my problems in the parking lot. Right when you walk into Glen Ivy, you feel so relaxed. The atmosphere that they create and the cleanliness that they provide have always been consistent. From all of their amenities, the baths, the mudroom, the pools, the sauna and steam room, and add-on services like facials and massages have all been excellent and of quality! Over the years, this place has become more popular and has drawn in more crowds. I think that's why I hesitate to come on the weekend because I like to have an experience where there is less crowds. I recently went for my birthday and it was like Thursday. It was a perfect time to come, and I was pleasantly surprised that when I booked my reservation and services, I was invited to do a floral making workshop. It was free of charge and I had an amazing time creating a fall centerpiece that I was able to take home with me. I also have to add that when you come on your actual birthdate with a valid ID confirming such, and you book a service, your admission is free. They have been doing this for a long time at least since 2010 when I first started coming. Glenn Ivy kitchen has added some amazing food to their menu. They have the most amazing signature chicken nachos and flatbreads. I love that they've added several places where you can purchase drink drinks, both alcohol and non-alcohol, including smoothies. I will say that they offer Starbucks drinks, but you cannot use their Starbucks apps or gift cards. That was a bummer! Glenn Ivy continues to offer clean towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and Q-tips in their locker rooms. Also, if you forgot something, they have a store and most of the time, stuff can help you with anything else, including bathrobes for rent. But I highly recommend you bring your own. It can be a little pricey. You will always have staff nearby to help with anything. I was leaving Glen Ivy late on a Thursday and a sweet employee was around, and I asked her if she can get a photo of me and she went above and beyond to take a few photos and help me also retrieve my fall centerpiece that was being held for me upfront. I honestly will say that every time I've received a facial or massage here, I've had the best experience. This last time Sheila helped me with my signature massage and I wish I could've booked her for two hours. I was so relaxed and she did an amazing job. Glen Ivy is the best and I hope that they will continue providing consistent quality, amenities, and services for years to come! The downside to all of this goodness is you must go home and that always makes me sad because I love Glen Ivy!

Doesn't even want to explain their mistakes, or answer my questions. They show me their appointment book which has so no other appointment following mine but claims I can't be seen for being "late" Zero care for the person in front of them. Waste of my time to drive here. They will gaslight you like no other. Edit to add: this is not false info - this has happened multiple times and I've continued to go because I liked one nail tech there. Being asked not to return as a loyal customer is another clear sign of their poor customer service. These events occurred and are true on multiple occasions.
