I don't even know where to begin. I came here and the whole place was under construction. They were not inviting and told me I could pick my color once I sat in the pedicure chair. Then they started the service and the water was cold and the lady doing my pedicure was speaking in her language loud the ENTIRE time. This made the entire experience awful. In addition to the whole service being subpar, the lady was using dirty tools on my feet. She grabbed what looked like a kindergarteners pencil Box and it was labeled "soiled " she then started using the tools on me and I finally said something. She gave me attitude and I ended up leaving. I will be reporting them to the health department/ it's only A matter of time until this filthy establishment gets shut down. I would give 5 stars, this place is easy to accommodate an appointment and they don't force customers to do the add on here and there. This is my favorite place to get my pedicure done with French tip. Tammy is my favorite girl to deal with toenails and Cindy is good with hands and nails designed. The place looks okay even it can't be fancy compared to other places I went in Costa Mesa, where they serve Champagne. They give out coupons and you can use that every time you come back. read more

If I can give this place 0 stars I would!! It started well, I got greeted nicely and they have a huge menu to choose from. I decided to choose a hot oil manicure and pedicure. I thought that the main person that greeted was the one that directed the women working, so I gave her my order. I waited for about 20 min for someone to come while my feet soaked in Luke warm water. The women started working on my feet and asked if I wanted gel because that's what was previously on my feet. I told her no, regular pedicure and scrub the bottom of my feet for calluses. The women I first talked to came over as they discussed something in Vietnamese and said to me that to remove the ge it was goiso the women that did my feet didn't end up scrubbing my feet for my calluses. Which is what I specifically asked for. I had to repeat myself like 100 times and then she still didn't understand me. At the end of it all the miscommunication for a simple pedicure and manicure ruined my entire day. I was at a point where I knew I wasn't going to leave a tip and just wanted to be out of there. Although I truly do love this salon. Just a note: There is zero point in making an appointment. They tend to take walk-ins quite often, which hey a business has to make its money, I completely understand. However, if I'm always returning I'd appreciate the fact that they stood by their booked appointments. It's just frustrating to have to wait 30 plus min for something. Anyway, Nina is great at SNS nails, Lynn is great at SNS and acrylics. Don is prob the best at acrylics but he's hard to book. I absolutely love when Tiffany does my pedicures. They all do a great job! But those are my favorites . I am happy to know I have a found a nail spa place for gel pedicures. Ali is the mail tech who attended me and she was great and kind. I had a great spa experience and she cleaned up so good my cuticles and took all the ingrown skin w/o having any pain. I used to go to K Nails in Norco not anymore they are overly priced and they lack on service specially on pedicures. The dip nails were good! A couple of my nails are a bit tender and I think were filed down a little too much, but the final product looks good. I'm glad it wasn't chunky at the base, they blend pretty well! There was some dip powder stuck on my skin that I was able to get off after I got home. When I got home after my pedicure, I noticed my big toe was a little tender. Later that evening it got visibly red and VERY tender, it is now still inflamed and sore, and I'm hoping I can home remedy the infection away. Two nails were peeling the same evening, not even 8 hours after the pedicure was completed. Some gel was stuck to my skin so I had to take that off as well. The lady doing my pedicure was gentle for the most part, but scraped under my skin a little too much in the pedicure and that may be what caused the infection. The ambiance didn't feel very salon like to me; it felt very cluttered inside and there was no music. The staff were very nice though so that helped the experience overall. I don't think I'll be back to get the toes fixed; don't want to chance another infection especially since there's quite a few other reviews that mention infections from this salon as well. Overall, 3 stars. The friendliness of staff bumps it up, but infection brings it way down. Hopefully there are less infections here in the future. read more

So this is my go to nail shop since moving to Corona a couple months ago from Garden Grove; OC. Everytime I go, I get the same shit done. But this time, I wanted something a little different. I wanted a 3 color ombre look. And omg, Don did such an amazing job !! Although it took a while to achieve this, it was well worth it bcuz it came out exactly how I wanted it. He used a spray machine or whatever it's called with the colors, which I've never really seen before... either way, it came out looking nice ! And It's perfect for summer too ! So I guess I'm a "headache" from what they told me over the phone. I requested acrylic toes on my feet and they gave me the cheapest pedicure which is $28. I paid a total of $70. The acrylic toes aren't even. They're short (same length as my regular toes) no difference. I came back on here to explain myself because b4 I had a review that they messed up and wouldn't give me my money back for the horrifying job they did and then they "fixed" it so I left it alone. But since they want to be so rude call me a headache and wasting their time. First of all I'm a customer for you to go and say "oh Katie you family well take care of you" and the moment because I realized my toes were fucked up and ugly ... if I wanted toes done this badly I would've done them myself. Let alone they want to only give me $35 for a refund is unacceptable. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING FOR ANY SERVICE. If this is what is considered "Hospitality" I'd rather eat at a rat infested food place then to ever come in here again and get my toes and nails done. DISGUSTING visit today. Not only was the place dirty, but I can't believe the service and quality. It seems all the positive reviews are from a while ago. Idk who took over the business but it's horrible now. I went in with my 5 year old daughter as we usually do mommy-daughter days at the salon, especially now that I'm having to work more and we don't get as much quality time alone together as we used to before the rona. Get mani-pedis, and usually leave there about $350 including tips cause we like to go full out (the "green leg massage" is her favorite). Made an appt for 3:30 for full out mani-pedis and arrived around 3:10. There was nowhere to wait inside so we sat outside and walked around the center u til our time came. The male at the front came running inside around 3:26 to tell us our appointment time was here. Great! They tried to split up me and my daughter and have us on opposite sides of the room. I asked if we could be seated together, and let him know I didn't mind a longer wait and if I had to let someone else go first in order to do so, that was fine. They had us sit in adjacent nail chairs and gave me a nail tech, telling me someone would be right with my daughter in 10 mins. We had appointments for both manicure and pedicure, and spa treatments for both. The nail tech talked me into trying a dip for the first time and I accepted. She did the dip and that's it. No cuticle trimming, no spa options, treatments, no cleaning under the nails, nothing. Just a sand down and dip application. And 2 nails are so crooked my husband noticed and asked what was wrong with my fingers. Worst part, they kept telling me a tech was coming for my daughter. When 4pm arrived, I finally asked how much longer she would have to wait to be seen (5 other clients arrived after and were being seen immediately). They told me 15 mins. 30 mins later, they wanted to move me to a stand alone pedicure chair, leaving my daughter in the middle of the room by herself, still not being seen by anyone, and wanted to start my pedicure. I asked the guy if they planned on working on my daughter at all and he told me "5 minutes." I told him we had 3:30 appointments, it was 4:30, she had been sitting there while I get serviced for over an hour at that point, and other people who arrived much later were given service. I asked if they planned on actually seeing her at all. He then asked someone to come do her nails and I said I would wait next to her as I was cancelling my pedicure and had no intention of getting services across the room from each other an hour later. They took off her old polish, then added a new coat of another color. No base coat, no top coat, nothing else whatsoever. We originally requested a $45 manicure for each of us, as well as the $60 pedicure for each of us. I told them since they only were offering the one chair (there were plenty others there with side by side empty ones but we were refused them. Maybe they weren't working who knows), to only give the pedicure to my daughter and I'd skip mine and just sit next to her to try and have some girl time that way. They sat her in the pedicure chair, never turned on the water, took off her old polish, and added new polish, and said "done." YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME. When I noticed the tech staring polish, I asked if she was going to give her a pedicure or just change her color, and again requested the $60 pedicure. She told me that my daughters feet wouldn't reach the water, so there was no point. She's 5. We've been doing this since she was 3. I've NEVER heard anyone say that to us, and of course she can reach the freaking water, as she's been able to do so for the last 2 years. I was so livid at that point, and it was 5:15 pm, I just left. Never in my life have I ever been treated so poorly at any business, ever. And honestly, I'm the person who reads reviews of people who have horrific experiences and think "man, what did that person do to deserve those people treating them like that? They must've been really rude first," because I think there's no way that employees are that rude for no reason. Which is why this experience here was so upsetting. My daughter and I came for our semi monthly girls day and we're treated like absolute sub-par humans, and I cannot fathom why or how this place is remaining in business for treating people as such. I hope no one ever goes here and gets treated the way they treated me, but mainly my daughter, because we left almost in tears from the disappointment of our only girls day this month ending like this. read more

I went for the first time today and had Lynn do my nails. I was going in for a fill, but she noticed that I keep my nails shorter and try to keep them natural looking, so she recommended I try the dip powder. First, she was so gentle removing my acrylics. Normally, that's an awful experience. But she took her time and didn't hurt me at all. Secondly, she did her best to make sure I i could keep my actual nails intact and not need a tip added. Finally, I LOVE the dip. My nails look so natural, yet they're strong as if I had an acrylic. I'm so happy with them. I will definitely be going back. I went back today after an awful experience at a different salon and Cindy did my nails. She was incredible!! I'm obsessed with my nails. read more

I been getting my nails manicure and pedicure here for about 6months, the nail tech at the back table did my nails did not apply nail hardner went home and my nails started breaking my natural nails was long but by her not doing her job correctly my nails broke down to the meat , I called and told them and they told me to come back in for a free polish change when I arrived the lady in the front the one who owns the business told me they can't do the polish change today because the solution they use to take of the gel polish will burn so they coated my nails with the clear hardner and told me to return for my free polish change in 3weeks I called on the phone and ask can I come in for my free polish change and the owner said yes who will you like i told her Len I will be there she said ok. I get there get my polish change for some reason they said no manicure I'm sure they was thinking because of the previous damage they did to my nails that the manicure will still burn , she said only polish change she finished my polish change I got up to leave and they told me I have to pay, you damaged my nails and all the pain I went through told me multiple times I can get a free polish change then change your mind. My first experience wasn't that great, but that was my own fault for scheduling a last minute appointment on a Friday afternoon. Even though I waited about 45 min past my appointment time to be seated, I can't really complain, because they accommodated me and the nails were beautiful. The second time I came, it was in the middle of the week and there was no wait for my appointment. I wanted a specific design I found on Pinterest with lavender and pink nails plus daisies. Another nail shop I went to couldn't execute the design, but Nina took one look and picked the colors that perfectly matched the picture. I left so happy with my nails. Both times I had my Nails done by Nina. She's so sweet and makes sure you like the work she's doing, excellent customer service. I haven't had time for a pedicure here, but next time I'm definitely getting one. Don't expect to come here and have them do beautiful work with gel or dip and pay very little.
