I was visiting from out of town and never went to this place before. I called and they said I could come in right away. The place was tidy looking. The staff was friendly enough. You get charged less if you use cash instead of card which is typical. With all that, the fact of the matter is the lady jacked up my eyebrows!! Usually I tell a salon to "just clean up" stray hairs and they preserve my natural arch. The lady cut straight across! I looked like Bert! I was able to go back to my hotel and fix it with an eyebrow razor and makeup pencil I picked up from the beauty supply. I think they probably thought I was cheap for not tipping, but I'm not giving extra when I have to re-do what you did and correct your mistake! read more

I thought my first experience here was bad but I was in a rush and returned a second time. Disappointed once again. I'm not picky and just needed a fill and an easy pedicure. The lady that did my nails talked on her phone the whole time, it was so annoying. Do not go here. Do not wast your time and money. I paid for a gel manicure that lasted a few hours before chipping and falling off and I got a pedicure and the lady was pretending to use the utensils and acting like she was cutting off dead skin by doing the motion. I can't make this up. The paint on my toes is bubbly and not smooth. The gel is not really gel. I've never experienced something like this. I contacted for refund and the manager Tony was very disrespectful, rude and nonprofessional. He told me to come back to fix my nails and I live two hours away. I would not ever go back to this business. Choose a place with good quality paint and I wasted two hours of my day getting my nails destroyed. I did not want to leave a tip because they didn't deserve it but I wanted to be kind. I am disputing the entire transaction and reporting the business to better business bureau. Have been here many times in the past and always had a good experience but went today- didn't see the most recent reviews saying they're under new management- and won't be back. The prices have increased since my last visit a few months ago and I thought well that's everywhere. BUT the quality is not worth it. $96 for full set and spa pedicure... just to come home and see in regular lighting that the polish on my toenails had a bunch of dips and ripples! It appears that maybe the nail wasn't filed correctly underneath or something but even when I paint my own toes at home they come out better than this. $36 for bad paint job. My full set was $60 and the French tip was thinner than I wanted but after asking her to fix it TWICE and her having a bad attitude about it I just accepted that was the best it was gonna get. I will not be back and now on the search for a new nail spot in the area. read more

We're visiting the area and needed relaxing pedis ahead of a busy day. The tech did a very careless job. My nails look about like they did when i came in, except with bright pink gel polish. Being rushed I was careless myself and left without complaining. At the end of our busy day I realized she didn't paint either of my pinky toes. The place is clean. They have a lot of people working so it's very easy to make an appt or even walk in.

They are under new management. It's absolutely terrible. I came in for a pedicure tonight. I paid for the top pedicure package that included hot rocks, and a 20 minute massage. I got a 6 minute mid massage and no hot rocks. They took me on at 6:15 and closed at 7. The entire process was so rushed she kept looking at the clock and speaking in her language, whenever I asked if she can correct something on my French tip she seemed so bothered and hostile. Super unprofessional and just so unpleasant. 10/10 do not recommend coming here. I didn't recognize a single nail tech here and I've been coming here for 2 years. All of the original staff has left, I don't blame them. read more

Sometimes when I call, the phone will just ring endlessly, and when I do get through it's hard to schedule something last minute because they are quite busy. I love the way my nails turned out. I do not know the name of the woman who did my nails. She was attentive and took all of my aesthetic concerns seriously. My only gripe is the additional costs for what I would consider to be included in a full set manicure. An additional $5 charge for requesting my cuticles be pushed back and trimmed is bizarre to me. It puts clients in an uncomfortable situation because, if you are like me, you know having a clean cuticle line can make or break the longevity of a set. There's more charges I received besides this one during my visit, but this one was the most alarming to me. Breakdown: $50 for a full set, $5 for medium length, $5 for cuticle trim, and $10 tip (which I still believe was deserved, she did a good job and she doesn't make the prices) read more

This was my first visit at this salon and it was so expensive. I don't mind paying if it is a quality manicure but these were not worth it. I got a dip powder manicure and after 2 days it started to chip. I have gotten dip at another place and it has lasted me a month without chipping! Not going back for a manicure here.
