Been meaning to post this for months, this was our nails back in October 2024, service was exceptional, they knew exactly what I wanted and delivered that. They were professional and worked very well. My daughter and I were so happy with our nails- my husband loved our nails so much and I did get a lot of compliments.
I Believe T took care of me, she was so sweet kind friendly and patient there was also a gentleman working that night as well who was also very friendly but I didn't catch his name. She took her time filing my nails until I was completely happy with the shape and color. It's a little sketchy on the outside but I definitely found my new spot! Thank you for the wonderful service
Thi is AMAZING !! not only was she able to get me in last minuet but she always does an amazing job She makes you so comfortable and welcomed and is very personable which makes you want to just keep coming back .. gel x can last me anywhere from 1 month to a month & a half if I'm really pushing it 10/10 recommend
Dylan was amazing! 10/10 recommend. He did a great job with my nails, is very chill to talk to, and i had a late appointment so he walked me out to my car to make sure I got in safely. The area looks a bit iffy but the shop itself has a great vibe. Will definitely be back :)

I called this morning to make an appointment with thi to get my birthday nails done her husband answers I told him I wanted to make a appointment for the Tuesday October 22nd but since their closed that day he made the appointment for me the Friday before my birthday. Okay cool. Half an hour later I get a text saying "Thai dos not feel comfortable working on your nails. We are sorry we can not take you in." Refusing service for no reason is SO UNPROFESSIONAL of them. So if you decide to go to this place watch out for thi and her little puppy husband. The location is bad as it is now bad service.

I posted pictures of my nails the day of and 10 days later and they still look great! I will definitely be coming back. There is only two ppl there working and their last call is 7pm as they close at 8pm so plan accordingly. For info I paid $80 plus tip. She gave me a receipt with the brake down which is nice some salons just pull numbers out the air and you have no idea what you're paying for. I got full set ($60) , almond short shape ($15) with French and designs ($5)
New owners for the last 10 months! A beautiful couple now own the shop. They provide you amazing customer service and make sure you're satisfied with their work. Prices are also not at all bad. Definitely coming back!
I've been coming to viet and Angie for more than a year now. And I'm really happy with every visit I've had. My usual visit would consist of a gel pedi, and a gel mani. I honestly don't come in super frequently due to the fact that the gel is great quality and lasts forever. I treated myself on the last visit to gel x. And truly, their prices are extremely fair for their work. Today I realized I needed a touch up on my nails (3 days before Christmas) and as per usual viet and Angie took care of me. Super last minute!! They're extremely attentive and truly display the definition of great customer satisfaction. For the life of me I don't understand why people claim to have bad experiences but instead of contacting a business to let them make it right, they take to the internet to try and slam their reputation. This potentially really hurts small businesses. Hopefully we as humans can do better. Viet and Angie are amazing. And can't imagine them turning me (let alone anyone else) away if they let them know they weren't 100% happy with their service.

There have been plenty of other reviews on your page to show "crooked nails," "sloppy jobs," and "rushed services." I don't think it's uncalled for then, for me to say that my experience was also below expectation. In the future, I hope you're able to take into consideration the feedback of your customers that have had bad experiences (since it doesn't seem like you'll take mine). ** I highly do not recommend going to this place. It was a very terrible experience for me. I came here with an appointment at 5pm and they were completely empty inside - just 2 nail technicians. I asked for a gel pedicure and to soak off the gel-x nails (done at another salon). I was quoted $45 for my gel pedicure ($35 + $10 for gel) and $10 for my removal of gel-x nails. PEDICURE - My nail technician was very nice and made great conversation since I just moved here to Riverside. He recommended a callus remover and honey scrub at an additional price ($8). He then proceeded to add an additional $10 for my french tips without telling me. My pedicure ended up being $63 total - not even 24 hours later, my gel has peeled right off of my pinky toes. SOAK OFF - My nail technician cut off my nails and filed them down, and told me I have to sit and soak them off in a bowl. She said it would be $10 total. She came to check on me every 30 minutes and came by with toilet paper to wipe off the gel that was soaking off. She didn't do any additional filing and left my nails looking like the picture - crusty as heck and gel still stuck on all my cuticles. I then told her that I'm not getting a manicure or any additional services and she changed the price of my soak off to $20 - Just to sit for an hour with my hands in a bowl of acetone. My services came out to $85 and I left unhappy, and even more disappointed the following day when my gel peeled off. Do not come here!
Thi and Dillon are awesome. So welcoming and accommodating! I even brought my daughter in for a set and they made her feel so special! Very clean. Very professional.. and extremely talented. Love this spot!

Jennifer did my nails and i was very pleased with how they came out! My nails are going on three weeks and are still very much in tact! Just a heads up they charge for shape, type of nail polish and length. Pricy but worth the money.
Very Disappointed with the service, and way too overprice ! I had my appt at 6:30 I was taken by Jennifer at 6:40 something and she toke almost 3 hrs for a simple full set and 2 rhinestones design , which she had given me a price of $95 u decided to go a bit shorter on the length she dropped the price to$90 But I wasn't satisfied with the color , which didn't match the one I had chosen, so I decided I do an ombré type She stated that it would be $20 more I said fine what ever , u just wanted my nails to look nice and pretty , I ended up with a thick thumb nail and disliking the shape of the nails , Overall very disappointed with this place , never going again
Absolutely the BEST place to get your nails done! Customer Service remarkably well! Nails look fabulous! Clean, comfortable AND they spoke English the whole time as to not have secret conversations about the customers! Family owned Husband Dylan and Wife Thi team of Charm and Beauty plus excellence in service. Thi also commented on keeping my nails healthy when she could have made more money pushing services. Wait wasn't long either. I would definitely come back. I received the Volcano Pedicure and Gel Cateye Manicure. Tipping came easy because service was amazing! Will return! read more

Wonderful experience! My daughter needed a manicure and had a photo of what she wanted. Thi responded to my call quickly and texted me photos of polish samples a couple of days before the appointment to make sure that my daughter liked the color. She was kind and attentive. My daughter loved the final outcome and she had received so many compliments. Will definitely be back! read more

NEW OWNERS!!!!!! Thi is always so sweet and kind. She is very creative with her work and is really good at matching reference photos (and making your ideas some to life!!). There are SOOOO many colors to choose from here and the salon is very clean. It's such a relaxing and friendly environment. I always love the work that Thi does and I am always impressed with the amount of care she puts in to making my nails the best (compared to some salons that only want you to be in and out as fast as possible). I was a bit nervous to go here since it was a random try. I was looking for a place I could get a design done. I normally go to the mall and a lot of times get someone who is not so willing to do designs and would rather just paint my nails. I also tend to have a lot of problems with the nail technicians hurting me or cutting me. When I got my nails done the nail technician was amazing! She explain to me why getting my nails done was so painful and that I have thin nails. She suggested I try gel nails which are easier to remove. She took time to carefully file my nails so that it wouldn't hurt! She took time to care if she was hurting me and make sure that I was comfortable! I am very thankful for her advice and suggestions. Very happy I stepped out of my comfort zone and went here! And she killed it on the nail design... Perfect! Will definitely be returning! read more

I went to this establishment two days ago for a gel pedicure and received poor service. The polish looked rushed and as a result, I have bubbles underneath my gel polish. When I returned today, I was told that I needed to wait after all of their appointments before I could get my polish fixed. Originally, I was told that I could get the polish fixed in between the appointments but that was not the case. The staff are rude and unprofessional, which is unfortunate because it appears to be a new establishment that needs customers. I should also mention that the time prior, they had a new technician who messed up my fill and to rectify the situation they only gave me $5. I wanted to give this place a chance, but I will never return and would not recommend this place to anyone! Update: I will not take another second of my day to address this person. Instead of being in the comments on yelp you should be hiring more experienced nail technicians so that people don't have to wait an unreasonable amount of time at your horrible establishment! If anyone is interested in reputable establishments that are friendly, will get you out of their shops timely and our professional. Here are three places that I would gladly recommend. Blue Diamond Nails in Ontario, 3D nails in Upland and Love nails in Chino. I have been a patron of (3D Nails Upland) and (blue diamond nails) for years. I've always received quality work and the upmost respect at those establishments. Love nails in Chino which has been open for a couple of years now is also a great nail shop and has very experienced nail technicians. If anyone wants to see the work that I've gotten from these places send me a message. I have plenty of pictures. I only decided to go to the nail shop that I'm reviewing out of convenience and wanting to support a new business in my city. As I said, I won't be going back. read more
