Very rude and unprofessional. I came in the afternoon as a walk-in. The store was completely empty with only one other customer. The worker quickly told me, "someone will come do your nails." There were two girls in the back just chatting, and I ended up waiting for 20 minutes. I asked how much longer and was told, "one more minute," but still no one came. I finally decided to leave, and as I was walking out the guy said, "this is why you make appointments." Then why does the front of the store say "Walk-ins Welcome" if walk-ins clearly aren't welcome? I've been trying to find a new nail salon being that the one I used to go to was sold and the new owners were not filling in the shoes. I have gone to 4 different salons and was never satisfied. I called Vogue by chance, needing some help in the pedicure department. They were able to take me in right away. I felt very comfortable here. Many usual customers came in so I knew this had to be a great place. Safe to say, it was great! They definitely have a long time customer now. Not only that the nail techs have to be called to come in and fill nails so customer has to wait for tech to decide to come to work?? Joke!! Not good business practice ! If I could give NO STARS I WOULD DEFINITELY START WITH THAT ..! let's see where do I start I had made an appointment for 10 am and got seated at 10:20 then the nail lady came to do my nails as they normally would... and everything was going great until ... she had to go back to a previous customer to work on her feet but when she came back she did not wash her hands what so ever continued working on my hands and as she started she took 3 hours on my nails and on top of all the bullshit the nail polish has been completely CHIPPING AND MY NAILS ARE BREAKING OFF !!! Came in after a few months of them being closed and first off didn't cut my cuticles she did a very sloppy job applying the gel nail polish having to go back and forth with acetone trying to correct her mistakes and also making my gel nails very thick applying extra clear coats.. and on top of that charging me $65 dollars for regular toes no works just the regular and gel nails... in which took her total of 40 mins to do both. Typical Stella last minute nail appt before the holiday weekend. Found this spot on here and decided to give it a try. I was stuck in traffic and they were closing in 30mins. So i called and they said they would wait for me! (God bless them.) I go in and start chatting with another patron. Turns out she had been a customer of theirs for 20 years! Already feeling more comfortable, the lady doing my nails strikes a conversation and we chat the whole time! Gel mani on point! And then came my torture... pedicure. Vogue Nails is honestly great, I started going there after my original nail shop completely started being rude in a way so I needed my nails painted quickly and I stopped by and received phenomenal service. It was quick, they were kind they pay very special attention to each and every one of the customers they receive I've only been twice but it's such a good experience everytime. I went to get gel nails about a week ago. When I went i had gel nails on already , so the lady had to take them off . While she taking of the gel she was extremely rough ;plus she didn't even remove the gel completely off , so I ended up with bumpy nails. That wasn't the only issue . There weren't many gel colors to choose from and the color I picked looked pretty but was was not good quality . It was not thick at all . I was able to see through my nails . Later that day I also noticed she forgot to paint my whole nails and I also found a little piece of hair under the polish. Overall this place is terrible and I wouldn't recommend it . read more

Went in today for a gel manicure. They told me the price would be $25 and that seemed reasonable. When I sat down an older woman with short hair began to use an electric file to remove my previous gel manicure. The nail salon seemed rather unorganized and unsanitary. The station I was on had a dirty towel and just paper towels placed over it. The tools the employee used didn't seem to have been sterilized. I've been to 2 other nail salons that sterilize their tools in a machine and open the package in front of me. That usually gives eases my mind knowing/seeing a new package used on me. The nail service makes me not want to come back. Although the younger woman was talkative and tried to make sure I was giving an adequate service, the woman that did my nails did not deliver. She was rough when taking off the gel polish. She didn't try to make conversation, and seemed rather rushed. The way my nails were painted with the gel was uneven and when she filed them it was abrupt. The selection of gel polish was absurd. There were only a few samples on acrylic nails to look at and the rest you had to look at the bottle to get an idea of the color. The gel polish used was CUCCIO & GELISH. I didn't see any bottles for OPI. There was not one location for the polish but several scattered around the salon. I was anxious for my nails to be done. I wish I would've known to get a base coat for the glitter gel polish. I'm optimistic that the result would've been better than what I received. I got a total of 4 layers of gel polish. The result was mediocre but my own fault for not getting out when I had the chance. Lastly, they have a yelp "check in" offer of a free nail design or polish. I asked my manicurist what designs she knew. She just shook her head and didn't say anything about designs she knew. Next time I'll pay the extra for a conversation, sterilized tools, clean environment, and organized gel polish. read more

I'm only giving this place 2 stars because the other nail tech working here was nice and asked how my experience was. The nail tech that did my nails was not the best. First: I asked for coffin nails and I did not get coffin nails. Second: when I asked her to fix the shape she declined. Third: right after I told her told fix it she started talking an Asian language and she seemed mad. When she got off the phone she tried to explain that she was on the phone with a family member and she was mad at them which I knew was BS. I also forgot to mention that she asked if my lashes were real which I told her no, I have lash extensions. She asked for the place I went to and how much they charged so I told we. She then asked if this place was Vietnamese I told her no and she's like 'yes it was white. White peoples charge more' this is so uncalled for and rude! I will never be back to this place ever again! She tried to say that because I got my nails shorter than a picture I told her to use as reference, was the reason why they didn't come out good. This is the dumbest excuse of all time!
