She does a great job on my sensitive feet, even keeping my big toes from getting ingrown nails. She does perfect painting of my toes every time! I always get a full set by John, but this review is for Kim. She does my pedicures. I have had all the girls here do my pedicure before, but Kim hands down is my favorite. She takes her time to make sure the polish is perfect, but my absolute FAVORITE Thing about her, are her massages. Never disappointing. I was there at this nail salon last weekend and I got my toes done. I'm telling you Kim did a wonderful job and my design on my toes is so pretty. I went back the next weekend to get my hands done and I have never gotten my nails done so pretty. John did a great job. My nails look like real nail. After 1 1/2 weeks all my nail fell out. I call back and spoke to amber and she told me to come back in Saturday and this was an appointment. I showed up and I believe the guy I spoke too is her husband. He said that after two weeks you want us to fix your nail for free. I told him that I got my nail done by John 6/15/19 and my nail fill out by Wednesday. That's not right. He also said that if that happened why I didn't come right then. I told him that's not what amber told me. She made an appointment to come in 6/22/19 at 12pm. I will be taking my service elsewhere. There customers service suck. Amber I know your one of the owners. Please take notes "Woman gets their nails done mostly on special occasion but just in general. it is sad to see that you are one of the owners and a customer called you spoke to you made an appointment and showed up for 12 o'clock for her appointment to get the issue fix and did nothing about it. I was waiting here for 18 minutes and you guys made another appointment and took the other person in the future that's not how you deal with customer especially when this is their first time coming to your salon and this happened. when you get your nails done it should last close to a month and every two weeks you do a fill. your nail should not have fell out within a week and a half and then you did nothing about it" so after 18 I left. Definitely disliked the lady who was doing my toes. She asked me if i had an ingrown toe nail i said yes on both toes and told her where it's located on both toes. she goes deep into my skin to take out my nail, it was actually pain ful what she was doing. surprisingly i didn't bleed but definitely hurt. (i've had many ingrown nails bc i tend to cut my toes wrong) not once has another lady done it so hard, my toes LITERALLY hurt rn more than before fr and i wasn't even in that much pain i feel like i definitely have an even deeper ingrown toe nail now on both toes. she didn't even try painting my toes neither, but whatever. my hands i actually did like that's why i'm giving it 2 stars, the lady was very nice and did a very good job considering how they looked before update after 2 days, they literally hurt!! my big toes hurt so bad. never again will i ever come here & it just makes me regret not kicking her in the face when she was first doing them.PAINNNFULLL ASFFF read more

I don't normally try new nail places since the experience can be disappointing, but since Lindsey's wasn't open, I had no choice. Tina did my gel manicure, didn't catch the name of the nice, older lady who did my pedicure, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well they did. They got all of the cuticle, without overkill, and shaped my nails the way I like. I'm pretty particular since I can do my own nails, but I will be back here. The reviews are right about the cramped, low-budget shopping plaza that's difficult to get into if you're not paying attention and only God knows what the smell is in the shop next door. I took off 1 star because they don't have exact matches for regular polish versions of the gel polish, they didn't put those gloves on to protect my hands from the light & I couldn't add the tip to my card (if they changed that, they'd probably get tipped more). Most Asian nail salons say it's a 5-10 minute wait when in reality it's 20-30 minute wait. Luckily, when I went in and asked for the wait, John gave me a realistic wait time. I went in for a fill come to find out that my nails needed a replacement and I needed a full set because there was so much water that went into my nails. Horrible service at its finest. I go there to get a full set and a pedicure. The lady that did my pedicure she pulled so hers that I was bleeding so bad and my toe was hurting for two weeks. I'm top of it my pedicure shipped the next day. I go there to fix it they were close one hour before the time they had posted in the door. Today I went at 6 pm the door says 7:30 and I told him I have a problem with the full set they put for me then he told me oh we are closed. When I mentioned that it says 7:30 he said that it's a Holliday, but it's been like that the whole week. I work all day I can only go at 6 but then they are closed even though it says 7:30. Bad service bad customer service and not reliable at all. I never leave a bad review but this deserves one. read more

Walked in on a Sunday at 4:50pm to get a pedicure and was immediately told they were closed. The hours advertised on the door and online say they're open until 5:30. I told the employees this and they just said "no we're closed" no apology and pretty rude about it. First time coming in for a full set and pedi. Don't remember the name of the girl doing my pedi but she took care of me very well. She really took her time to make sure my nails came out perfect. My set was done by John I believe which was great. Always made sure I was liking the shape. I got gel coats for both and my total came to $61 plus dollar charge for debit. Make sure to take cash for tip UPDATE: One of my nails broke and not even a week later.. major FAIL! And I'm not able to go in until next week so there goes my manicure. I'm glad we moved back to the area, so i can get my nails done here! You can never go wrong. They'll work with you, just let them know what shape, length & color that you want then they'll do their magic (They will give you their honest opinion on everything so don't hesitate to ask) The staff are friendly & will always make you feel comfortable. The prices are great for the art & quality that they're doing with your nails. My nails can last at least 3 weeks to a month I always get a FULL SET ACRYLIC GEL POLISH & cost me $30-$43 depends on the length & shape (You're paying for the quality of the gel polish, it never fades or chip) They have the regular polish which is $10-$12 cheaper but if you're getting a full set acrylic nails, Gel polish is the way to go. Stopped in to this cute little shop on a Sunday and 430. Kinda on the late side but they accepted me with open arms. I was happy too bc my nails and toes looked pretty scary. There was no way I could go to work the next day looking like my nails got caught in a blender. Thanks to T&L they had my nails looking pretty again in no time. I picked pretty colors, gel for my finger tips and regular for my toes. A very nice gentleman and a nice lady hooked it up. Two peopled working on me made the time go twice as fast. They did a great job, very precise and clean. The prices were great too. I paid $47 for both gel manicure and pedicure. The shop itself is clean and the chairs are comfortable. I went to this place to get just a gel polish change last month. The girl was nice enough and I actually had no problem with the polish change itself. However, when she was finished she grabbed the RED nail polish off the station but the lid was not on. The polish hit the floor and splattered ALL OVER my brand new black and white maxi skirt, my toes, and legs. She cleaned the polish off my skin but it had ruined my pedicure which I had done somewhere else. I asked her to re-paint my toes and she just ignored me. Not sure if she understood my question? When I went to the front I was very upset and I told the manager I understand it was an accident but my skirt was ruined!. I asked if the tech could atleast re-paint my toes since they were now messed up from the splatter. She agreed and while she was re-painting my toes the manager came by and said that they wouldn't charge me for the toes?!? Gee really?! How nice of you! She STILL CHARGED ME for the polish change. My skirt was brand new $30 and was destroyed plus I had to pay around $15-$18 for the polish change . This was one of the WORST instances of customer service I have experienced. This place is whatever's it's located in a ghetto shopping center, there ok on pedicures but on gel nails not it all!! I had no choice I was in need of s gel manicure .. So I yelp this place and decided to give it a try. Since the regular nail salon I go are close on Sunday of the last weekend of every month. This John that ppl here brag about, he ain't great it all my nails look crappy for the 4th day & they look like two weeks old, imberessing . The nails looks crack ughh.. Cheap polishes they use. If you want to get a good ass gel manicure I recommend K nails in Norco or Lindsey's nails on Arlington they use the gel nails on these OPI LED Lamps.. Which are faster 30 sec. drying & safe to use w/o those harmful uv/uva rays! read more

Pedicures start at $17 and gel is an additional $12 but it's definitely worth it. All nail techs are very friendly and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in, they actually make conversation with you and not amongst themselves. overall great experience. I followed my nail guy from his old location to this one. Which he and his wife own. Jon is the best when it comes to acryllic nails. My nails are alwyas perfect and just as i asked for. It takes him about 30 minutes to do a full set and 15 minutes for a fill. I do not have a specific girl I go to for my pedicure however I feel they all do a good job. Some are on the slower side. But I feel becasue they do a good job its worth it. They offer all the usual services as most nails salons. Prices are around the same as most shops as well. read more
