Almost every month I come in with Keeley and MY GOODNESS! She slays every time and she's a vibe! I show her inspo and art, and she is able to get it down. I've noticed my nails last 4 weeks with her with no lifting or breaking. Usually when I break them, it is my own fault. I have cheated on her once and I came right back to her lol. My wife and occasionally myself have been coming here for years for nail care. Jackie and the crew are phenomenal at what they do and extremely knowledgeable. Once upon a time it was just Jackie and Alex but now there's a whole crew! The inside is clean, professional, and straight chill. They're more than capable of handling the crowds and are the only place in the Inland Empire you should be getting your nails done. Unlike other salons, there's no overwhelming chemical smell. Instead, you're welcomed with good vibes, current music playing, and not one, not two, but three TVs--two with shows and one with live footage of bald eagles (which I absolutely LOVE!). Now for the amazing staff: Sandy started my nails and we instantly clicked! She's so friendly, funny, and detail-oriented--I felt comfortable and well cared for from the very beginning. After Sandy's prep, Bianca stepped in for the application and design. Super cute nail salon. The girls there were so nice. I wanted a manicure/pedicure with French tips. I had two girls work on me. Again, super sweet girls &I love how my nails came out. But..... I was there for about 2 hours... my @ $ $ huuurt. And I was expecting more of a... spa like when getting my mani/pedi. I got a super light exfoliation and good moisturizer on my feet. I really was looking forward to a good scrub &massage. It also seems like the girls are fairly new-ish to the nail industry, Judging by their pace. They still did a great job. I messaged them and the salon consistently messaged me back to get details on the nail design my daughter wanted and answered all the questions I had. I was able to book her that week with Dafne and my oldest daughter took her. My daughter said everyone there was friendly and was offered water & soda. She said they also had a coffee machine which is nice. Dafne, the nail technician, took around 2 hours and my daughter was super happy with her nails. I'm newer to the area and was desperate for an affordable, professional pedicure for two. I reached out and they got back to me really quickly to set up an appointment. They gave me a great quote and a couple of times for the next day. I got confused and thought my appointment was a whole half hour after it really was. The owner called and she was super nice and still accommodated us, so I was grateful for that. The salon was clean and open. They were ready to go and did a great job. They were watching 3 movies on 3 screens and they reached from an old Vincent Price and Christopher Lee film to some Pixar flicks and Scream 2. The owner, think her name is Jackie, was running the salon effectively, helping the techs when they needed her advice or expertise, and chatting happily with the patrons. Now for my experience I had Jackie. She was wonderful, her attention to detail was great. She made sure to give me tips on future care. Some staff lack communication skills along with customer service and knowledge of salon policy. Management did try to resolve issues however how can you go back to a place the makes you feel uncomfortable. Response With all due respect first I didn't book online I called...and never was I asked if there was any conditions to disclose, that along could have same me the shame your staff made me feel.I don't have a problem letting people know what happened. I did mention "I might had been over reacting" however after thinking and going over it all, No I don't believe I did. When your staff notice my pinky I fully let her know I've had an issue from previous yrs and I had been on medication, at the point she should have said I'm sorry salon policy is we might refuse service let me talk to my manager he has the last call. Instead what happens was she asked her coworker not once but twice and then with out even as an excuse me I'll be back she got up to talk to you. Alex and Jackie, the owners and operators are both veterans. Both are very well rounded, involved, and supportive of all the clients as well as the technicians. Everyone there is very personable and the quality of work that the technicians do are top-notch. When you're there your family. They don't overbook which is super important as a client and they don't rush you or your technician. Keeley, is crazy on point in ensuring that you get exactly what you wanted when you came in. Her artistic skills are a 10 out of 10. Maddy does a rockin job, Jackie has some hoodoo voodoo magic with breaks, Carla and Dafne are just chefs kiss.
