They are good; staff are friendly and helpful in getting you what you want/need. The owner is really nice and tries her best getting you in as a walk in. I love the way my pedicure came out. The lady that did them shaped them good. The issue I had was she was doing the callus removal and used a cheese grader thing and ended up scraping the skin off side of my foot. (Accident I get it) Also I feel like the white gel polish has turned "off-white within the week that I've had them done. I still have 4 stars because I will be trying them again and hopefully a better experience. read more

my pedicure turned out well & pricing isn't too bad. i didn't like that the pedicure doesn't include the quick massage/ scrub... as most do.. i've never been to a location where it's an add on. it was busy and they were short staffed so i'm glad i made it right before the crowd. the others didn't mind waiting so i think that's a good sign. read more

my pedicure came out great, the place was super busy tho.. i literally walked in right before the crowd so there was a wait and i believe they were short staffed. the others didn't mind waiting so i think that's a good sign. a little disappointed that a regular gel pedicure doesn't include a massage.. you have to pay for a different pedicure for it. i've never been to a nail salon and experienced that. besides that i would return. read more

Hi I use to like going here and the last time we were there one of the guys broke my daughters toe nail. He was supposed to remove the acrylic and was so rough he broke her nail right in the middle. Then he acted like it was her fault I was so upset and wanted you to get up and leave but my daughter calmed me down. She didn't want you to make a big deal out of it. She didn't even cry. I was furious but kept cool. Anyway long story short just wanted to share so people know what they are getting themselves into. No one really apologized and we still paid in full including tip out of courtesy but would have preferred to walk out. Will not ever be returning. I am wondering if I could report to the health office or something really would appreciate anyone's advice thank you. read more

I went in with long, thick almond acrylics done somewhere else and asked for short, thin, and square and that's exactly what I got! The acrylic was applied perfectly and omg look at that shape! Came in about a month about to try out a new nail salon, having good reviews i took the chance &' came in. Instantly didn't like the nail technician, an older lady who always wears a jade thick bracelet, she doesn't proceed with caution &' after saying "Ouch" for the 3rd time i left like she genuinely didn't care, technicians are suppose to try to handle your nails/hands with care, the whole time i felt like she was just grabbing my hands &' not to mention her nails digging at my fingertips/edge of my skin. When doing an acrylic set, when she was supposedly finished with the base, the edges of all my nails were sealed shut from her brushes so much excess of the acrylic product. Came back to remove those nails i got &' ended up getting the same lady. And had hope it wouldn't be a painful experience again, but i was wrong. I had asked for a clear coat after &' she finished taking off my acrylic and told me she was done. The place has potential, but definitely feel like management should go over these simple steps with the techs, i'm sure there's other technicians that are more careful, but this was my experience. read more

When I called this location to ask if I could at least use the funds toward product purchases, the manager never followed up. The second issue happened just this past week. I brought to their attention that the stepping stool (used to get onto the waxing table) has always been filthy. I was told this was not a priority, as there were "more important areas" to focus on. For those unfamiliar, clients sometimes remove their shoes before stepping onto the table for a bikini wax, which makes the cleanliness of that stool especially important. After that response, I made the decision not to renew my membership. Respectfully reviewed.

Finally got started and no more than 10 minutes in did my lady start trading shoes with another worker and joking around and left me waiting another 10 minutes for her and the other worker to be done goofing off. Noticed I was upset so then she comes back. She made me bleed and their "callus remover" service is just scrubbing your feet with water. They used no callus remover product that I get at every other salon I've ever been to. The massage was minimal effort and again kept stopping to talk to other workers. Now she's trying to get away with putting the wrong color on my toes ..... what the heck. It's now been 2 hours and my pedicure is still not complete. I came here excited that a salon opened this early and figured I could get in a get going with the things I need to do today. I might as well have waited for the other salons that open at 9. At least I would have gotten what I will unfortunately be paying for. I will definitely not be back. Lesson learned with this place !

This is a long one, so I…read morereceived a 10% off coupon for my birthday which was perfect because I had a wedding to attend so I needed a pedicure, I have been here many times I've never had this experience as they have always been very friendly and on point with their services so it was never a question about where I was going to go. I went it and wasn't greeted I stood there for a bit before they approached me, I asked for pedicure I was sat down and I told them the service I wanted which was the CBD one which is about $88 with card which is the one I always get because they do hot stones, a 20 minute foot massage and scrubbing with hot wax. At first everything was going well until it came to the foot scrub, the lady only scrubbed the bottom of my feet I thought she was guna do the top last so I waited she then proceeded to drain the water so I told her she had forgotten to scrub my toes and top of the feet so she went back and quickly did it still leaving dead skin on, she moved on to the other services I told her I wanted a French tip. I sat there and let her do her thing she then began rubbing my feet which was horrible there was zero effort very lightly more as caressing rather then a massage, she then went on to the hot stones which she rubbed once on each side of my leg then put them away. She didn't finish the 20 minutes before she stopped and started drying off my legs with a towel. When everything was finished I looked and my toes were completely wrong the French tip was different, a piece of my nail was sticking out, the gel was bumpy. I went to the front to pay for the service and they asked me how it went I said I was unsatisfied with the way they came out I showed the polish and the piece of my nail that was sticking out. At first the lady up front tried to fix it but still wasn't able to I however had to leave because I was heading out of town which I said I had to go. She then told the lady who did my nails and comes back saying the lady told her I had a chip in my nail which is why the polish shape was off, she asked me if that was true as if I was lying about something or it was my fault. I paid and left they had texted me to which I left a review fully explaining what had happened. They then blew up my phone which I was at wedding, I then received a text which I posted below stating I could go in for a redo or get a refund, I declined the service because I had already gotten my nails redone when I went out of town so I asked for a refund. They then tried to offer me a $43 voucher to which I declined and then again asked for a refund, they then offered me a $43 dollar refund however they were also taking off the full 10% which only was going to be a $38 refund. I said no that was unacceptable as I was only getting a partial refund so adding the full 10% off was not okay. They then stated that was their policy. At this point I was done with the conversation as they were being rude and blaming me. I then let them know I would just be contacting my bank to dispute it through them. They then told me to go ahead and that the bank would contact them and they would let them know my services. I did not respond at that point then I received another message saying that the boss would not be arguing with me over 10% and that I could come in and get my $43 via cash. Again I did not respond. My services were $90 and the level of disrespect is so disheartening. I've come here many times I've spoke nothing less than highly of them and the treatment I have received over this. I will never be coming back here. They are nice people until something is done wrong then they flip and start being so rude and blaming the customer.
