The ladies are nice and they accept Zelle so those two are the only good things in this salon. The lady that was removing the gel manicure also removed a lot of my nail plate so it's painful to do anything because my nails are really sensitive and trying to heal. After she completed the design on both my hands, she let me know that a white color would look best compared to the color I chose and offered to redo it in white. She's gone twice and she has been extremely disappointed. She asked for callous removal and to have her ingrown toe nails removed and she was ignored. Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to they understood and prices were very clear no surprise charges (except maybe if you count the dollar charge when using a card). I didn't catch the name of the woman who did my nails today but she did an amazing job. I have terrible ingrown toenails and this technician worked her way around my cuticles with complete expertise. Horrible customer service. Uneven nails. Wrong color! When I decided to change from regular manicure to gel manicure. Lady grabbed the wrong nail color. I realized it after she had completed one hand. She didn't offer to correct the color instead she said oh I'm sorry and rushed to finish painting the rest of my nails. When I mentioned it to the man at the front desk, he giggled and asked why I did not tell the manicurist. I was very disappointed with this place I have been several times and it's always hit and miss . This last time I asked for foil nails and was told it would take too long even though they had only 2 other customers in shop. My nail set cracked 2 days after I got it done when I went back to get it fixed they were nice and fixed it however it was rushed and my nails were left uneven not only that I was charged 5 dollars for getting it fixed because they put more top coat which I do understand and I paid no problem. I feel if a customer asked for something they shouldn't be told it will take too long , I had the service done before it didn't take any longer than a normal acrylic set. just say we can't do that here. I've had foil done before by Peter he did an amazing job I haven't seen him around for past few times I've gone. I will not be giving my money to this place any longer it used to be my favorite spot but they really have changed. I won't name who did my nails for sake of their reputation . read more

Went to try a new salon near my house. Had an overlay done and got gel polish on top. The gel polish was done quick, streaky and not completely dried. After I was done I decided to go get them repainted. They allowed me to get the repainted and now it is 4 days later and half of my finger nails are chipped and peeling.
