The ladies are nice and they accept Zelle so those two are the only good things in this salon. The lady that was removing the gel manicure also removed a lot of my nail plate so it's painful to do anything because my nails are really sensitive and trying to heal. After she completed the design on both my hands, she let me know that a white color would look best compared to the color I chose and offered to redo it in white. My mom has been looking for a new place to get her toes done this place seemed like a good choice it's clean and it's close by. Boy were we wrong. She's gone twice and she has been extremely disappointed. She asked for callous removal and to have her ingrown toe nails removed and she was ignored. Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to they understood and prices were very clear no surprise charges (except maybe if you count the dollar charge when using a card). I didn't catch the name of the woman who did my nails today but she did an amazing job. I have terrible ingrown toenails and this technician worked her way around my cuticles with complete expertise. Horrible customer service. Uneven nails. Wrong color! When I decided to change from regular manicure to gel manicure. Lady grabbed the wrong nail color. I realized it after she had completed one hand. She didn't offer to correct the color instead she said oh I'm sorry and rushed to finish painting the rest of my nails. When I mentioned it to the man at the front desk, he giggled and asked why I did not tell the manicurist. I was very disappointed with this place I have been several times and it's always hit and miss . This last time I asked for foil nails and was told it would take too long even though they had only 2 other customers in shop. My nail set cracked 2 days after I got it done when I went back to get it fixed they were nice and fixed it however it was rushed and my nails were left uneven not only that I was charged 5 dollars for getting it fixed because they put more top coat which I do understand and I paid no problem. I feel if a customer asked for something they shouldn't be told it will take too long , I had the service done before it didn't take any longer than a normal acrylic set. just say we can't do that here. I've had foil done before by Peter he did an amazing job I haven't seen him around for past few times I've gone. Went to try a new salon near my house. Had an overlay done and got gel polish on top. The gel polish was done quick, streaky and not completely dried. After I was done I decided to go get them repainted. They allowed me to get the repainted and now it is 4 days later and half of my finger nails are chipped and peeling. I am never one to write a review but this is by far the worst salon I've been to. About two weeks ago I went to this salon asking for a brown colored French tip. As the nail tech was prepping my nails, he commented that the brown color I chose was not the right quality for the brown French tip that I wanted. He recommended I choose another color. I then asked to see the other colors to see if I could select a darker color, and as I was selecting, the male owner of the salon handed me more colors and asked that I move to another chair because I was "Wasting their time" and stated " we have other customers, again you are wasting our time". Four points: 1. I was selecting another color at the kind suggestion of your nail tech- not because I was trying to be difficult. 2. No one else was in line to get their nails done, so no one was waiting. 3. I was only looking at the colors for about a total of four minutes. 4. If I am also not a customer, than what am I? all together this just goes to show me that this man sees his customers as dollar bills rather than trying to provide quality services and customer satisfaction. I'm writing this as a courtesy to anyone, considering going to the salon, please save your money and time and go somewhere where they care more about your experience and the quality of service they deliver. read more
