I have gotten to know her since July of 2019 when she gave me micro/powder shading. She accommodated with what brows I wanted and made sure I was happy with the shape I was going to get. Well can I tell u that even with one treatment, my brows hadn't faded a bit in over a year?1?1?! Thats amazing. To be honest, I never thought I would be able to have perfect brows due to part of my face being partially paralyzed. As you can imagine, I struggled to achieve perfect brows for a really long time!!!! At first, Lisa took her time designing the right shape for my brows around the bone structure in my face. Afterwards she puts numbing cream to make sure it did not hurt :) Once it was all numb the process begins, first was the outline, and then MICROSHADING! If I ever felt discomfort I told Lisa, and she generously provided more numbing cream. After the appointment, Lisa was very thorough when providing after procedure care instructions. She provided me with a special care cream to help if it from becoming excessively dry or irritated. The healing process went very smoothly. I made sure to make my touch-up appointment early to ensure I reserved a time that works for me and Lisa! After my touch-up appointment the results shocked me. I now feel and look amazing, and could not be more happy with my new brows! I could not have dreamed of anything better. Microblading Corona is located inside of Studio Salon Suites in the Dos Lagos shopping center. When you walk in, make a left, then a right, and her studio is like the second suite on the left. I really love my eyebrows. I got combo eyebrows which is microblading with tattoo shading because I have oily skin near my eyebrows and forehead. If I would of just selected microblading, the strokes wouldn't of lasted long and would fade. I'm hoping my combo eyebrows last me longer than a year because like I said, having oily skin makes them not last as long as someone without oily skin. The owner, Claire, was wonderful! She greeted me at the door and she was friendly and professional. Her studio is so pretty, smells so nice and is super clean. She's also very sanitary. One major thing I loved was how my lashes turned out. I always ask for a wispy, fluffy look and it never quite looked soft enough for me, but Claire was able to achieve my desired look. I had a bit of a flu when I went, so my eyes were extra teary, but Claire was patient with me and didn't show any signs of annoyance, which I truly appreciated. But it doesn't take away from the quality. I have yet to see a clump of lashes on one lash or multiple natural lashes stuck together. Yes, today was the first time I was back (wasn't given a time or info for return appointment). And I actually came in today at 10:40am to request (and make) a same day appointment at 12pm. Original: Based on the location and all of the great reviews, I first gave Queena Lash a try on 6/3/25. My appointment was with Lisa for natural looking Classic lashes. The lashes were just okay (not symmetrical on both sides), but she said it was because I didn't have lashes there? I didn't like that: 1) I had to ask her to replace the "protective" table covering that she just straightened out for me (just after her previous client used); 2) She told me it was a requirement for her shop to have my existing set of lashes removed and have her install a brand new set (since they weren't done there). Note: I have reason to believe some of MY lashes were taken out in the process. Meantime, her partner got started on a new client and responded "it was up to her" and "her decision whether to start over with a new set or just get a refill" when the client asked for her professional opinion and judgment on what she was having done; and 3) I texted Lisa a picture of my lashes 3 days after she installed the new set to show her how many had already fallen out. She said it was probably because of the heat and I could come in for a refill (but not in the near future) because she was booked up. The ONLY reason I'm here again is: a) My lashes are already gone/missing and b) She offered me a slight discount on my refill because of the ridiculously short time frame of the new set falling out.
