Love my nails!! They managed to accommodate me last minute. My nail shape was square and wish to change to oval with the fill up service needed. As you can see, it is done perfectly! On the top of that, the people work there very friendly. Recommended place to go!

I haven't had a manicure or nail set done since the new ownership change. I normally only go for a pedicure and I always and only will see Lisa. She's great and pays great attention to the details. Her customer service and friendliness is notable to mention. However, this was my first time getting a Gel X set at this location, previously I have been to OC/Newport beach salons that charge about $30 more to start. Starting price for a gel X set here was $55. However, I would not recommend going to Lily sadly as only a few hours later my pinky nail cracked and due to my leaving for a vacation and the inconvenience, I will just have to fix it myself. But because the technicians spoke primarily in their native language and quite often at this 9 am morning hour on a Thursday, I was not sure if I was interpreting her not knowing what she was doing i.e. it being new or the latter. Needless to say, I shouldn't see my nail under the polish like so in the pictures attached and it should definitely not be cracking and so soon. I will stick with pedicures if that at this point. But I will say this if you want to save on $$ I understand. But if you want quality and service no exceptions, think twice. It could've been better.

Thank you so much Tracy for my beautiful nail set! If you want to visit La Sierra nails, ask for Tracy! They are all amazing but she's just the best. I asked for the Pearl like chrome set and she did it perfectly. Definitely coming back here and making it my main nail place!

Done by Tracy. I love her so much she did every little thing I asked I'm very particular with my nails. She did not complain or give attitude once they are all very friendly there. I believe Helen did my toes, and she did amazing job. She took her time and she was on top of it, she was really helpful so I definitely will be coming to both of them again. If I could give this place no stars.. I would. Went in on June 22, my daughter got a full set, by the next day the one nail broke off clean not even the acrylic was on her nail, second day two more nails broke off. By the third day two more nails btoke off. $70 down the drain. I will never go back there and would not recommend this place. Dont waste your hard earned $$.

Professional Follows COVID-19 guidelines Communicative Clean Well what can I say? if there were more stars I would put them. Honestly the treatment I got today was amazing. Julie took care of my sad nails, she took the time to clean them she also trimmed the dead skin. didI mention she only took 35mins?!!!?! It was a fast service with a very satisfied results. I'd definitely recommend this nail place (do call ahead for a faster service)

UPDATE from last review. We went to the salon today to see if the sunglasses were there. The lady who fixed my nails came back to the salon the night we left. She was there this morning and had picked the glasses up and it them aside. We were so happy the glasses were there. Also the ladies that work here are very nice and are gentle. The only complaint I have is wished they used better products that the gel polish lasts more than a week without chipping The real problem is the owner/ manager. He fails to communicate and has a lack of follow through. He gives the impression that he does not care about this business. That is very disappointing. read more

I got a full set and the nails were very thick. Since I thought I was just being too picky, and the lady was being nice, I didn't make a fuss about it but nails started cracking and falling off and it's only been 4 days. I would not recommend this salon. read more

Yes, I recommend. I come here with my young girls and I appreciate the experience every time. The gel lasts a long time, they can generally take you quickly, they are nice, and they tell you upfront what you're paying. The place is not the most modern looking but they do a great job and it doesn't feel like they're making up fees as they go along. read more

I am not one to talk down on a business, but they really did not put any effort into my nails!! I hope this review fixes the mistakes. Asked for a clean up on my cuticles and a simple manicure. Leaving the shop I took a look at my nails and they were the worst manicure I have ever had. The polish began to chip not even 10 mins later, and the top coat only covered most of the polish not all of it, also she did not clean up all of the dead skin of my cuticles. I was very frustrated to even go back and tell them, but I will not be coming back. read more

I have been coming here for over 15 + years & never had an issue. 1st time wanted to do jell polish since I'm going to cancun so I brought my own jell color same brand they use. They still wanted to charge me for full price of the jell polish & i asked since I have my own I should at lease pay 1/2 since you have to use your dam light & they said NO... so I guess they just lost 3 loyal customers. read more

They couldn't do an outline of a black heart. I tipped them 6$ and they added an extra dollar to my tip for the girl who tried to do the heart but failed, and was like 1 minute of her time. I don't see why she should get $1, she wasn't even the one who did my nails. & I told them $6 tip but they put $7. I don't understand. They didn't even allow me to pick the shape of my nail and went ahead and did an oval nail with my real nails. Looks like crap. read more

This is our new favorite spot. We called last minute and we're able to get an appointment for 6pm. They were very polite and took their time on our pedicure and full set. My friend is going to Vegas so this was such a great experience because they fit us in at the last minute and still did a great job without rushing. My review was for a pedicure. Pedicure was sub par and rushed. No attention to nail cutting was taken so they are cut cockeyed as opposed to looking and being straight and horizontal. After nails were cut they weren't filed so they were left sharp in certain areas. Cuticles were barely touched and clipped and paint was just slapped on. Overall it looks really bad. Not happy or impressed. read more

Thanks to yelp reviews, I discovered Julie's work... oh my goodness. She deserves all of the praise she receives and then some!! She pays so much attention to detail and double checked with me after each step making sure I was happy. It's incredible how much she cares for her clients and wants to do her best, rather than get you in and out for a quick buck. We had some good, genuine conversation which made the experience that much better. I will definitely be back!! read more

You get charged less if you use cash instead of card which is typical. With all that, the fact of the matter is the lady jacked up my eyebrows!! Usually I tell a salon to "just clean up" stray hairs and they preserve my natural arch. The lady cut straight across! I looked like Bert! I was able to go back to my hotel and fix it with an eyebrow razor and makeup pencil I picked up from the beauty supply. I think they probably thought I was cheap for not tipping, but I'm not giving extra when I have to re-do what you did and correct your mistake!

On top of that he would answer the phone every time it rang which there were 3 other techs. When a walk in came in he would also stop and talk with them. It's like dude you need to have more people for a Sunday. He is not talented and you could tell he has not been doing this long and if he has then that's embarrassing. I go a fill and gel with a French tip with chrome and it was $51. This is by the far the worse nail salon I have ever been to. I am beyond unsatisfied that I can't even put my hair up or wash dishes without my fingers hurting and bleeding. Sir please retire because you really out here making peoples finger hurt and ugly. I then asked if JaneDoe had a 9:30am appointment. Again, I was told yes. I asked if I could prepay for the service, and they gladly took my $150. There is no nail tech named David. There was no appointment. The entire transaction was based on misinformation provided by their own staff. When I returned to request a refund -- since no service was ever provided -- the person running the place, Ala, flat-out refused to give my money back. Instead, she tried to push a gift voucher, as if that somehow fixes being charged for a nonexistent appointment. She showed zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero concern. It gets worse. When I asked for the owner's name and contact information, she would only provide a phone number and refused to give the owner's name -- even after I asked four separate times. She ultimately ignored me. @Simala, this is such a dishonorable way of stealing money, and your staff should feel shame for this action. No honor in your business. Taking money for a service that does not exist and then refusing a refund is unacceptable. The lack of transparency and the refusal to take responsibility is extremely concerning. I'm happy to share the positive outcome thanks to owners like this that have integrity. Thank you for being a great example of what a business owner should do. Thank you.

Response: I've already had a nail break because of how thin they are. The cleanliness needs to be improved the bottles were dirty, files dirty, tools not cleaned after use. The man who did my nails did not know what he was doing. I expected more from a "luxury" nail salon- and it is just like every other cheap nail place out there only with higher prices. The staff was very friendly and the overall customer service was great. The quality of work was very poor. Maybe more training for the person who did my nails. Yes I had ombré acrylic and they did have to file that off but they should also not be left with only a fill in acrylic at the bottom and no restructuring of the whole nail- which I would gladly pay extra for if needed. I am just used to better quality nail care I guess. I tried to communicate what I wanted and it just seemed like I wasn't understood.
