Today was my very first visit to Heavenly Lashes and let me just say they literally have everything. It's a one stop shop for all your lash needs. I stocked up on some gorgeous colors for summer and I got the Holy Water Bonder! So excited to try the bonder since I've only heard amazing things about it!! The store associate was so nice and helpful, she answered all of my questions. I love that her goal wasn't to upsell me on products. I have been going to the same lash artist for the past 3yrs, Her name is TESSA. She is professional, gentle, fast & SUPER knowledgeable. I am extremely picky when it comes to my lashes, I've been getting them done for about 5years now. Tessa knows exactly what i want & does the job perfect EVERYTIME!! I hv personally had the best retention with Tessa than any other lash artist in the I.E. I get so many compliments!! Tessa is always pleasant, her room is always beautifully decorated and she takes the extra steps to ensure everything is sanitized. Tessa is very reasonably priced, compared to many lash artist out there overcharging hundreds of dollars for poor work. Getting an appointment is hassle free on her online appt website. I have been here for several services and I have always been happy! I have seen Cory and Susy and they are both great at what they do! I believe the woman who does eye lashes here is also the owner and she seems to have a great relationship with her clients. The only reason why I'm giving 4 starts instead of 5 is because I feel that every customer should be greeted and made feel welcome regardless if they are your client or not. I don't think they mean to be rude but it has happens on pretty much every occasion.. I walk in, no greeting until I am called in for service. Have been buying from heavenly for awhile and now they're gonna lose me as a customer. I bought a glue "lash box omega" to be exact which was bad and already clogged and tacky when I had opened it and she said it's impossible due to they store everything properly but clearly it's a manufacturer issue which they wouldn't know unless they opened it themselves and now I'm out $68 and have bad glue. read more

I am currently pregnant and a little into my appointment I wasn't feeling well due to my pregnancy. Brianna was more then understanding and went above and beyond to be very patient and accommodating to my comfort. I've had my lashes done from a few different places and I've had some good experiences, even the not so good experiences weren't because of bad service, I just have sensitive eyes so it's difficult for me to get my lashes done just anywhere because the product can cause my eyes to swell and then I'm miserable until my lashes come off. I didn't have that issue coming to Sophia, she cleansed my lashes, used great products, she even customized my lashes and I couldn't be happier with the final product.
