Super friendly! An just give you that personal experience many nail places don't anymore. I was apprehensive about trying a new place. But you won't be here! Told them I we would be back for acrylics:) Also, reasonably priced as well.

First off....so happy to find my nail guy again. Tom had been doing my nails for many years; but lost him when he relocated to a new shop. I trust him & appreciate how he's taken care of me. Last time coming here. My daughter & I have been going here for mani-pedis over 1 yr. Today I went in aline for a pedicure. SHE LEFT MY LEFT FOOT TOE JAGGED!!! And she argued about my color choice from their own selection. Extremely disappointed. Also, at the end the male cashier would not honor my stamped customer loyalty card unless I paid cash. I would give 100 stars if I could! Not sure why they only had a few clients this place should be packed! Amazing service. All staff is so nice. I came to get a pedicure and full gel x set and a full face wax while I was waiting for my car to finish getting detailed. The last place I went to destroyed my nail beds and they were extremely careful and fixed my nails and toes! I can't get over what an amazing experience I had. They're currently doing a 20% off discount due to new management. AND they gave me a lavender lotion for free. Amazing. This is my new nail place when I visit my family. Thank you! read more

I went to Cuccio nails and spa for the first time because my regular salon that I have gone to for the past several years is just so far from my house. I am trying to find one closer. I tried here because of the several good reviews that it had. I don't know the names of the people that did my nails but I will say that the technician that did my gel pedicure was wonderful. She did a great job and was gentle and proficient. I didn't get her name but she was a bit older. However, the technician that did my dip manicure was very rough. I had my older dip on my nails. At my salon I normally go to, I am used to them soaking it off and carefully pulling the soft older dip off. However, this one used a fake nail and forcefully took it off of my nails. For the dip nails that came right off, no problem. However, when it came to both of my thumbnails, he was met with force. That did not stop him! He kept forcefully pulling the dip powder off with the fake nail causing my nail to rip and bleed. It hurt soooooooo bad. I told him ouch! He was unfazed and said "your nails are too thin" He did not even bother to clean up the blood off of my nail until I pointed to it and asked for something to clean it off. He proceeded like it was nothing and was cross-contaminating everything with my bloody nail. The other one was ripped but not bloody and he didn't even do anything to that one. He was in such a hurry. Never rinsing off the powder until the very very end he said "okay wash your hands". I am not used to that. You are supposed to wash the powder off before the polish is applied to the dip. Looking at my nails now, there is powder under the top coat and several of them are uneven. Even that would not be that big of a deal because it can't always be perfect. For me, it's the fact that it is now 12am and my thumbs are THROBBING. THROBBING!!!! read more

The first issue occurred over nine months ago when the Upland location closed. I was unable to get a refund for the remaining balance on my account. When I called this location to ask if I could at least use the funds toward product purchases, the manager never followed up. The second issue happened just this past week. I brought to their attention that the stepping stool (used to get onto the waxing table) has always been filthy. I was told this was not a priority, as there were "more important areas" to focus on. For those unfamiliar, clients sometimes remove their shoes before stepping onto the table for a bikini wax, which makes the cleanliness of that stool especially important. After that response, I made the decision not to renew my membership. Respectfully reviewed.

The reception area was clean and welcoming, and the receptionist was very kind. Belle was amazing--she explained every step and made me feel comfortable right away. The pain was about a 7/10 but definitely tolerable. I'm really happy with the results and can't wait to come back for my follow-up!
